• Jese (1/5): Est-ce que l'appartement existe vraiment (rdc Av Montaigne 51 Par)? L'adresse renvoie à une boutique - Nous n'avons pas pu séjourner dans cet appartement car 1 heure avant notre arrivée, la personne de la location nous a affirmé que l'appartement était en travaux. Des échanges la veille où nous annonçons notre heure d'arrivée, on ne nous informe pas de cette situation. On a dû chercher une autre location car celle proposée en secours n'est pas adapté Communication catastrophique! Nous avons dû gérer l'urgence nous même dans des délais extrêmement court!
• Jiménez Vizcarra (4/5): - was well equipped The original apartment we booked was changed to a different location much farther from the center, even though the original location was one of the main reasons we chose this reservation. The WiFi was also not working properly during our stay, and the room we slept in appeared to be an adapted patio area, which was extremely cold and uncomfortable.

Éramos 3 adultos y 2 niños de 5 y 10 años.En el último momento nos han dicho que ya no está disponible , que está inundado.Como alternativa tuvimos que aceptar alojarnos en un apartamento (si se puede llamar así ), mucho más lejos y que tenía las habitaciones en un patio y el techo de panel Sandwich transparente.Una vergüenza .Nos pusimos en contacto con Booking y no nos ayudaron en ningún momento.

• Karlene (1/5): Terrible. - Nothing. Terrible experience. The owner informed me hours in advance that he couldn't accommodate us at his apartment. He relocated me to a horrible place. I wouldn't recommend this host to anyone. Liar. Awful person.

• Iryna (8/5): A nice, spacious apartment in a great location - It’s a nice apartment with an interesting interior and very close to the Champs Elysees. A Lot of boutiques, restaurants and bars are close by, however, groceries is a bit of a problem. The building is very nice with not so easy but very secure access. The guy who cleaned the apartment was very welcoming, nice and helpful. The apartment has sufficient kitchen appliances, except for probably pan lids. Maybe it’s not the best choice for very active children, as it has many stairs. The kitchen table was on the lower floor, while the TV is in the living room, it’s not a problem unless you plan to celebrate a New Year here )) We ended up eating on the floor )) Also, no toiletries were provided.

• Lidiia (10/5): AMAZING ❤️ - Amazing location. Big apartment. With the separate bathroom (not inside your room, like there are a lot in Paris). All the places of interest are accessible by foot. I don’t understand people who let bad feedback. The price you pay it’s mainly for the location. Town and accommodation are expensive in the heart of Paris. If you want 5* you need to book 5* for 1000€+ per night. Hairdryer was there and working! We had extra bed for the third person and it was in the bedroom. TV and WI-FI was working good. Quiet and safe place.

• david (8/5): Agréable et confortable - Emplacement au top, spacieux au calme proche de tous commerces et à 50 m des champs. Un détail pas de réseau télé uniquement netfix alors qu il y a la free.

The towels were discoloured, there was no trash can in the bathroom, no trash bags for the trash can in the kitchen.The light was poor. The shower holder was broken.

• NICO (4/5): decisamente poco ospitali e non adeguato qualita prezzo - la posizione Ho soggiornato qui con la mia famiglia, 5 persone, per 3 giorni. All’arrivo solo un letto era fatto; gli altri da fare. Fin qui nulla di grave, ma il vero disastro è stata l’assenza delle lenzuola per tutti. Ho contattato l’assistenza e mi è stato passato il numero dell’armadietto dove avrei dovuto recuperarle. Aprendo l’armadietto, le lenzuola erano aggrovigliate sul fondo e decisamente poco igieniche. Il bagno era totalmente inadeguato: water con scotch fondo, dispenser quasi vuoti e praticamente inutilizzabili, una sola rotolo di carta igienica con circa 10 strappi disponibili. Siamo in 5: è inaudito e inaccettabile. Il phon in dotazione non aveva la spina per attaccarsi alle prese; ho chiesto di averne uno e l’assistenza ha promesso di fornirlo per 3 giorni, spostando costantemente la responsabilità sulla donna delle pulizie. L’ultimo giorno mi hanno detto di prenderlo da soli e che mi avrebbero rimborsato Anche i cassetti erano sporchi e macchiati; il cuscino all’ingresso sembrava morsicato da topi, tende all ingresso e in camera parzialmente staccate, quindi all’ alba entrava la luce. In teoria la struttura ha potenzialità, soprattutto grazie alla posizione, ma basterebbero interventi minimi e mirati per valorizzarla. Ho presentato lamentele quotidiane all’assistenza e alla fine mi hanno proposto 2 giorni gratis, poi, dopo infinite promesse, hanno rinunciato a qualsiasi rimborso o compensazione e mi hanno detto di rivolgermi a booking. Conclusione: gestione gravemente approssimativa; i problemi principali sono stati igiene, dotazioni e attenzione al cliente. Non tornerei né la consiglierei a nessuno finché non cambiano radicalmente atteggiamento e standard.

• Konstantia (6/5): Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία αλλά το κατάλυμα υπολείπονταν σε σχέση με την τιμή του - Η τοποθεσία του Δεν υπήρχε χαρτί υγείας, δεν υπήρχε καλαθάκι για τα χαρτιά υγείας και δεν υπήρχε απορρυπαντικό πιάτων. Επίσης είμασταν οικογένεια 5 ατόμων και μας είχαν αφήσει 2 μπουκαλάκια νερό. Γενικά το οίκημα χρήζει άμεσης ανακαίνισης. Επιπλέον, ενώ είχαμε κάνει ειδικό αιτημα για check in για συγκεκριμένη ώρα και τούτο είχε γίνει αποδεκτό από τον οικοδεσπότη, όταν φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα δεν ήταν εκει, με αποτέλεσμα να περιπλανιόμαστε με τις βαλίτσες και μετά από επανειλημμένες τηλεφωνικές επικοινωνιες τελικά προσήλθε την ώρα που αναγραφόταν στην booking ως ώρα check in.
• Paul (8/5): - l'emplacement, bien qu'au rdc, le lieu est ultra securisé. le lit king size et le matelas de bonne qualité. l'agencement atypique et la deco moderne. pas de climatisation, et vu qu'il n'y a des ouvertures que sur un coté du logement, impossible de rafraichir pendant la nuit en creant un courant d'air. les toilettes dans la salle de bain ( mais bon c'est paris, c'est souvent comme ça). le seche cheveux avec un embout pour les prise US, alors que les prises du logement sont aux normes françaises.

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, host molto disponibile e gentile. Spazi un po’ ristretti per cinque persone, un solo bagno.

• Emma (5/5): Emplacement parfait mais la propreté est primordial - L’emplacement est vraiment au top, très bien situé à quelques minutes à pieds seulement des Champs Élysée. La résidence est très bien sécurisé et la cour intérieur est très agréable. Malheureusement, le propreté est à revoir. Nous avons eu l’impression que le ménage n’avait même pas était fait .. Taches brune sur les oreillers, cheveux/poils sur les draps censé être propre, chaise cassé
