• Sarah (10/5): - Passte alles, Preis gerechtfertigt. Großzügige und saubere Wohnung. Perfekte Lage - sowohl fürs typische Sightseeing als auch für kleine Cafés und Restaurants.
• Stephen (6/5): Very good. Would stay again. Excellent location. - Entrance to unit, a common area, is in poor condition. Needs a refresh. Hot water selector in shower not working. Fixed on hot water. Fan in bathroom not working.
• Darinka (4/5): Die Lage war Perfekt aber leider ist dies die erste Unterkunft, die ich ganz klar nicht noch einmal buchen würde. - Die Lage ist Toll. Man kann alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichen und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie Lebensmittelläden um die Ecke oder vor der Tür. Leider kam aus der Dusche nur sehr heisses Wasser. Das Licht im Schlafzimmer am Bett ging nicht und der Fernseher gab kein Bild ab aber leuchtete Hell. Er liess sich auch nicht ausstecken, weshalb ich die letzte Nacht mit diesem Licht verbringen musste. Das Geschirr war leider teilweise sehr abgenutzt und Dreck hat sich eingefressen. In einer Schüssel waren Krümel drin. Zu unserem bedauern war der Vermieter nicht einsichtig obwohl dies, wie ich im nachhinein sah, teilweise bereits zuvor gemeldet wurde.

• Katrin (10/5): Großartig gelegene und toll ausgestattete Wohnung und super Austausch mit den Vermietern - Die Lage war großartig für tägliche Ausflüge zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Ausstattung war super. Sowohl das Bett als auch das Schlafsofa waren ausreichend groß und komfortabel. Das Badezimmer war modern und sauber. Alles an Küchengeräten, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und antworteten innerhalb kurzer Zeit. Jederzeit wieder!
• Carina (10/5): Perfekt für einen Städtetrip nach Edinburgh - Die Unterkunft ist vom Flughafen aus sehr leicht mit dem Bus erreichbar. Weiters liegt es sehr zentral, somit sind fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe war dank des Schlüsselsafes sehr unkompliziert. Der Gastgeber übermittelte zur Benützung des Schlüsselsafes ein Video, in dem er jeden Schritt genau erklärt hat. Außerdem war das Apartment mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht.

• Sergiy (10/5): - The apartment was truly amazing - very spacious, comfortable, convenient, clean, and greatly decorated. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, within walking distance to all major attractions in the city. The host is great and very helpful. There are plenty of great restaurants, pubs, cafes, and shops nearby. The airport tram is 5 minutes walk away. This apartment is a gem! I will definitely stay there again if it's available the next time I'm in Edinburgh.

• Susan (10/5): The apartment made our stay - The apartment was perfect, clean, modern and perfect location with plenty of restaurants on your door step, It was definitely worth what we paid for it. We would definitely stay again next time we come to Edinburgh.

• Mandy (10/5): A truly lovely apartment in an absolutely wonderful location! - An amazing apartment in a fantastic location! Everything was as described, and it was great to be within walking distance of Princes Street, The Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. Would definitely recommend.

• Stephanie (7/5): Anniversary Trip - Located very close to the city centre (just a few mins walk around the corner) and public transport. Apartment was very cosy and clean. The bed was super comfy. Clear instructions were provided to us prior to arrival with regards to door access codes and where to find certain things. We were provided with plenty of fresh bedding & towels. Unfortunately neither of the smart TVs worked very well. They kept freezing and the only solution that helped (provided by the staff) was to switch the fuse on and off again. This was only temporary and had to be repeated on a few occasions. Although the location was good in the day (as it was so close to everything), it wasn't the best in the evenings. There was a lot of noise from outside - the constant traffic and very loud drunk people at 3-4 in the morning. This may not bother people who are used to living in busy areas, but for those who live in quieter locations away from the towns and roads, prepare for potential broken sleep. Extra note: the doors all seem to be fire doors and so are slightly heavier to open and do not stay open.

• Jenny (9/5): Modern apartment in great location - The apartment was definitely modern and spacious. Very clean and well equipped. The entrance was filthy, no lighting and steep steps to the apartment. Noise from outside. The apartment entrance has three steps to the entrance. Early hours of the morning people would sit on steps and chat loudly.
• Bettina (9/5): Good value stay in a comfortable apartment - Really nice apartment in a good location. The people next door had just moved in and the hallway was in a shocking state. We imagine that this is a one off and ordinarily it would be in an impeccable state.

Die Attraktionen waren fußläufig zu erreichen, und die Anbindung ans öffentliche Personennahverkehrsnetz auch super. Auf meinen Sonderwunsch wurde auch perfekt eingegangen.

• Michelle (6/5): It was ok for what we needed for a brief stay but wished we stayed somewhere else. - Open, modern and clean. Upon walking into hallway it’s very dirty as construction is being done. It’s extremely loud with outside traffic most of the night, it’s right next to a bus stop. The neighbors to this apartment were very loud into the late hours of the night, we had to ask them to please be quiet. You can hear them word for word because the walls are very thin. They were running up and down the stairs working on the apartment. The noise continued and then they were smoking right outside the main door which we had the window open because it was so hot and then our room filled with smoke so we had to shut them. The washer/dryer did not work well at all and we left with wet clothes that didn’t get very clean. The shower also got stuck in scalding hot water.

It was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed, good working space and the internet connection was uninterrupted! The location was perfect whether your where in Edinburgh on business or pleasure! A 12 minute walk from Waverley railway station and a 30 second walk to Princes Street! Nothing

• Paul (8/5): Lovely and comfortable - Lovely, spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. Centrally located and near tram stop. 30 mins walk to all tourism areas. Doors were heavy to open for whatever reason. Shower knob very stiff. Footsteps audible in other apartments. Stairway leading to apartment a bit awkward and dark.
• Paul (10/5): A comfortable bolt hole - Key collection instructions were clear and the youtube video helped a lot. We were kept well informed by the owners and they were in reach if we needed anything more. A code was offered for 10% off stashing your bag if you arrived earlier than check in time, that was helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed and close to both the old and new town, restaurants, shops and a small newsagents across the road was handy. Its a city so noisy, quite a busy road outside, earplugs were a help. Nothing the owners can do about it though, it would be the same anywhere.

• O'fee (9/5): Superb - A clean one bedroom in a fantastic location. Close to a couple of small grocery stores for a bit of self catering. Also very convenient to transit, including the airport tram. You have to put up with some traffic and street noise. We weren't that bothered by it, but it's not always quiet at night.
