• Jody (10/5): Great apartment in central location - Beautiful spacious apartment in fantastic location and the host checked in to make sure everything was ok which we appreciated. You can obviously hear music due to the close proximity to concert square but earbuds were provided and we slept fine. No plug for the bath but the shower was fine
• Shone (1/5): Cheap but not cheerful - Location was good. Noisey at night for a tuesday. Wouldn’t like to be there on a Friday or Saturday The bathroom had a musky/damp/mouldy smell to it, floor was still dirty. Loads of black hairs. The noise of the raised floor wakes people up at night if someone gets up. The windows and some of the cutlery were dirty. The microwave was also dirty. When I got there all the windows were open, even though there was a sign saying please keep them shut. This resulted in me having four flies for company throughout my stay. When I did close the windows and curtains, I was hit with a drizzle of dust in the face, from the curtains. I’d taken my shoes off when I got in. Walking around in my socks and they were sticking to the floor. I had to wear shoes on the wooded floor, even then, they would stick too. Ironically, a wet floor sign had been left out. I assume that was to make me think it had been cleaned., just not properly. There was dust all over the head of the bed. The advert also said there was private parking, not true. They don’t have any parking facilities. To top the stay off, there was working going on next door. Which resulted in loud banging, hammering and drilling for all day.
• Dahlaina (10/5): Lovely Liverpool stay, great locations, large bright rooms, with a loft style feel to them - Location is great, concert square is just around the corner. Yes the music is loud but if your going out anyway, it’s won’t be a problem and there is ear plugs provided. Apartment is very big, spacious and bright with big loft style windows. The only thing I didn’t release was the bedroom wasn’t separate from the living room, there is a hall way which connects the two, and you can see into the living room from the bedroom and vice versa, which means there isn’t much privacy to the bedroom. Really a wall needs to be built and a door added. Not really problem if there is only 2 guests.

• Emma (10/5): We could not have enjoyed our stay any more than what we did, it was the perfect location for everything we planned to d - Such a cute apartment, with everything you need! The location really could not be better, near enough everything was only a short walk away! The apartment was lovely and clean upon arrival and the check-in instructions were clear, precise and very simple! As well as this, Shey’s little personal touches were very much appreciated. We personally did not mind the noise from the club next door, however we definitely could hear it. For us, it didn’t prevent any of us from sleeping and it was actually quite enjoyable to listen to. However if you struggled to sleep usually, the loud music definitely could be a bit of a problem. Shey was kind enough to leave some noise cancelling buds on the bedside table, so if you do struggle to sleep with noise I’m sure these would work wonders!

• Katrin (9/5): Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in zentraler Lage - Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit genug Platz für 6 Personen. Lage perfekt, um Liverpool zu Fuß zu erkunden. Besonders netter Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar war und bei einem kleineren technischen Problem sofort geholfen hat. Sehr sauber.

• Mohammad (10/5): - Starting before checking in the host shows very good hospitality when we contacted him before travelling, And he was waiting for my family to arrive and make check in by himself and keep asking daily if they need any assistance and during the checkout he give some extra time to check in the other property was terrible

• Katie (7/5): Would stay here again. Shey was absolutely amazing any concerns he felt with them. Couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. - The location is amazing but be aware it’s city centre and very nosey but you are kindly provided ear plugs to help. It’s spacious, modern looking and you have everything you need for your stay. The shower sprays uncontrollably and will not stay on the stand when in use. It’s not disabled friendly no lift in the property. It was strong smelling in the apartment of marijuana that was coming from other apartments. The sofa beds are very sturdy but quite hard which if not preferred can be uncomfortable to sleep on.
