OLA (6/5): It’s nice apartment in good location but should be properly maintained especially with the standard of expectation. - The general Five palm hotel is lovely however the apartment is not that clean as seen in the picture. Yes good location , size wise is good but the bathroom is not that clean according to the standard of the apartment. Issues with the surround music system and TV speakers. I would expect proper service for such an apartment and that location. Good and secure location, access to all five services. The five palms staff are very lovely, good services received from them especially Tanya, Joseph( the concierge staff) are very lovely. The apartment is not clean enough especially the bathroom.

Ederly (3/5): Poor - the apartment was large and spacious The apartment was not soundproof. The last 5 nights it was impossible to sleep. The upstairs neighbors were making noise for half the night. We told the reception but nothing changed. The washrooms were old (not renovated) and ugly.
