• Neil (7/5): - Great location. Large property. Quite comfortable beds. Lots of space. Some good facilities such as TV and oven. Key pickup was not explained well - arrived at stated location but had not been informed about 6 digit code that was required for handover. Property was missing a few crucial things - no teatowels for example and limited cooking utensils. No welcome pack or info with things like wifi password on. 4th bed is not a sofabed as stated but an air mattress.
• Corinne (5/5): - L'emplacement proche du métro Les dimensions et les aménagements de l'appartement bien que des rafraîchissements/travaux dentretien soient a prévoir Contrairement aux détails donnés sur Booking, pas de bagagerie. Si vous prévoyez d'arriver avant 15h, il vous faudra vous promener avec vos bagages, les propriétaires étant très inflexibles sur les horaires malgré des échanges dès notre réservation dans lesquels ils nous avaient dit que l'on pourrait déposer les bagages dès 12h. En réalité, propriétaires injoignables, ils ne répondent pas à nos sollicitations, pas possible de laisser nos valises plus tôt. Les clés sont à récupérer dans une supérette à + de 10 mns à pied de l'appartement ce qui oblige à faire un détour depuis le métro, l'appartement étant à 3 mns de la station mais pas la supérette. Là encore, bien que l'on ait les infos pour récupérer les clés dès 14h, les propriétaires ne donnent le code pour obtenir les clés que sur demande, dans notre cas pas avant 14h30. De plus, il est précisé qu'il y a du wifi dans toutes les chambres ce qui est faux, le wifi n'a fonctionné que quelques heures et uniquement dans le salon puis plus rien. Là encore, aucun retour des propriétaires sur le sujet. Si vous attendez des échanges agréables et fluides avec vos propriétaires, passez votre chemin, ceux-ci ne se soucient pas de leurs hôtes. Surtout attention à bien quitter les lieux pour l'heure indiquée sinon facturation de pénalités de retard.

• Eva (8/5): Nice and convenient. - The property is located in a very nice area, only a short walk to the tube, bus stations and Camden Market. The flat was spacious, all the appliances were working and it was decently clean. The windows and walls are so thin that everything happening in the house and outside can be heard, but I guess that it is the same everywhere around London.

• G (10/5): Hidden gem in Camden! - The location was perfect, brilliant size for me and my friends. Clean and had everything we needed. Collecting and dropping off the keys was super simple and just down the street. The hosts were easy to contact and fast to reply. Thankyou!

• Marta (6/5): Buena ubicación, pero no tiene 4 camas - Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de metro y de Candem Market. El apartamento es muy espacioso y la zona es buena. La limpieza es aceptable. Es incómodo ir a por la llave cargados con la maleta, pero está solo a 5’ y fueron rápidos en la entrega. En el anuncio viene que tienen 4 camas (o 3 y un sofá cama, dependiendo de dónde mires), pero había 3 camas y un colchón hinchable que además perdía aire por la noche. Un colchón hinchable no puede sustituir a una cama. Un apartamento no es un camping. Además, preguntamos varias cosas al personal antes de la llegada (estación cercana, recomendaciones…) y no hubo respuesta más allá de los mensajes genéricos sobre las horas de check in y check out, ni información sobre cómo poner la calefacción, por ejemplo. Nos preguntaron si todo bien justo el día antes de irnos.

Brakuje informacji organizacyjnych, np brak kodu odbioru kluczy, hasło do wi fi, info o pobliskich sklepach i restauracjach, zasady obiektu, jak segregować śmieci itp. Groźba kary finansowej za przekroczenie doby hotelowej powyżej 30 min. (info na koniec pobytu)

• Hana (5/5): Pros and cons - The property is spacious, clean and warm. Airbeds were provided. Necessary information such as security code and wifi password is provided only when asked. No internet connection on the top floor bedrooms.
• Jasmine (10/5): Clean, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located - It’s a beautiful, spotless apartment with a very friendly host who was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is excellent, the streets are clean, and it’s only an 8–10 minute walk to Camden Market and the town. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Only thing is 10am checkout which we found but too early

