• INGRID (6/5): pourrait faire mieux - A coté du métro et parc, restaurant sympa juste a coté a pied la personne de l'accueil n'etait pas agreable, la porte de la salle de bain ne fermé pas et le petit dejeuner etait vraiment limite (pas de nutella)
• Derek (3/5): It was ok. - Location was great. Staff were helpful. WiFi was virtually unusable. Our initial rooms had no hot water (and weren’t what we paid for). Breakfast was pathetic.

They try to fix it but it wasn’t working… we ask for a refund and cancelation but was really difficult, it took us like 2 hours, really unpleasant experience and actitud was awful of a lady in front desk, the manager was the person that help us

• Elizabeth (3/5): Cheap clean hot don't have Breakfast - Location and cleanliness were good. Staff were polite. We were lucky but another guy would not be shown his room as he did not want to use the lift but the staff member did not want to walk the stairs. Bed was hard but that is personal choice. Duvet was so thin I thought it was a sheet at first. Mind you the room was so hot you would o ly need a sheet. Opened the window to a four foot wide column. So no air came in. The room is so small when you sit on the loo you need to turn sideways. There is a kettle but the sink is so small you can't fill it up. Breakfast was gross. Hot food was a cheap pork sausage, scrambled egg and beans. No bacon??? Bread was stale and the toaster warmed the bread but did not toast. Croissant was so dry. No butter but cheap margerine. Porridge was solid. But it only cost £10.50. Room was tiny but had 8 plug sockets. Light switches that did nothing. The hotel is a rabbit Warren of a million fire doors.

• Taylor (8/5): Great location and affordable in an accessible spot for trains and sightseeing - Great location for the price. Very close to Paddington an walkable to many tourist sites. We walked to both Kings Road and Buckingham Palace in approx. 45 min through Hyde Park. Good breakfast options and staff very quick at turnover/clearing tables. Breakfast was okay but sauasges mainly bread.

• Ann (9/5): - Location is fantastic, close to lots of local restaurants, Paddington tube, and Hyde Park. Staff very helpful, free luggage storage. And on-site breakfast buffet was plentiful, if not gourmet. Daily maid service and very clean. Bed comfortable. Older hotel, my room was teeny and bathroom taps drippy, internet in room spotty. Shower only overhead fixed, and hot water lasted only so long. Not your hotel if you are spending a lot of time in your room--but perfect for active people who just want a thrifty place to sleep.

• Martina (7/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Paddington Station fünf Minuten zu Fuß und auch mehrere Restaurants/Pubs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstück - Buffet mit guter Auswahl. Zimmer sind klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Heizung im Zimmer ließ sich nicht ausschalten und das ließ sich Fenster nicht öffnen. Eine ungünstige Kombination :(. Trotz Anmerkung bei der Rezeption und beim Reinigungspersonal wurde beides nicht repariert..

• Christian (6/5): Bien - La ubicación, está cerca de hyde park, hay restaurantes en la calle de al lado. Se ve bastante viejo el hotel, las puertas, etc, necesitaría una reforma. De la habitación, el baño es muy pequeño, casi que no cabe 1 persona, hacía mucho ruido un ventilador al encender la luz, de todas formas para pasar 1-2 noches está bien. Hay muy poca variedad de comida del buffet.

Die Betten waren groß und bequem. Grundsätzlich war es auch sauber. Es gab auch Steckdosen für europäische Geräte! ^^ Sehr kleines Bad. Im Zimmer war kaum Platz um Sachen zu platzieren. Das Personal war teilweise nicht sehr hilfsbereit bzw. haben oft nicht verstanden, was man egtl. wollte. Duschen war eine Katastrophe. Es kam fast kein Wasser und es spritzte überallhin nur nicht auf den Körper. xD

• Milerova (8/5): Would recommend for London exploring! - Hotel is super close to Paddington station - like 7 min. walk :-) ....and 7 min from Hyde Park entry. Welcoming staff. Lift is available - super as we were on 4th floor. Room was small (but bigger than some other I stayed in in London). Its not Hilton, however everything worked and was clean. There was daily room service (even changed towels that we did not want to change). Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Toasts, croassaint, choco roll, porrage, juices, coffee, tea, water, fresh fruit (bananas, apples, etc...) ham, cheese, marmelade, scrambled eggs, sausages, bean. (NO BACON). We were happy with this.

