• rayb (5/5): - The hotel was very good but the location is very poor. There is only a 7/11 and a Tops convienece store within walking distance. No taxi bikes so every time you go outside you have to take a taxi. Jomtien being about 15 to 20 minutes away

• William (7/5): A comfortable and well-equipped condo in a great location, but the lack of cost transparency and poor security response - The condo was spacious and tidy. It had useful amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed, which made the stay enjoyable. The location was in a relatively good area, close to shops and public transportation. Also, the host was polite and responsive during the booking and check-in process. There were two main issues that affected my stay. First, I was not informed in advance that electricity charges would be billed separately. This was only mentioned after I had checked in, which was unexpected. It would have been better if this had been made clear from the beginning. The second issue was the noise at night. On several nights, some neighbors were extremely loud, shouting and arguing for up to two hours. Unfortunately, the building security did nothing about it. I believe the guards need to be more responsible and attentive to ensure the safety and comfort of the guests. Visitors deserve to sleep peacefully and feel secure during their stay.
• Stefan (6/5): Nice but room for improvement - Great location. Safe. Nice design. Quiet. Parking. Endless swimming pool. Clean. Wonderful garden. Seven eleven and top market in walking distance. This residence has seen better days and needs some renovation. The mattress was very hard, the microwave didn't work (but was replaced), the water cooker didn't work, the washing machine pipe was broken, so we're pretty much all the handles on the windows. The internet was slow. No sun chairs in the garden, the big waterslide is only operational on weekends (if). In the morning the sun bakes you through the thin curtains rendering you blind. Small things that would make life more convenient but don't really matter if you are a happy person that puts its priorities on the really important things in life, but still...

The room wes very small with no power supply in the kitchen for boiling the kettle. It was a very disappointing stay. As above
