PING-HUA (8/5): - 整個房源空間很大，廚房設備充足有提供洗碗機的洗潔劑跟廚房紙巾，有小陽台，有洗衣機但沒有洗衣精，樓下就有超市很方便，離車站很近走路五分鐘。沙發跟床都塌陷了，應該要換新的。寄放行李只有辦公室營業時間11點到18點，但10點就是退房時間。

Wyposażenie kuchni, zepsuty czajnik elektryczny. Raczej na pobyt w tym lokalu nie nastawiała bym się na samodzielne przygotowanie posiłku.
Wioletta (5/5): - Lokalizacja byla bardzo dobra. Początkowo dostałam inny apartamentu niż zamawiałam. Brakowało pojedynczego łóżka w sypialni. Na szczęście to interwencji obsługa zareagowała dość szybko i zmieniono nam apartament. Ogólnie jak na dwie noce, było znośnie.

Jadwiga (4/5): Jedyną zaletą obiektu jest lokalizacja. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra 700m - 800 m od Pałacu Kultury i Dworca Centralnego. Można w 20 minut spokojnie dojść do obiektu. Pokój był zaniedbany, prysznic zepsuty, lodówka ledwo działała, łóżko trzeszczało i materace trochę jak dla mnie za twarde. Ogólnie niezbyt przyjemny pokój. Następnym razem poszukam coś innego.

Mieli zostawić pilot do garażu, nie zrobili tego przez dwa dni. Z małym dzieckiem musiałam zjeżdżać windą i otwierać ręcznie bramę garażową - smród papierosów na klatce schodowej

Obiekt jest objęty rozbudowanym monitoringiem, obejmującym kamery i stanowisko konsjerża zlokalizowane przed windami na parterze, a także kamery wewnątrz wind i jedną umieszczoną nad drzwiami wejściowymi do apartamentu. Poziom monitoringu wydawał się przesadny i tworzył niekomfortową atmosferę, jakbym wchodził do obiektu o zaostrzonym rygorze. Chociaż bezpieczeństwo jest ważne, to wykraczało poza to, co uważam za rozsądne w przypadku zakwaterowania gości. Miałem wrażenie, że każdy ruch jest obserwowany, co znacząco wpłynęło na mój pobyt. Nie każdy gość powinien być traktowany jako potencjalne zagrożenie. Ze względu na przytłaczający poziom monitoringu, nie polecam tego obiektu. (The property is equipped with extensive surveillance, including cameras and a concierge station located in front of the ground floor elevators, as well as cameras inside the elevators and one positioned above the apartment’s entrance door. The level of monitoring felt excessive and created an uncomfortable atmosphere, as though I were entering a high security facility. While security is important, this went beyond what I consider reasonable for guest accommodation. I felt as if every movement was being observed, which significantly impacted my stay. Not every guest should be treated as a potential risk. Due to the overwhelming level of surveillance, I would not recommend this property.)

Location is perfect as it’s close to central station and at the same time restaurants areas and iconic places in Warsaw. Maria (7/5): - Apartament znajduje się w centrum miasta, co jest dużym udogodnieniem. Był czysty, przytulny oraz komfortowy i ciepły. Kuchnia była wyposażona w potrzebne naczynia, a w łazience znajdowała się zarówno wanna, jak i pralka, co dodatkowo podniosło wygodę pobytu. Pobyt miał niestety kilka istotnych mankamentów. Już na początku pojawił się problem z otwarciem drzwi wejściowych do budynku. Po wejściu okazało się, że apartament różni się od tego, który był zarezerwowany - obsługa tłumaczyła to problemami technicznymi w pierwotnym obiekcie, jednak zależało mi na rogowej sofie i sypialni z dwoma osobnymi łóżkami (otrzymałam jedynie informację, że sofa jest rozkładana). W kuchni brakowało podstawowych rzeczy, takich jak sól, pieprz czy herbata owocowa; dostępna była wyłącznie bardzo mocna herbata czarna. Naczynia wyglądały na jedynie przetarte po poprzednich gościach. Lodówka pracowała bardzo głośno. W salonie roleta w dużym oknie była uszkodzona - trudno było ją podnieść, a przy próbach często opadała. Dodatkowo salon był słabo oświetlony i brakowało lampy stojącej. W mieszkaniu brakowało również lustra, w którym można zobaczyć się w całości - jedyne lustro znajdowało się w łazience, ale nie spełniało tej funkcji. W sypialni zagłówek łóżka był uszkodzony (widoczna dziura). Dodatkowo hałas z zewnątrz był wyraźnie słyszalny, zwłaszcza przejeżdżające pojazdy uprzywilejowane na sygnałach, co mocno przeszkadzało szczególnie wieczorem i w nocy.
Kasprzak (6/5): Ciasno jak dla 4 osób ale do przeżycia. - Lokalizacja świetna, wszędzie blisko. Mieszkanie niewywietrzone, unosił się w nim niezbyt przyjemny zapach. Pościel i ręczniki też nie pachniały świeżością, choć zdecydowanie były czyste. Okropnie obdrapane drzwi w szafie przy wejściu.

Olha (10/5): Wonderful! - It’s amazing apartment. I would live there. It’s located in the city center, in new safe building, it’s clean, comfortable, it has nice big balcony. It would be nice to have full height mirror in the apartment though.
