- Imogen (7/5): Rural setting, some distance from tours and old town - The staff went above and beyond to help us as had tours booked but couldn’t get taxis come so far out from chaing mai town It made day really long having extra 40 minutes travelling. It was lovely and quiet and clean. Just too far out from everything . You really need a car to stay here. Did have real feel of rural area but for us we should booked closer to the town.

- Thada (7/5): - Lovely resort , beautiful scenery rice field, we enjoyed the pool at lot since other other guests around. Unfortunately our group of friends come to this hotel in low season when there are not enough guests staying there. So the restaurant is really not prepared. Whatever you order the staffs would have to take order and then go to the market and do the shopping, that is time consuming for us especially when you are hungry.

- praviena pravichpram (8/5): Fijn verblijf - Personeel is heel vriendelijk en praten goed Engels (geloof niet dat ze Thais waren maar uit Myanmar). We hadden 1 grote woning met 3 losse slaapkamers met ensuite badkamers. Onze slaap- en badkamer waren vrij ruim. Er was een grote keuken en een aparte livingroom aan het huis waar we geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt. We hebben vooral met z'n zessen op de overdekte en dichte veranda gezeten waar er gerookt mocht worden. Ook heel fijn voor de rokers onder ons, zodat ze geen last hadden van muggen. Locatie is een halfuur van de Night Bazaar met de auto. Je moet een auto hebben om er te komen. Uber/Bolt rijden daar nauwelijks of vragen de hoofdprijs voor een ritje. Zwembad is een stukje verder van het huisje.

- Sam Wen Chau (8/5): Can be better - The room is very clean and staffs are trying to help us at all time. Very hard to contact the reception or hotel staffs, first day checked in Bath room stuck with water can drain. Call their mobile on booking.com and they came to fixed. TV cable been unplugged everything and only cartoon ONE CHANNEL can be view. Try to call them second day about 6pm to ask for bottle of mineral water to be refilled but no one answer my call, I called for 6 times.

Hotell felt at times almost deserted, many places were not maintained and very few guests. Restaurant had very limited options and closed early in the evening. Room was not cleaned in between nights.

- Magdaléna (5/5): Priemerné - V prvom rade sa mi páčila lokalita. Tiché prostredie na relax a oddych od mesta a masového turizmu. Napriek tomu však musím napísať mnoho nedostatkov. Počas môjho pobytu mi ani raz neboli vyhodené smeti a nikto mi nevymenil prádlo a uteráky. TV v izbe Deluxe Queen je absolútne nepoužiteľná len tam je na okrasu. Totiž nie je ju kam zapojiť. Raňajky a večere musíte vopred nahlásiť takže radím ísť si urobiť nákup do Sanpatongu alebo sa prejsť pár metrov do rodinnej reštaurácie za rozumnú cenu. V takomto ubytovaní by som očakávala minimarket na mieste aspoň drogéria, snacky, kávy a čaje. Navyše rezervácie výletov sú predražené. 3000 THB Doi Inthanon. Do rezortu môže cez noc ktokoľvek vkročiť nie je strážený atď....

Nous avons trouvé excellent le cours de cuisine d'un rapport qualité/prix incroyable nous avons cuisiné 3 plats et mangé 4 ! Et le personnel etait aux petits soins auprès de nous. La salle de bain manquait d'aération et sentait un peu.

On est arrivé le soir et déjà à l’accueil aucune personne n’est venue nous voir, nous a dit bonjour. On a dû venir vers eux, ils étaient entrain de nettoyer leur voiture… pour les autres jours, ça allait mieux. La porte de la chambre se ferme avec un cadenas, pas très commun… La chambre n’est pas du tout comme celles sur les photos, elle est très sombre et lugubre, elle sentait l’humidité, à chaque fois que l’on rentrait la chambre sentait très mauvais. La douche à côté des toilettes sans rideau, ce n’est pas pratique du tout, à chaque fois qu’on se lave, le sol entier de la salle de bain est mouillé ainsi que les toilettes.

- Sascha (10/5): - Wunderschönes, ruhiges Hotel mit tollem Pool und supernettem Personal – besonders der kleine Chihuahua Yoshi war ein Highlight! Wir (2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) haben die Ruhe außerhalb sehr genossen. Scooter kann man leihen, perfekt zum Einkaufen oder Erkunden!

- saskia (3/5): Séjour décevant et peu agréable - Appartement spacieux, bien équipé et propre. Resort avec bcs de potentiel mais très décevant. Désertique , froid et totalement dénué de charme. Piscine très belle mais eau très sale. La filtration ne fonctionnait pas toujours. L’ensemble avait l’air d’être un peu à l’abandon… Restaurant catastrophique, nous n’avions pas du tout l’impression d’être attendus .la moitié de la carte n’était pas disponible et nous n’avons jamais réussi à manger ensemble. Chaque plat arrivait avec 15 minutes d’écart. même pas un petit fruit pour le petit déjeuner, ni de thé. Nous avons loué deux scooters qui n’arrêtaient pas de tomber en panne en plein milieu des carrefours de la ville… Très dangereux. Ils nous ont heureusement dépanné le lendemain en nous amenant eux-mêmes au Grand Canyon. Nous n’avons pas payé les scooters. Emplacement très calme, trop calme ! Proche du Grand canyon, mais loin de la ville.

