- Gleb (10/5): Recommend. Good apartment, good owner. - Everything about the apartment and owner is exceptional. I have been staying at this owner's rooms many times. The bed is super comfy and the bed linen and bathroom are extremely clean. The condo juristic attitude is humiliating. They keep enforcing no daily rent rules and prohibit newly arrived tenants without card to enter the lobby. Tell him 'i meet agent' and he will open door. The parking is not monitored, they crashed my bike and took zero responsibility. The security guard has bad attitude. They even built an entrance door with a chip to the courtyard, but if you come by bike or taxi anyone can enter without any obstacles. Note also, for car drop off and pick up they will oblige the driver to make a long u turn around the building. The lift waiting can take ages in high season. Lastly, the facility is mostly inhabitated by quite uneducated public, especially visible in the gym. At the moment of my stay there were noisy works on reassembling some metal constructions in the yard below. Hopefully, they have finished. Overall, It is not a no for a stay but rather a precaution to be aware of.

Warto doposażyć kuchnię chociaż w jeden mały garnek. Ściany trochę zużyte. Warto odmalować. Ale to minimalny prpblem.

- tamaniyat (10/5): As I was said the apartment is one of the best and I never saw like it in Pattaya - First of all I was reserve the apartment for 3 days , then I extend my stay for 7 days and finally for 11 days The apartment is in 30 th floor and its # 3007 .The owner of the apartment was so helpful and very fast action if you need anything such as there a water leak in the washing room and he sends a pipefitter to change the water hose withen one Hour.I really happy and relax because of the owner deal and I will stay again when I visit pattaya I hope the best and thanks very muchindeed to the owner Nothng at all

When I sent messages to the management for help, they always responded promptly. The apartment is next to the forest park, the air is fresh, and it is a good place if you like morning jogging.

The location is convenient, not far from the Walking Street and Bali Hai Pier, and the accommodation offers everything necessary: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and more. My apartment had a balcony and a small kitchen – perfect for my needs. The gym and pool area were absolutely fantastic, featuring two pools to enjoy – a real highlight! The host was simply outstanding – reliable, honest, and incredibly helpful! The entire communication was seamless, from booking to departure, and he responded to all my questions with great kindness and dedication. You can tell he’s truly committed to his guests. Thanks to him, my stay became something special. I’d definitely book again – especially because of this fantastic host!

- Ronen (9/5): A condo experience with cheap price, and decent pools. - The hotel is isolated, so you can get complete silence for good night sleep. Still the hotel is 5 minutes walk from walking street and near the blue-taxi lanes that go over all Pattaya. The hotel also have decent pools. The room itself is more like a condo, you have AC in every room, a tv with nice sofa, like living room area, and also dining table with equipment to make your own food. The check-in and check-out was easy and the owner was very responsive for every text I sent. The room was clean at check-in. The room is smaller then what may be perceived from the photos, mainly the living room area. Still the bedroom has large bed. It is a good fit for a couple, but not for more than that. Also, the gym is very limited, only good for people using treadmill for light jogging, not more than that.

- John (3/5): Not happy - Not much Try ringing as per instructions has Chinese language only no thai or english .when finely got in contact had to waited outside for over and hour for room to be cleaned and no where to sit down and wait, security would not let us into lobby, bed like sleeping on a board super hard,only one lift working long waits to us lift.spoke to a resident of building who informed me what we were doing renting a condo for less than 30 days was against thai law and has big penalties if caught.booking .com could have cost me a fortune in fines not happy at all

- Nicholas (10/5): Amazing view - My room was on the 30th floor over looking the bay and Pattaya. This was very beautiful. I was totally blown away by how nice this was. I think I paid in total around 3500 ฿ for three nights stay. Totally amazing. The only thing that I didn’t like were sometimes the elevators were a little bit slow. There’s four elevators for many many people. this is a condo. It has a nice pool and rock climbing wall and decent exercise facility. I will totally stay here again. Next time I come to a Pattaya. Except I will stay longer maybe like a week.