• Massimiliano (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - La struttura era pulita ampia con tre camere da letto eletti sufficientemente comodi. Pur essendo nei pressi di un incrocio era ben insonorizzata Rispetto alle aspettative era un po' fuori dalle zone battute che da un certo punto può anche essere un vantaggio perché è più silenzioso però è lontano un po' da tutto anche se la metropolitana è a circa 300 metri. Il ritiro della chiave è in un supermercato a 300 metri di distanza e la restituzione della chiave è sempre nello stesso supermercato quindi non è comodo. Per farmi consegnare la chiave dovevo avere un codice che non mi era stato mandato per tempo per cui il gestore del supermercato ha dovuto contattare l'host perché a me non rispondeva al telefono. Per avere l'accesso al WiFi ho dovuto contattare l'host e non è stato facile perché non risponde al telefono comunica solo attraverso dei messaggi

• Altinay (6/5): Aceptable - Muy bien para todos los que íbamos. Buena distribución. Cerca de la estación del metro y de la parada de autobús. Escaleras estrechas para acceder. A pesar de que el anfitrión aseguró que había wifi, no era así. No habían ventiladores y esos días había mucho calor en Londres. Le pedimos nos trajera y contestó que probablemente y no trajo nada. No se podía cerrar la puerta de la calle por dentro, generando inseguridad cuando estábamos dentro.

• péter (5/5): - A szállás jó környéken van, jó az elrendezése, tágas, kényelmes Nem volt tisztaság, sem a konyhában, sem a fürdőben, ajtók piszkosak, a kézmosó és mosogatószer éppen csak egy kicsi, a wi-fi csak első nap működött, utána sem internet nem volt, sem TV. Ezt jeleztük, de semmi nem történt.
• Null (9/5): A lovely, clean space suitable for a family. - It was really spacious and clean and had everything we needed. There were nice extra touches such as the towels being nicely arranged and toilet paper flowers in the bathroom. The only thing that was a little annoying was that the overhead lights in some rooms were very dark but there were lamps that we could turn in to make it brighter.

• Bawa (6/5): Ni - It was very clean , and comfortable The host was very slow to respond .We were given a code, but when we went to pick up the key, the shop keeper said it was a wrong code. The host then took a long time to respond to us and then requested our ID. Also the internet was not working which I can see is a recurrent issue

Nearby key pickup/collection (5-7mins walk) Shops either end of the road - local shop, breakfast spots, chippy, pub Felt very homely and comfortable - beds were very comfortable had the best sleep! Questions were answered in a timely and friendly manner. It was very hot during our stay! A few fans would’ve helped. Especially the top room which is sun facing. No internet - we used hotspot (i have unlimited data so not an issue, but could be an issue otherwise) host gave internet details/instructions but it did not show up so couldn’t connect. Property security left an uneasy feeling - one door lock. Although the area seemed nice enough.

• Debby (8/5): Really lovely apartment near Camden - The property is spacious and on good location, has 3 spacious rooms, balcony, 2 bathrooms, a living room and big kitchen. More than enough pillows and kitchen utensils. Beds are comfortable. So many narrow steps to access the property, not okay if you carry big luggages, there is no fans and we stayed during the hottest nights of the year, if you open the windows, the noise from the street could bother your sleep. There is no mats to dry your feet in the bathrooms, no iron and NO INTERNET.

• Sarah (5/5): Great location. Poor facilities - Great location and very spacious TV in lounge area and all bedrooms were unusable as there were no aerials. WiFi required to use tv’s which wasn’t made available. TV’s should not be advertised as a facility or WiFi should be provided. No bath mats or non-stick section within bath makes baths dangerous when using over bath showers.
• Solomon (1/5): Be careful due to last-minute cancellations by the owner. - We never even got to use the place because the owner canceled ten minutes before we got there. Ten minutes before our scheduled arrival, the property owner cancelled our reservation and offered a smaller, two-bedroom apartment in Shepherd's Bush at the original price. We rejected this alternative due to the size discrepancy from our three-bedroom booking. Furthermore, no compensation was offered for incurred travel expenses, and the owner's claim of a Booking.com double-booking was unsubstantiated.
• Ivan (6/5): Nice, clean apartment with good location, but poor communication or willing to help guests. - Good location near Candem and underground Room advertised a sofa bed but when we arrived it was missing the sofa bed, so we had to notify the hosts but they did not arrange any additional bed, so someone had to sleep in a sofa. Poor communication with host.

• Greg (9/5): Great location 15 minute walk to the centre of Camden - Great Location. Easy to find free on street parking at weekend. Clean, Large bedrooms. Short walk to Camden Market Not very homely, Parking might be an issue in the week during the daytime.