We rented motorbikes at the reception and explored the countryside for 2 days. 1.We had breakfast outside (must try the Egg Sell by Who) as kids needed a savory breakfast. 2. Our initial bungalow smelled humidity. We asked to change and we had a very nice one.

The staff is nice and we had everything we needed The pool is wonderful, nature and rice fields 😁 Just be aware that as it is far you need a car or a driver ( 1/2 hour drive from the city) The restaurant did not have everything on the menu, and the kitchen is not really for cooking

It was not really convenient to go down every time for kitchen stuff. In kitchen no water, cups have take upstairs to clean. It was good I didn't have neighbors. I guess have to share kitchen with them.

- Jens & Jelka (5/5): - Wir waren eine 2 Nächte im August dort. Wir waren fast allein im Resort, was den Aufenthalt etwas gruselig wirken ließ. Der Pool und das Essen sind sehr gut. Es waren kaum Mitarbeiter zu sehen. Die Klimaanlage befand sich genau über dem Bett...man konnte dort kaum schlafen, da das Gebläse aufs Bett zielte. Die Anlage ist recht abgelegen.

Very nice and helpful staff, beautiful pool, laundry service. Rooms are very big, excellent for families. Feels like the countryside, unlike staying in the old city of Chiang Mai. The location has another side - about 40 minutes drive from Chiang Mai’s old city. It is better to rent a car (there is a parking place). Taxis might charge a lot to get there.
- Steven (10/5): Solo stay at Phanumas Resort Chiang Mai - I had an amazing stay, and the location was perfect for a nice relaxing time, surrounded by nature! The staff were amazing and took good care of me and even helped drive me to the shops on one occasion. Han is an absolute legend 🙌 Just keep in mind that the location is a bit far away from shops, and you will need to ride a motorbike or use grab to get there.

- Nassima (8/5): Nice Resort, but too remote - The resort’s grounds are absolutely beautiful, with tranquil pools and serene sitting areas that create a peaceful atmosphere. It’s an ideal place for relaxation and unwinding. However, it may not be the best fit for younger travelers seeking a more vibrant or social environment. The hotel is quite remote and far from the city, which makes going out in the evening, even for dining, a challenge. We arrived late after our flight into Chiang Mai and found that there were no nearby restaurants, and unfortunately, the hotel’s own restaurant was already closed. We ended up piecing together a meal from the snack bar. Because of the location and limited evening options, we decided to leave after the first night.

- Stacey (9/5): Peaceful Retreat outside of Chiang Mai - The property is very clean and comfortable, the food in the restaurant is delicious, and the staff is wonderful and very helpful. It isn’t new, but is very well maintained. The location, in the midst of acres of farmland, is peaceful, beautiful and very quiet. They have scooters to rent for driving around the area. We would definitely stay here again! We are without a car, and while it was difficult to get a taxi using the Grab app, the staff was very helpful in helping us with rides when necessary.

- Sietske (7/5): Misleading ad, but made the best out of it - The location, it's very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by rice fields. Beware, you need your own transportation or you can't go anywhere, and then it's not great... But scooters can be rented from reception at 250/day. The staff is doing their best in trying to revive the place and are super helpful. The restaurant is definitely not as promised, there are no vegan options which they clearly stated. When we were there, we could choose out of 4 dishes, mostly meat or egg-based. The pool was "in maintenance" for the full 5 days even though at check-in they said tomorrow. If you don't have your own 5G, you won't have any reliable internet.

The resturant only had like half the menu and there was only one other resturant close by. Room was only cleaned on request. The kitchen only had a microwave, one knife and tree bowls. There where no sleeping couch. Tv was not possible to use unless you where standing.

Foods were cheap as well. The floor wasn't clean. Shower heads were broken in every room. The toilet in the smallest room was smelly and had water coming out of sewage all the time. The tiles in bathrooms were very slippery. Not good with elderly people. No mats in the bathrooms. Not far from main road but difficult to find. The road to the resort wasn't good. You'll need to call a taxi or have your own transportation.

- Yitbarek (10/5): Peace - Secluded and quiet. Lots of nice places to sit and lie down. Very nice view. All guests and staff are like friends. Dinner had to be brought in from outside.

- Alexandra (10/5): Amazing - Clean, beautiful accomodation, great location if you have car. Better for groups.
- Alice (1/5): Bad - Me and my partner stayed. When we arrived at dinner time - they then told us the restaurant was closed and didn’t advise us on anywhere else to go. They offered a scooter and when used was extremely low on fuel limiting our access to restaurants. There was nothing to do in the area. There was no staff in reception and was unable to ask for help. We then decided to leave, upon booking a driver I packed my bags and left the property to then the slidey door falling front first and smashing which was already faulty as didn’t fully close anyway. We were unable to then find any staff to report this in person so we left a message and our driver had arrived. We then received a message they didn’t offer a refund and said we are unable to, they also shared that I would have to pay half for there faulty door which I did pay which no support or reimbursement. Very disappointed and would not recommend staying here.
- Alisha (9/5): Superb - The staff was extremely polite, and the rooms were quite clean. Great, laid back atmosphere. Near the elephant Sanctuary. The location was wonderful for having privacy, but difficult to get back to the city activities. It is about a 30 to 45 min. ride or drive into town.
