• Anzel (5/5): The room is quiet but dont expect the one on the picture they will definitely give you a room different from that one. T - Quiet as we were the only rentee on the floor. This is a former condominium units for overseas asian employees. Now, They are turning the whole condo/flat to a hotel (Wyndham Garden). The facilities are quite good for 2-3 star if converted. There are still improvements on the building itself. But once done, it may level up to 4 star hotel. The lobby is good with aesthetic and modern furnitures but the smell is really annoying. The Swimming pool and gym are both at the 2nd floor. It has 3 towers and its common ground is the 2nd floor. The rooms facing Nobu or City of Dreams is really uncomfortable all of the traffic noise is filling up the building Bathroom is good. With complete amenities from towel to shampoos. Security: we where the only ones on the floor and the space secured with nfc chip at the elevator. You cannot go up unless you have the blue chip. They dont even lock their units. We arrived at the area by registering first at the lobby and the guards will just request for a picture of all your guest IDs then give you your room number. The room is already open when we got there and the keys and blue chip are left at the table. Bed is fine. They use quite classy spring mattress and sheets. But the sofabed is quite hard but used memory foams. We fully paid our booking for 8pax but they only gave us a room that is good for 6 people. 2 has to sleep on the floor. We tried to call them right after we receive the room but the host only cancelled or dropped our call since we arrived at 530pm. No one will answer you once you get there after office hours.
• Lyssa (9/5): All good. We enjoyed the trip. - The room was spacious and the care takers are good There was a change in our unit because of some mishap, but we’re glad that it was sorted out. Would be best if there was a wifi in the unit.
• Henrikson (4/5): Wouldn't recommend - Good location I arrived at 9pm the security guard denied me access. I had to trust a driver to help me find a hotel where I paid extra. If you arrive after hours there is no way to get checked in. I paid for 3 kids and 2 adults. They don't allow my kids and almost denied me because I didn't show up on time. I did try texting the number they provided and also replying to email they sent me. (I have proof) they didn't have any rules about time to arrive and they should accommodate foreign travel better. Also cockroaches in the hotel.
• Lerma (9/5): Perfect for bonding with friends - The staff are accommodating and polite. They are always smiling and willing to help. The property is clean. They have enough towels and extra pillows for the group for the two penthouse units. The units are perfect for family or friends bonding. I couldn’t think of what I don’t like because it serve the purpose why we booked them though we haven’t tried the swimming pool because we have no more time to do so.
• Zaqariya (5/5): Everything's good until midnight comes - I like the bed its comfortable and the toilet too What i didnt like was the aircon have some leakage and its not cold, like seriously not cold enough for the number of people in the room
