Evitatelo. Noi purtroppo per un mero errore abbiamo sbagliato. Contattati subito ci hanno risposto, non solo che non si poteva modificare la prenotazione,ma anche cambiare le date. Per fortuna siamo riusciti a partire senza problemi.

The included body wash/shampoo wasn't great. Would be nicer if separate and better quality. Additional lighting in the room would be good as well there was just the ceiling light and 1 weak bedside lamp.

• Letoo (6/5): Good potential wasted by wrong procedures and untrained staff. - Nice chill zone at the top of the building, allows for eating and working outside. Staff was nice enough. Fridge with nice beers is a cool touch. Breakfast was overall fine, but on one day, the milk in the coffee machine was clearly expired and spoiled. This has never happened to me before, and the freshness of dairy should be checked by the staff before it’s served to guests. While the milk was replaced after I pointed it out, guests shouldn't have to report something so basic. What was significantly worse, however, was the shower trap in my bathroom. It was incorrectly installed, which caused the room to smell terrible when I checked in. Although I fixed the mounting myself, the stench persisted throughout my entire stay, even after I aired the room out for three days. The staff member who showed me to the room must have been aware of the smell—it was impossible to miss. Management really needs to train the staff on how to properly maintain and inspect the drains. Lastly, the parking lot is a total labyrinth. It definitely needs more signage, as navigating it for the first time was a 10-minute struggle.

Quelques équipements de la salle de bain mériterait d'être remplacés, manque d'ambiance en fin de journée, il faudrait un peu de musique et mieux exploiter le coin terrasse !

The balcony offers incredible views of the rooftops; you can admire the sunrise from your room's balcony or sip a glass of wine under the setting sun. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, and the staff, both in the kitchen and at reception, are very pleasant. I would like a more thorough cleaning, as a lot of dust settles from the balcony, even on the sixth floor. It turns out Budapest is a very dusty city for some reason😅 The location is excellent: all the sights in any direction are about half an hour at most, and the metro station is very close. The hotel's price/experience ratio was even better than expected. Overall, we are very glad we chose this hotel, and if we ever stay in Budapest again, we will definitely come back here again. Thank you! ❤️ For me, who has lived in a quiet Danish town for the last five years, the street noise was incredibly loud, but that's not the hotel's fault, of course. The city itself is very active, and there are plenty of ambulances and police cars with loud sirens blaring almost every five minutes. This was very annoying for the first two days, but since we stayed for a week, we eventually got used to it.

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho, al ser una última planta el sol pega todo el tiempo, no nos toco mucho calor, unos 24°C, pero el a/c no lograba bajar la temperatura, y lo puse en 18 todo el tiempo, si tocase más temperatura, sería un problema, espero lo reparen.

• Luca (8/5): - A reggeli bőséges volt, kedves volt a személyzet, kényelmes volt az ágy. A fürdőben nagyon meleg volt, míg a szobában nem igazán. Az erkélyajtót nehezen lehetett kinyitni. Furcsa volt a szoba elhelyezkedése, egyből a várakozó és recepció mellett volt.

• WALDEMAR (10/5): Hotel, do którego chce się wrócić - Wszystko w tym miejscu się zgadza: dogodna, spokojna lokalizacja, czysty i komfortowy pokój, fantastyczne i zróżnicowane śniadania, a także miła, dyskretna obsługa. W tym budżecie to chyba optymalna oferta. Mimo że przyjechaliśmy z Polski, nie znaleźliśmy niczego, na co moglibyśmy ponarzekać. ;)

• Arjun (10/5): Beautiful Accommodation to Relax and Enjoy - The entire stay felt very homely, from the clean and tidy room with easy access to the balcony to the delicious breakfast in the cozy dining area to the bright sunny spacious spaces on the rooftop. The wonderful rooftop view of the beautiful city was also amazing. The staff was also extremely helpful throughout the entire stay.

• Andrea (10/5): Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Unser Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, nicht beengt wie viele andere Zimmer in Großstädten. Es war Sauber und trotz der sehr nahen Lage zum Bahnhof Keleti, doch recht ruhig. Der Ausblick sowohl vom Zimmer (wir hatten sogar einen Balkon), als auch von der Dachterrasse sehr schön. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, es gab verschiedene Speisen und Getränke. Sehr gute Kommunikation zum Anbieter, da wir später angereist waren als geplant und leider auch zu früh wieder weiter mussten, ging alles perfekt über den Schlüsselsave, inklusive Foto Anleitung. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

• Mikhail (10/5): Everything was wonderful 🙂 - Everything was wonderful - we truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great, the rooms were comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The location is very convenient, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely experience! There was a small inconvenience with the check-out process, as it required prior coordination and specific instructions. It would be more convenient if there were an option to leave the keys somewhere, such as a drop box near the exit, which would make check-out easier. There was also a slight sewage smell in the room; however, since there is a balcony and the possibility to open the window, it was not a major issue. Additionally, the shower cabin was leaking. If possible, it would be appreciated if this could be fixed.