Çok şaşırdım bu otelde sadece vücut havlusu var ve gidip ikinci bir havlu istediğinizde yüzünüzü de vücudunuzu sildiğiniz havluya silmenizi bekleyen aşırı asık suratlı bir personelle karşılaştık. Bize hep ters davrandı ve giriş çıkışlarda basit insani iletişim yeteneğinden bile yoksundu. Oda aşırı küçüktü, havalandırma gürültülüydü ve odada bir boy aynası bile yoktu. Gardrop yerine de kitaplık konulmuştu inanaılmaz bir zeka gerçekten. Odamız kottaydı yani penceremiz duvara açılıyordu aşırı havasızdı.

Staff was friendly. the message reply was quick. we stayed on 4th floor and the wifi was not good at all. the shower/shampoo gel was big artificial purple color liquid and did not look good. better change that.. the shower metal part was rusty.

Kambarys nemažas, labai švarus, puikiai tvarkomas ir valomas. Patalynė ir rankšluosčiai švarūs, balti, keičiami. Yra arbatinukas, arbata, kava, pienas. Buvome užsisakę ir pusryčius, kurie yra pakankamai sotūs : dešrelės, kiaušinienė, pupelės, košė, kumpis, džemai, įvairūs vaisiai, ir t.t., kava, arbata, pienas. Yra vegetariški patiekalai. Puiku. Mūsų kambaryje 419 interneto praktiškai nebuvo, neįmanoma prisijungti, o prisijungus neįmanoma atlikti veiksmų, pvz., užregistruoti skrydžio...Durų atvykę nesugebėjom atrakinti, teko kviesti personalą. Vėliau jas teko atrakinėti pasinaudojant vyrišką jėgą, užsidaro durys taip pat tik stipriai jas trenkiant. Visos greta esančios durys taip veikia, vėlai grįžtantys žmonės norom nenorom pažadina aplinkinių kambarių gyventojus. Norėtusi lentynėlės vonios kambaryje, kur būtų galima pasidėti kosmetikos priemones.

• Pablo (7/5): Muy bien para pasar un finde en Londres - El barrio del alojamiento y el vestíbulo del hotel. Estaba todo muy limpio y el desayuno también estaba bastante bien. Era muy pequeña la habitación. Te dan lo justo para pasar la noche y ducharte. Las puertas son antiguas y solo van con llave.

• Maite (9/5): Ubicacion, personal y limpieza - Ubicacion. Metro y bus al lado. Cama cómoda con dos almohadas. La habitación para dos personas era amplia. Todo limpio. Había dos recepcionistas que hablaban español perfectamente pero todos muy atentos. Hicimos el check in a las 4.30 de la mañana y el recepcionista salió a ver si había llegado el Uber para que no estuviéramos solas. El desayuno buffet estupendo, salado y dulce. Tienes tiendas y restaurantes a la vuelta de la esquina. Tambien comida rápida KFC...para llevar. Lo recomiendo Por poner una pega el baño es un poco pequeño. Le falta una balda para dejar las cosas de aseo y a la taza entras justo. Pero está limpio y sin humedades.

