• Johanna (9/5): Perfecto para disfrutar unos días 😜 - Ubicado a pasos de todo, pude ir caminando a todo lo que quería ver en Pes, incluso ir a la zona de Buda lleva poco más de media hora caminando . Entrar al apartamento es un poco complicado para alguien que no sabe hacer un auto check in . Es un edificio muy antiguo, pero el apartamento es muy moderno, con todas las comodidades

• Łukasz (5/5): Mieszane wrażenie z pobytu - Pobyt w apartamencie był średni. Metraż jest wystarczający dla dwóch osób i pod tym względem nie ma zastrzeżeń. Niestety z łazienki unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach, co znacząco obniżyło komfort pobytu. Dodatkowo materac był bardzo niewygodny i niskiej jakości, co utrudniało wypoczynek. Mam nadzieję, że właściciel poprawi te kwestie, ponieważ lokal ma potencjał.

• Sarbu (1/5): Din punct de vedere al cazarii - groaznic. NU RECOMAND - Locatia centrala. Canapeaua era rupta iar partea de la perete era mai sus decat celalta parte (daca dormeai in partea de langa perete te rostogoleai spre marginea canapelei), patul de doua persoane era foarte incomod, se simpteau toate arcurile. Dupa indelungi discutii cu proprietarii ne-au mutat pentru o noapte in alta locatie ca sa poata repara patul. La intoarcere la locatie, canapeaua nu mai era rupta, dar problema cu inclinarea e a ramas si a fost o noapte groaznica. Mesterii care au lucrat au lasat toata mizeria facuta acolo. Telecomanda de la televizor era fara baterii si nici dupa ce am sesizat problema nu s-a rezolvat. Celor cu care am mers le-a fost anulata rezervarea cu 3 ore inainte de check-in pe motiv de gandaci, dar nu au luat in considerare mesajul si cand au ajuns la cazare si au intrat in camera a vazut ca de fapt camera rezervata de ei era de 2 persoane si nu de 4 persoane cum am rezervat ei.

• Valeria (1/5): - We wanted to go to Budapest for the Christmas holidays and chose this “hotel.” If this is considered a hotel, then I don’t even want to know what a hostel looks like. Everything started with our arrival. We arrived at the hotel only to find out that the reception was about a 20-minute walk from our accommodation. We spent more than an hour at the reception because it was supposedly closed, even though it should have been open from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. There was a completely different person there instead of a receptionist, but this man tried to help us. As a result, we checked in at 5:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM. At first, we were told we would get room no. 8. Later, we received an email saying we had room no. 7 and that it was ready for check-in. When we arrived at the reception, we were told that our room was not prepared. Eventually, we found out that we actually had room no. 8 and that the key was stored in a lockbox at the hotel. We arrived at the room, which was supposed to be for three people. We discovered that there were not enough towels (we only had two towels, which smelled, and one bath mat). There were not enough cutlery items (only two forks), there was no dish sponge, the TV didn’t work, and the iron was sticky. Another major issue was breakfast. We had paid for breakfast for three days. We later found out that breakfast was served in another building (a restaurant). We were not told that vouchers were left on the table, so we went without them. As a result, we ordered food and, of course, paid for it ourselves. On the second day, we went to the restaurant again, but unfortunately it was closed. No one informed us that the opening hours had changed. We tried again on the third day, which turned out to be a mistake as well. We informed the hotel about this situation, but so far we have been completely ignored. We wasted money on breakfasts that we never actually received. As the saying goes, it was a vacation “for all our money” 😂.

• Darina (7/5): - Apt no. 6. - The sofa wasn't suitable for 2 people, not only for 2 children. One leg was broken and it was very uncomfortable to sleep there for a man. I was sleeping upstairs with 2 children, but there was also only 160 cm bed. So we recommend to put better sofa to living room. Also it would be useful to put dishtowel, ladle, wooden spoon, or more equipment to kitchen..

• meghan (3/5): We had a lovely time in Budapest but I wouldn't recommend staying here. - Location was good Shower was good -The keys had to be collected from a separate building 20 mins walk away, which we did not find out until the day of travel. -The apartment was incredibly hot making it very difficult to sleep. The remotes did not work for the AC/heater so it was stuck on HIGH all day, all night. We did read reviews that mentioned this but assumed because we were staying during winter, this would actually be beneficial - the heat was unbearable. - There is a lot of noise pollution, you can hear everything from your neighbours and there was a loud machine noise that went on several times throughout the night, you can also hear road traffic constantly. -There is a lack of the basic amenities, there was only 1 towel provided each for our 5 day stay. There is no hand towel or bath mat in the bathroom. No hand towel in the kitchen. The hair dryer is unusable because it overheats within a minute of use and will not turn on again until it has had a lengthy 'rest', I couldn't even manage to dry my fringe. -We could not use the tv because the remotes did not work, we bought batteries ourselves and contacted the host SEVERAL times but they were never fixed during our stay. -The host helpfully provided a whatsapp contact for raising any issues but it is an automated AI bot who will say that the issue is getting fixed asap but nothing actually ever happens -The light switch to the upstairs bedroom is inconveniently downstairs. Therefore you do not have any light to get up and down stairs when it is dark. It is obviously quite dangerous and the upstairs needs a lamp as a bare minimum for safety and recommended to install a handrail on both sides of the stairs. -There was hair in the towels that were provided to us and the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. -There is an issue with an incredibly bad smell in the entrance and stairs leading up to the apartment but fine once inside your apartment.

