• Ευτυχία (10/5): Προτείνεται! - Η περιοχή εξαιρετική, στον παλμό της πόλης, αλλά σε ήσυχο στενό. Το δωμάτιο άνετο με όμορφη αισθητική. Μαξιλάρια και στρώμα άψογα! Πρωινό πλούσιο. Τα κορίτσια στην ρεσεψιόν εξυπηρετικά και ευγενικά! Αν έρχεστε με δικό σας όχημα μεριμνήστε εκ των προτέρων για πάρκινγκ! Η επικοινωνία μέσω της πλατφόρμας δεν γίνεται απευθείας με την (εξυπηρετική) ρεσεψιόν του καταλύματος. Δεν υπάρχει ανταπόκριση στα μηνύματα μέσω booking, όχι σε εμάς τουλάχιστον. Είμαστε ακόμα σε αναμονή απόκρισης για αίτημά μας, που αφορά στην έκδοση απόδειξης καθώς η διαμονή ήταν για επαγγελματικούς λόγους. Φυσικά αυτό είχε δηλωθεί κατά την κράτηση.
• Carole (8/5): Hôtel confortable, très bien placé et très agréable. - L'emplacement de l'hôtel et les chambres, le personnel de l’accueil à l'écoute et disponible. Les femmes de chambres très gentilles aussi. La terrasse avec la vue. Un peu moins le personnel du petit déjeuner.

• Angeliki (7/5): Great choice for a couple of nights - The location is great, next to a metro station, near Monastiraki square. The reception staff when I arrived was very polite. The room was nice and very clean. The bed and pillows really comfortable. When I arrived I asked if I can check out later and I was told I can leave at 12:00 instead of 11:00 without any extra cost. The next morning I received a call in my room, around 11:20 to remind me about the check out at 11:00. It was all ok in the end but there was some miscommunication. Although the room is very nice, it is definitely not soundproof. I could hear everything from the street and the hallway. The breakfast doesn’t have many options but it was tasty. I noticed the staff lady preparing a plate for herself and grabbing pies with her bare hand. She put one in her plate and then put it back in the tray. Also she rearranged the cakes with her bare hands. Another issue was the name of the hotel, as I made a booking in a hotel under the name Hotiday but apparently they use some rooms of another hotel. So, there was no sign for Hotiday and I didn’t get any information about this when I booked the room.

• Arianna (10/5): Struttura e staff eccezionali, ci tonerei! - La posizione è perfetta, molto centrale e a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni principali. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile: ci hanno anche preparato una box perché dovevamo partire presto. La colazione è molto buona. Nei bagni è presente il bidet. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene.

• Christos Michael (9/5): Excellent!!! - Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία κοντά στην πλατεία Μοναστηρακίου που μπορείς να πας με τα πόδια παντού, καθαρά δωμάτια, πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι. Γενικά το προσωπικό ήταν όλοι ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Σε επόμενη μου επίσκεψη στην Αθήνα θα το επέλεγα ξανά! Στο μόνο που είχαμε θέμα ήταν στο ντούζ που σε κάποιες φάσεις έφευγε η πίεση του νερού εντελώς και δεν έτρεχε καθόλου και όταν ερχόταν πίσω ήταν σαν σκωτσέζικο ντούζ, μια κρύο και μια ζεστό! Δεν γνωρίζω αν μπορεί να φτιαχτεί αυτό!? Παρόλα αυτά ήταν εξαιρετικό το ξενοδοχείο!

Stanza affacciata su un locale,molto rumorosa soprattutto il weekend.Camera piccola per un letto matrimoniale,da un lato la distanza tra letto e muro era di 15 cm.Due comodini,ma abat-jour solo su un comodino.Una sola presa vicino al comodino.Bagno piccolo con poco spazio per asciugarsi dopo la doccia,e senza cuffia per la doccia in dotazione.Spazio limitato per appoggiare il beauty case.Stanza per la colazione con tavoli sporchi sopra e sotto (una fetta di formaggio sotto il tavolo trovata il primo giorno,era ancora lì il secondo),con pavimento appiccicoso e polvere evidente su sedie e divanetti.Colazione poco varia.Mancanza d'acqua il secondo giorno, nessun avviso da parte del personale.Macchinetta del caffé non funzionante causa mancanza d'acqua,il caffé ce lo siamo dovuti pagare noi al bar.
