• Julien (10/5): Superbe logement ultra confort - Incroyable logement moderne, tout confort, situé dans un quartier chic et calme, proche d'Odaiba. La communication avec l'hôte a été très fluide et cordiale, vraiment appréciable. L'hôte nous a aussi recommandé plusieurs restaurants et points d'intérêts autour du logement. Nous étions avec 3 enfants et tout le monde avait son espace, les enfants ont adoré les équipements modernes, la Playstation... Les équipements tels que la machine à laver, la salle de bain high tech et la cuisine équipée nous ont permis de passer un séjour serein et confortable. Le roof top avec un verre de vin blanc, un vrai régal :) Un grand merci Di pour votre accueil.

She/he offered useful information to convenience the stay. Elevator. Friendly for disability persons and my big luggages. Clean and new A lot of drinks , fruits and sweets Price is reasonable and valuable. The street is narrow. But it's understanable since it's in central Tokyo.

• AnneSophie81 (10/5): - La villa est absolument superbe et bien aménagée. La situation géographie est idéale. Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois avec de petites attentions de snack et de fruits ainsi que le frigo entièrement remplis de différentes boissons... juste incroyable! Nous avons aussi énormément apprécié de pouvoir déposer nos bagages avant l'heure du check in. Les propriétaires ont été extrêmement arrangeants pour nous faciliter l'organisation. Les lits étaient un peu dur, mais je crois que c'est une réalité au Japon ....

• SARAH (9/5): Highly recommend - The property was clean, quiet location and we were very comfortable. Great rooftop to sit and enjoy the view. Great having an internal lift for our big suitcases. Only minor issue was couldn’t get wifi in lower bedrooms. Also had a message sent prior to our arrival that main fridge not working but was provided with a mini fridge which was full of drinks and strawberries so not an issue.
• ting (10/5): Best place to stay in Japan, wish I lived here!!! - Everything about this stay was exceptional. From the beginning of my booking to the end even until I got home. The communication was quick and easy. The house was immaculate. Right when I booked the stay they immediately connected me to make sure my trip there was smooth. I was able to ship my luggage to the home early and even alllwed for an earlier check in given no other guests were not booked the morning of our stay. The host greeted us at the home and showed us around the home and all the amazing high end features that were available to us. They even provided a table full of snacks and fridge full of drinks and treats. My kids were more excited to be at the home than at a hotel! Every part of the house was high end and the feature my kids loved most was the bathroom/shower room/bath that was offered there. It was so nice and relaxing after walking all day! The convenience stores were confidently around us even though it was a very suburban neighborhood. ( it was also a very high end neighborhood well kept and beautiful area) even the cemetery near by was beautiful and the sakuras blooming were such a nice walk to see without any crowds at all. There was more than enough room with 4 huge beds for me my spouse two kids and my parents. They were able to enjoy the quiet room upstairs. Oh did we mention the elevator too! So convenient for the bigger luggage and laundry even though there were 3 floors. At the end of our stay we were able to keep our luggage in the garage barring our late flight. We walked around the last day and they even let us use the restroom once more before we left! I can’t say enough good things about this place and the hosts that let us stay there. They were so friendly and even very forgiving for a little damage my kids made in one of the sinks. I definitely recommend this place it was conscientious to shibuya and harajuku and close to subway for everything else. I had such a good experience with my kids and parent here!!!!! 💕 Nothing! Absolutely everything was perfect here.

• di (10/5): 東京の中心で、こんなに完璧な場所に住めるなんて、本当に珍しいです。 - 最寄り駅は表参道で、宿泊先までの道のりにはブランドショップやユニークなお店が立ち並んでおり、ショッピングにはとても便利です。館内にはエレベーターがあり、お部屋は広々として明るい空間です。夜にはテラスから夜空を眺め、大都市の中でまるで自分の家にいるような心地よさを感じました。

• Thao (10/5): - The property is well located in a quiet and upscale area, it had more than enough space for our family of 4, and it was extremely clean. The villa was a relaxing and comfortable space to come home to after long days of sightseeing. No complaints.
• Hwang (9/5): 가족들과 머물기 좋은 숙소입니다. - 가족 끼리 오기 너무 좋은 숙소입니다. 시설도 최신이고 깨끗해서 아이랑도 잘 보냈습니다. 거실에는 낭만적으로 lp도 들을 수 있고, 대부분 시설이 구비되어있어 편리합니다. 그리고 우리만 있어서 밤 늦게까지 술자리를 가져도 전혀 문제없습니다. 다만 숙소 크기 대비 샤워실이 1개만 있어서 아쉬웠습니다.

On top of all the comfort, the host has been extremely helpful both at the beginning of our stay, allowing us to leave the luggage in the garage before the check-in, and at the end (offering to help with some items forgotten in the house). Very well located close to many shopping options, but in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We would definitely return.

The location is pure magic – tucked in a quiet, leafy street, yet we could catch a cab to Meiji Jingu Shrine in minutes, wander down colorful Takeshita Dori, or be in the heart of Shibuya in no time. Omotesando’s shops and cafes - Just around the corner. And the best part: a mini-mart one minute away where we grabbed late-night snacks and breakfast essentials. Uber Eats even delivered straight to our door – a lifesaver after long days exploring! The rooftop became our family’s favorite spot. We’d gather there every evening, the kids giggling with excitement as Tokyo Tower glowed against the skyline. Sipping tea, watching the city lights flicker on – those moments are now treasured memories. Inside, everything was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The beds were plush, the towels soft, and the bedding felt brand new. Our luggage? No stress – there’s a private elevator that carried everything between floors like a dream. But honestly, what made this stay unforgettable were the staff. They weren’t just helpful – they were kind. When we arrived, they greeted us warmly, helped with our bags, and even chatted with our taxi driver to make sure we were settled. We messaged them on WhatsApp at all hours – instant replies, every time. The kids were thrilled with a sweet welcome gift of chocolates waiting on the table. We needed extra blankets? Delivered with a smile. The washer-dryer instructions were in Japanese, but they patiently walked us through it (even though there were clear English guides for everything!). For any family or group of friends visiting Tokyo, this villa is a rare find – spacious, thoughtful, and full of heart. We’re already dreaming of coming back. Thank you for making our trip truly special. More heating in the master bedroom and staircase areas would be great. Felt slightly chilly esp at night and early mornings otherwise the floor heating was adequate

• Rajvinder (10/5): Amazing find in Tokyo close to the central areas but giving you a quiet space - The place is newly renovated with all the mod cons. Bedrooms and communal room sizes are big for tokyo and there is a rooftop woth a view which works for breakfast or an evening of entertainment. The private elevator was very convenient and the main bathroom which is a wet room was spacious and functions well for families and kids. They provided high end cleaning products for the bathroom as well as a laundry woth a modern washing machine. They provided some basics for food and beverages on entry. There is a 7eleven within a 5 min walk. The area is very peaceful and quiet. The road to the apartment is small and can be hard to reach for some taxis. The communication between the host was very good but could be improved for more specific requests. The guide was useful.
