• Oana (9/5): Nice place with excellent location - Very nice looking place, location was excellent, it was very good to have parking close by Sun shining on your face very early morning, no curtains to block it, a bit loud. Should definitely come prepared with ear plugs and good sleep mask
• Inès (9/5): Super emplacement, Split est une ville super et l’hôte est très réactive - L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la Riva et du centre historique. Le logement est bien équipé : lave-vaisselle, congélateur, linge de lit et de bain, gel douche, café, thé… Les draps ont été changés en cours de séjour et les serviettes renouvelées deux fois dans la semaine, ce qui est très appréciable. Les procédures d’arrivée et de départ sont simples et rapides, et la communication avec l’hôte est excellente. L’établissement est présenté comme « luxe », mais quelques points de propreté pourraient être améliorés : sol un peu sale à l’arrivée, odeur désagréable du lave-vaisselle en fonctionnement, frigo trop givré (ce qui l’empêchait de bien refroidir, nous avons dû le dégivrer). Le sèche-serviettes de la salle de bain est malheureusement peu, voire pas, utilisable car il est piqué. Un petit plus serait de mettre à disposition un étendoir pour permettre de faire sécher les serviettes et les maillots de bains après la plage.

• Alexandra (9/5): Beautiful Room in Prime Location with Great Hosts - I stayed in a charming, bright room with large windows. The rooms were a typical size for a hotel with a closet/bureau, small table with chairs, and a desk. The bathroom was decent-sized and clean with free toiletries and good lighting. The bed was on the firmer side, but still comfortable. I really appreciated the provision of tea and coffee pods (together with a kettle and coffeemaker). The location was truly perfect, located literally JUST outside the old town pedestrian area on a relatively quiet street in perfect walking distance of the old town and Marjan hill. That location meant it was a bit quieter than staying in the old town and that it was able to offer on-side parking (for an additional charge). Super convenient, and I had a great stay. The hosts were also incredibly flexible and allowed me to have a slightly late check-out and leave the car parked for a few hours beyond checkout before I left. Very kind, highly recommend. I would just flag that the parking space I used was quite small, and probably wouldn't fit a large SUV, so depending on the car you're driving, you should communicate in advance to make sure there's space for your specific type of car. There were other spaces in the garage, but I'm not sure how many of them were owned by the hosts so just important to double-check.

Laundry place close by and you can keep your luggage there also after check out. Simona is also a very helpful host. If I come to Split I will for sure stay there. Nothing- It was perfect

• Elvir (1/5): Old run down building where only rooms are renovated. Far from 4* - Nothing. Pictures don’t reflect the actual situation at all.. Room was small, no amenities. Stairs to the small room on the third floor in dire need of renovation. Carrying the suitcases up to the room is a challenging job. No reception, all communication via WhatsApp. I guess the price reflects only the closeness to the city center. Not really recommendable for a relaxing time.

Very hard to find property - have noticed in many Croatian towns it is very hard to locate hotel. Even locals don’t know address / location.
• Ming (9/5): Well located little gem - Good location with the walking distance to the old town, supermarkets and restaurants Will be great to have some plates or bowls for fruits, a fruit knife will also be handy for summer days. This apartment is on level 2 (after the ground floor and level 1), not very unusual in Europe, just be mindful if you travel alone and with heavey luggage.

• Mihajlovic (9/5): An amazing stay at the heart of Split's old town - The location of the accommodation is amazing, it is right in the heart of the old town making it easy to explore the city, its attractions and restaurants. The communication with the hosts was very smooth and easy. I would recommend this place for anyone coming to Split looking for a stay at the more vibrant part of the town.

• Chinmay (8/5): Recommended - Everything was perfect. The room was very spacious. It had all basic amenities, and the staff was reachable whenever needed. The location is fantastic. Can't think of anything. May be could have provided an extra duvet. There was just one for a double bed.

Local church bells 7am daily, noisy generator(?) close by overnight. Room is 2nd floor up narrow stairs, probably typical in this area.
• Anna (8/5): Somewhat basic but great location - Location here is fantastic - in the old town and close to lots of restaurants. gorgeous place right outside for a healthy breakfast. Appreciated the coffee machine in the room. The room was a good size, very clean. The bathroom is small but everything worked well. Check out was at 10am but we had a cleaner knocking on the door at 9:40, then again at 9:50. Felt very rushed with her waiting outside. Would have appreciated a more leisurely check out. Church bells are very nearby and wake you up in the morning. Pillows a bit too big and hard for my comfort, but some may love them.

The apartment had maps, fridge, was nicely styled I liked everything- the only thing that was a shame was being told off as I was leaving by the man downstairs for leaving a little later as he said it put a strain on the cleaner. The cleaner was lovely and didn’t seemed troubled. I explained I had requested a 12.30 check out because I had to be online for a conference.
• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - The location is central to old town and the promenade. Lots of restaurants nearby and the local supermarket and laundry mat are on your doorstep. Comfortable room with everything you need. Also the staff are very helpful and approachable. Would stay again!

Nice welcome upon arrival and we could use a parking nearby. AC was a bit tired with the heat wave and the pillows were not very comfortable
• Ante (7/5): Good location, suitable for first time visitors to Split. - Great location for first time visitors to Split. It was close to the water, ferry port and restaurants. The area can get quite noisy in busy periods and the sound is very easily heard in the room, at all hours of the night. There is no elevator so large bags will have to be carried up 2 flights of narrow stairs. Limited parking on site with the nearest garage fairly expensive.

Few stairs to climb with a large suitcase but a small price to pay for the location and room. No cleaning of room during stay which I would expect.

Room was tidy and clean with modern facilities and offered a great bathroom. Would stay again. A private taxi was arranged by the owner and picked us up from the Split Airport and dropped us off outside the door to the accomodation. Great service
• James (9/5): Stylish apartment in a cute neighbourhood close to the centre - I loved the location, very close to the old town and promenade, but in a cute local neighbourhood type of area. The studio apartment is very modern and stylish inside. Air conditioning very welcome. For an apartment in this price range, I felt some of the smaller touches could have been improved, eg more than one bath towel per person and toiletries (for a four night stay), more cups and glasses, things like that. Also the water in the shower wasn’t that hot. And while the stairs up to the apartment are atmospheric, worth being aware that it’s a climb to the second floor.

• Mary (7/5): We’ll located room but in need of some additional attention. - The best feature of this property was it’s location. The cleanliness/maintenance of the bathroom could be improved, in particular in the shower area where the silicone was black in areas. I also did not like the pillows bed linen which did not look, smell or feel fresh.
• Neale (9/5): Perfect location - The location was very good, around the small streets of the old town and just a short 3 minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and 10 minutes to the ferry terminals. The property was compact but very clean and well decorated. The host was very efficient and met us at the door of the apartment to let us in and show us around. During our stat we needed extra coffee and toilet paper and they arrived within 20 minutes of us asking for them. It wasn't a problem for us but the apartment is on the 2nd floor with 4 flights of steps. As it is an old building in the old town, there is no lift so for those with mobility of fitness issues, getting heavy suitcases up the stairs can be a bit of a struggle.
