Ordine e pulizia impeccabili, grazie Una piccola nota negativa era il traffico vicino con annessi rumori, però magari io ho il sonno leggero quindi sento molto più facilmente del normale 😌
• Giugliano (10/5): eccellente - ho passato una notte in questa struttura ed è stata davvero eccellente. Il proprietario e anche sua madre sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. La stanza è molto bella e accogliente, letto comodissimo, bagno (come tutto del resto) molto molto pulito. Si vede la cura e l’attenzione che viene dedicata al b&b. La zona in cui si trova è ben fornita e sicura, collegata tramite autobus che passano proprio fuori casa. Ci ritornerei sicuramente! grazie

• Sarah (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in top ausgestattetem Zimmer mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. - Wir haben fünf Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Sie hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir haben uns hier die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Gastgeber, Cristian und seine Mutter, sind super freundlich und waren uns gegenüber sehr zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist außerdem super sauber und top ausgestattet, es gibt sogar Rollos, um den Raum abzudunkeln, eine große Dusche in einem sehr modernen Bad, einen Fernseher, und alles, was man sonst so brauchen könnte. Die Lage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, wir konnten alle Orte, die wir sehen wollten, fußläufig erreichen. Wenn wir mal keine Lust hatten zu laufen sind wir zu der Bushaltestelle gegangen, die nur zwei Minuten entfernt ist. Man ist also insgesamt sehr gut angebunden und hat kurze Wege. Abschließend möchten wir uns nochmal für die Gastfreundschaft von Cristian und seiner Mutter bedanken! Ihre freundliche und zuvorkommende Art haben unseren schönen Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht! Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem ans Herz legen und würden sie sofort wieder buchen. Nichts!
• Agata (9/5): Pobyt był bardzo udany, apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania i chętnie wróciłybyśmy ponownie. - Czysto, pokój codzienne sprzątany, bardzo miły personel, wygodny pokój z klimatyzacją i dobrym internetem. Było dość głośno w nocy.

• Bárbara (10/5): Recomendo e com certeza voltarei mais vezes - O apartamento é muito limpo, bem cuidado, confortável e com ótima localização, próximo aos principais transportes públicos e com cafeterias por perto. O anfitrião Cristian foi extremamente gentil e atencioso, sempre prestativo conosco. Usamos o serviço de transferência também para o aeroporto e só posso dizer que foi excelente. Recomendo sem duvidas e pretendo voltar a Roma com mais tempo, com certeza ficarei no B&B Gregório VII novamente.

• Jolán Mária (10/5): - We spent 4 days (3 nights) at Cristian's place and it was fantastic. The room and the balcony was spacious, comfortable and modern. The whole place was clean and organized. The neighborhood was also very pleasant and calm, the city center was easily accessible by bus. I really recommend it, it's a great a place for reasonable price.

• Ori (10/5): Exceptional - We were looking for a more budget-friendly option, and that’s how we found Cristian’s place — it turned out to be perfect for us. While it’s not in the city center, it’s very close to the airport shuttle stop and just two minutes away from several bus lines that take you anywhere in the city. So the location wasn’t an issue at all. What you get is basically a hotel-style room inside an apartment — something important to understand. For us, it worked great. The room has air conditioning, and the private bathroom is modern and recently renovated. Cristian was extremely kind and helpful — he let us store our luggage before check-in and also for a few hours after check-out. All in all, this is an excellent option for anyone looking to save money in Rome while still enjoying a nice, clean room with great public transportation access.
