• Claude (10/5): Parfait - Logement correspondant en tout point au photo, très beau et très pratique, beaucoup de place dans les rues perpendiculaires, contrairement aux commentaires le problème de la douche n'existe plus ce qui est un bon point. Je recommande pour des séjours au calme.

• Dorthe (5/5): Fantastisk beliggenhed - middelmådig lejlighed - dårlig service - Fantastisk beliggenhed. Der ligger en dejlig restaurant Le Festin du Roi lige om nærmeste gadehjørne. Kontakten med bureauet var dårlig. De var meget længe om at svare på direkte spørgsmål. Indtjekning skulle ske online, men systemet kom ikke med en kvittering, at det var gennemført, hvorfor man kom i tvivl om hvorvidt det var gået igennem. Ved ankomsten havde jeg ikke modtaget besked med kode til nøgleboksen. Jeg måtte derfor ringe til det oplyste telefonnummer. Der blev svaret maskinelt på fransk med et antal valgmuligheder - jeg trykkede 1 uden at vide, hvad jeg fik fat i. Jeg fik heldigvis hjælp af en mand, som dog ikke havde med boligen at gøre. Han gjorde en stor indsats for at få fat i de manglende oplysninger og fremsendte dem på mail. Jeg fik oplyst kode til nøgleboksen. Lejligheden var indbydende ved første øjekast, men ligner mest af alt et renoveringsprojekt, som ikke er færdigt. Opvaskemaskinen var ikke tilsluttet. De elektriske installationer var dårligt udført, og man kunne tvivle på om de var sikre. Der var ikke megen komfort i lejligheden. Skulle man sidde i gårdhaven, var det på spisebord stolene, som var charmerende, men hårde at sidde på i længere tid. Der var i øvrigt ikke særligt rent, da vi ankom - der lå gammelt støv i flere lag på emhætten. Ved afrejse skulle der angiveligt være kommet en medarbejder fra bureauet. Jeg havde anmodet om afrejse kl. 10.30, hvilket de havde accepteret, men blev nødt til at skrive kl. 10.45 at vi ville forlade lejligheden og efterlade nøglen i nøgleboksen kl. 11, hvis ikke der kom en. Svaret var, at vi kunne aflevere det hele hos bureauet, som lå tæt på. Alt i alt en utilfredsstillende kommunikation.

• Eduard Emanuel (1/5): Teribil! Dezamăgitor! - Teribil! Apartamentul este foarte împuțit, miroase a mucegai peste tot ! Totul a fost foarte scârbos , nu puteai să folosești nimici din cauza murdăriei. Tacâmurile și aparatul de cafea dezastru! Foarte dezamăgit! Canapeaua foarte murdară , la fel și lenjeria Nu există loc de parcare și există mereu riscul să te trezești cu mașina lovită!
• Frédérique (6/5): - La gentillesse du personnel de la Première Conciergerie et l'emplacement Nous sommes une famille de 3, mon mari , mon fils de 15 ans et moi. Notre premier choix n'était pas celui-ci mais l'autre s'étant annulé nous avions choisi L'atelier Écusson parmi 3 autres propositions. C'est celui qui nous paraissait correspondre le mieux à nos attentes. Mais il n'y a qu'un lit 2 place et un canapé qui ne fait pas lit. Cela ne correspond pas, à mon sens, à un logement pour une famille de 3 personnes.

• Shaan (5/5): Well located and clean flat - The flat is clean and modern and well located. Fully equipped kitchen and the private patio is a plus. The host was very responsive. Unfortunately there were quite a few issues. Starting with the front door to the building, the key seems badly cut and I struggled some days for 30 minutes to get the door open, getting blisters on my fingers. Even friends who walked me home struggled with the door. Secondly, you cannot lock one of the patio doors and this makes it unsafe. You can't access the patio from the street but I'm sure in the event of any kind of theft of property you would have a hard time getting insurance to pay when one of the doors was never locked. And as a woman travelling the alone the fact that I couldn't lock all the external doors was very unsettling. There is no AC or fans and the flat gets VERY hot in summer. Also no curtains, so if you want air flow at night you must have the shutters and windows open and this allows anyone on the street to be eye level with you in bed or the bathroom. There is no full length mirror and lighting in the bathroom is terrible. No hair dryer. Only one plug socket in the bedroom. And then the patio "garden" is just a small bed full of weeds that have grown. They even left a drying rack full of towels and cloths on the patio for the week I was there. With a few changes this accommodation could be so much better!
• Jonatan (9/5): Superb - Location is perfect for city sightseeing Décor of the apartment is a fantastic French/Japanese style Terrace was great! No A/C, although the apartment is naturally cooled in the middle of summer will be tough to endure the heat
