- Enes (1/5): Terrible management, broken furniture, no hot water - Location was great Stayed 3 nights/4 days. Apartment wasn’t ready for stay. The bed was broken, there as no hot water, fittings and fixtures loose, hair on bathroom floor, cigarette butts on balcony. Day 1. Daughter went to sleep and the bed collapsed immediately, bed frame was badly broken from before. she had to sleep on the floor first night, Day 2 - Morning advised about broken bed, they advised that it would be fixed in the afternoon. Advised them that the bed was badly broken and needed to be replaced. Came to apartment in the evening. No hot water, checked hot water unit it displayed empty and service requirement on the screen. Haven’t used shower until day, had to use cold shower. Daughter went to sleep, bed collapsed immediately. She slept on the floor again. Day 3 - came home around 4.00 pm, 2 guys fixing bed hot water unit and. They had tools all over the floor, no protection sheets, water on floors from HWU disconnected hoses, walked in wet shoes. They fixed the bed again this time putting extra screws. Guy said that this bed failed many times in the past also the HWU needed replacement but management doesn’t do it. They simply the hot water unit with fault. This property is not safe and ready for occupation. We urge booking.com to take urgent action. Tried taking to admin and manager, explained situation requested some compensation they only offered a 2.0 hours later checkout. What a joke. Don’t stay with these people.