• Jessica (4/5): Smelly and sleees - Location was good The room smelled like sewage. No proper lock on the door but people constantly walking by the room. Bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever stayed in. Loud in apartment block, party going on until 2am night before flight but no answer from reception about what to do. Reception was a 15 minute taxi from the location.

• Yuliia (4/5): Disappointing - The location is good First of all, the reception is located about 20 minutes away from the actual apartment, which is already very inconvenient. When I asked about lockers, the staff told me it wasn’t secure. Yet the next morning (around 5–6 AM) a man who had been locked out — the reception later suggested he might have been drunk — was persistently knocking on the neighbour’s door for nearly half an hour. It was disturbing and I did not feel safe at all. On top of that, I had to return the keys to the same reception that was so far away, which makes no sense. And for two people we were given only three towels: one large, one small, and one for the feet. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for comfort or safety.

• PANAGIOTIS (4/5): Bad customer service robot - poor quality bed - Location was good and the reception was polite. Ηταν μια κακή εμπειρία διαμονής από μια πολύ rude εταιρεία ακινήτων. Πρώτον, σε αναγκάζουν να πας σε ένα άλλο κτίριο πολύ μακριά για να πάρεις τα κλειδια. Στα μηνύματα η επικοινωνία είναι μέσω ai chatbot και όχι πραγματικό αντιπρόσωπο! Το δωμάτιο-διαμέρισμα είναι μέσα σε ένα πολύ βρώμικο κτίριο. Το χειρότερο ήταν ότι το κρεβάτι είναι ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει σε στρώμα. Τα πολύ παλιά IKEA που νιώθεις τα ελατήρια. Δεν μπορεσαμε να ξεκουράσουμε. Τα μαξιλάρια επίσης ότι χειρότερο έχω κοιμηθεί ποτέ! Τα σκεύη μαγειρικής (τιγανι, κτλ) ήταν γδαρμένα και χάλια. Ο καναπές σπασμένος. Σπασμένο toilet brush, ευτυχώς μας έφεραν καινούργιο. Ευτυχώς λείπαμε πολλές ώρες από το κατάλυμα γιατί η ηχομόνωση είναι επίσης ένα θέμα. Θεά δεν υπάρχει, από τα παράθυρα βλέπεις το μέσα μέρος της πολυκατοικίας. Επίσης αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση είναι πως σχεδόν κανείς δεν μιλάει αγγλικά και η επικοινωνία είναι πολύ δύσκολη. Μετά από τόσα θέματα που επικοινωνήσαμε, ήρθε μετά από 2 ωρεσ μια κυρία που δήλωνε manager αλλά αγγλικά δεν μιλούσε. Κρίμα γιατί το κατάλυμα θα μπορούσε να είναι υπέροχο! Δεν άξιζε τα λεφτά του σε καμία περίπτωση! Καλή η τεχνολογία αλλά είναι εντελώς απαράδεκτο να μιλάς για deluxe εξυπηρέτηση και να μιλάς με ένα ρομπότ που σε τίποτα δεν σε βοηθάει.
• Rosa.GD (6/5): Se puede mejorar - La ubicación. tienes metro, tranvía y buses para moverte fácilmente y estás muy cerca a pie del szimpla, fogas, frici papa, New York café.. La calefacción y el termo del agua iban genial para combatir las bajas temperaturas. La recepción para recoger la tarjeta está a 20min de distancia del apartamento, a parte si quieres dejar las maletas en recepción te cobran un importe de 10€, jamás me había pasado eso. Había bastante falta de higiene en las superficies del apartamento. Éramos dos y sólo nos dejaron 2 toallas medianas, cuando lo normal es una grande y una pequeña por huésped. Eché en falta más utensilios de cocina y un escurridor de vajilla. Las colchones son muy finos y las almohadas realmente son cojines que se deforman. El ruido de la avenida no fue un problema, pero si el de los vecinos, ya que las paredes son de papel y se escucha absolutamente todo a todas horas.