• Marika (6/5): Sufficiente - Posizione ottima, vicinissima a due fermate metro delle linee principali. Colazione sufficiente, con cornetti, uova e salsicce. Potrebbero arricchirla leggermente ma va benissimo per lo standard londinese. Ottimo che ci siano prese USB nelle stanze. Deposito bagagli non custodito ma comodo e utilizzabile fino alle 8 di sera. Camera piccola ma tutto sommato comoda. Il bagno è minuscolo! Nel lavandino ci si riesce a malapena a lavarsi i denti. Pulizia discreta, capelli e peli nel letto. Solo due grandi asciugamani e tappeto per la doccia. Mancavano gli asciugamani per il viso e le mani. La persiana era rotta perciò entrava la luce già dalle 5.30 del mattino. Lo staff molto freddo e inglese incomprensibile nonostante le nostre difficoltà parlavano molto molto veloce. Non ci sono sedie o mobili per appoggiare zaini o valigie. Noi avevamo fortunatamente solo 2 zaini altrimenti non avremmo potuto camminare.

• Andrew (9/5): Comfortable, convenient and a pleasant stay. - Very comfortable, helpful reception staff. There was an odd ticket system for breakfast which would have been fine but you only got to know about it when you tried to get breakfast.
• Laëlia (7/5): Correct - L'hôtel est situé proche de la gare de Paddington, très pratique pour les déplacements, et le quartier est très sympathique. Chambre avec lits jumeaux au dernier étage, avec ascenseur. Assez exiguë mais suffisant pour un court séjour (2 nuits pour nous). Le tarif est plutôt correct pour ce quartier de Londres. La chambre est assez étroite et la salle d'eau petite. Le petit déjeuner se fait un peu dans l'anarchie. Le personnel fait comme il peut pour se faufiler entre les clients pour réapprovisionner les plats. C'est aussi très bruyant. Il faudrait revoir l'agencement de cette salle pour améliorer l'organisation du buffet pour les clients comme pour le personnel.
• Annamária (5/5): - Good location and good price. Soon was cleaned daily, which was good. The room was too small and it was in the basement. Shower was so small my 1.8m boyfriend really struggled to get in. However, the worst experience was with the staff, just after the arrival. I booked extra night via booking which was supposed to be paid at the arrival. The woman serving us was just straight up rude. She requested my card info which I didn’t want to say out loud (which I addressed) so I showed it to her to write it herself. She started reading out loud (!!!) my card info while other guests were randomly passing by. She then entered wrong information anyway and payment got declined twice. Then she loudly announced that it’s probably because there is no money on the card and asked her colleague to step in because she has ‘other duties’. He sorted it out and found a wrong date that she put in. I find this very annoying and this person should receive extra training on how to handle sensitive information and how to behave in hospitality. Other staff members were okay, especially very kind breakfast personnel.

Tuvimos que irnos a otra habitación. Cosas que pueden pasar. Lo malo es que no recibimos por parte del hotel ningún tipo de disculpa o reconocimiento. Muy flojo

• Soukaina (7/5): Efficiënt - De locatie was super top! Het is een rustige wijk en is ook dichtbij het station! Alles is makkelijk te bereiken. De bedden waren niet goed verschoond. Er zaten haren op mijn bed en een vlek op mijn kussen. Een paar haren in de douche en vlekken op de handdoeken. Er zat geen slot op de deur en onze deur was zelfs open gelaten, nadat de schoonmaakster was gekomen. Dit was schrikken toen we in de avond terug waren in het hotel. Elke keer wanneer je naar buiten gaat moet je je kamersleutel inleveren. Wanneer je weer terugkomt in het hotel moet je je sleutels weer terugvragen, maar hierbij geven ze de sleutels zonder te checken of het echt jouw kamer is.

• Catherine (8/5): Très bon séjour! - Accueil gentil à la réception, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner convenable, pas de mauvaise surprise. Un peu plus de variété au petit déjeuner. Et placer svp le sèche cheveux devant un miroir dans la chambre... sinon tout était bien!

• Dorthe (8/5): Fornuftig pris, i forhold til det man får. - Placering rigtig god, tæt på togstation og gå afstand mange seværdigheder Morgenmads buffeten, var meget dårligt placeret og kun en kaffemaskine til mange gæster.
