• Leila (9/5): Top ! - Appartement très bien situé et très confortable. Appartement spacieux, propre, très bien équipé. Un séjour au top malgré l’absence du soleil… Le bruit des riverains, dans la nuit, mais cela hélas relève plutôt de l’incivilité des gens dans la rue.

• Presley (10/5): - Location - easily within walking distance of the train station and old town. Amenities - everything was as described. Host - clear communication before and during our stay. Space - plenty of room for a family of four (2 adults and 2 toddlers). It could comfortably sleep four adults. Everything was clean, comfortable, and in good shape. The doors were very loud to open/close, though this was only a problem when people were sleeping.
• HENRY (9/5): Suited our needs perfectly - We chose this property as it was about half way between the train station and Piazza Maggiore, about 10 minutes walk from each, which suited our needs perfectly as we were using Bologna as a base to explore the Emilia Romagna region. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped and stocked with everything we needed including a washer and a dryer which was very useful. Also loved that the host left plenty of coffee and tea which was much appreciated. We had no issues with the elevator, but typically took the stairs anyway as it was faster! Despite being on what seemed to be a quiet side street, there was still quite a bit of noise at night. Not sure if it was coming from a nearby bar or restaurant, or if the street is just a popular pass through for locals on their way home. Also the showers drained very slowly so I ended up emptying and cleaning the hair catch/filter myself. This is something I would have expected a cleaner to have done in advance, but no big deal.
• Georgia (10/5): - Ιδανικό σημείο στο κέντρο της πόλης. Κομψό και καθαρο διαμέρισμα με πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Θα το προτιμήσω σίγουρα στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στη Μπολόνια.

• Simona (10/5): - Appartamento a pochi passi dal centro in stabile dotato di ascensore, con tutti i comfort, e non abbiamo dovuto comprare nulla, c'è veramente tutto dallo zucchero, caffè, sale, sapone...lo consiglio assolutamente! Dai bagni viene cattivo odore, ma basta tenerli chiusi e quando si fa scorrere l'acqua il cattivo odore va via...

• LEVENT HALIL (7/5): - Tesis çok merkezi bir konumda. Odanın genel temizliği yeterli. 4 kişilik bir aile için yeterli genişliğe sahip. Fiyatına göre iyi bir oda. Odada tüm imkanlar mevcut. Giriş biraz uğraştırıcı. Önce 3. kattaki anahtarları alıp aşağı inmek ve asansörü anahtarla çalıştırmak gerekiyor. Asansör de aşırı yavaş çalışıyor.

• Linn (8/5): Verdt det - Veldig romslig og fint. Heldigvis kom noen og åpnet ytterdør, hvis ikke hadde vi ikke kommet inn. Det var veldig lytt og ved midnatt benytte nabo over å dra møbler over gulvet og mye bråk. Det ødela desverre natten. Ellers flott leilighet

Ce qui impose donc à l'arrivée de monter à pied jusqu'au 3ème Cela implique donc de laisser les bagages dans le hall - difficile pour 1 personne seule ou 1 personne n'ayant pas la capacité physique de monter les étages à pied
