Richiedo stanza possibilmente con vista o quantomeno con meno rumore perché dovevo registrare dei video e me la danno fronte stradone con confusione tutto il giorno e notte. sotto il letto c'erano biscotti mangiati e nella doccia trovo capelli e peli.
• Jesse (5/5): VERY BAD BED - the bed has metal poles in it, no idea but this bed was horrible, absolutely horrible. The rest of the room was good, and the wifi also good THE BED, LIKE I WOULD HAVE RATHER SLEPT ON THE GROUND. IT HAS METAL POLES POKING IN YOUR BACK
• Cindy (4/5): With proper cleaning and better communication with guests, the stay could be much better - The location of the apartment is good and the check-in process was easy and uncomplicated. The building itself and the general facilities have potential and the apartment size was reasonable. Unfortunately, the entire apartment smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke when we arrived. The smell was noticeable in all rooms and very unpleasant for non-smokers. We informed the owner about the issue, but the problem was not really taken seriously. We were only provided with a room fragrance for one room and advised to keep the air conditioning running, which did not solve the issue. Additionally, the check-out time was stated as 12:00 pm in the booking. However, the cleaning staff rang the doorbell repeatedly around 11:10 am and wanted to start cleaning. After we explained that the check-out time had not yet been reached, they waited outside the door until we left, which made the situation uncomfortable.

• Kwan Yuk (1/5): Never ever choose this property again - Location is fine - so noisy - many may ants inside the apartment. The staff said that because I turned on the heater (this is winter now) and opened the balcony door. But I noticed that the ants are coming under the washer. - water in the shower not hot enough and slow - no laundry detergent provided - flushing not working well

• Barbara (8/5): A great stay in Dubai! - Great location. Take a walk along the bay and enjoy stunning views of the skyscrapers, along with the company of friendly local cats. The balcony doors are not soundproof, so you may want to request a higher-floor apartment because of the traffic noises.

Kontaktovala jsem ubytovani z zadosti o napravu. Tvrdili ze neumime slozit pristylku. K dispozici vsak nebylo ani povleceni. Telefon nebrali a odpovidali velmi stroze. V 1 rano jsme se presunuli do jineho hotelu. Chtela jsem zrusit rezervaci a zadala jsem, alespon castecne, vraceni penez. Take bezuspesne. Neprofesionalni pristup.

Le sauna top, et la piscine un vrai plus À notre arrivée , les toilettes sale et la salle de bain pas propre , j’ai été obligé de nettoyer la salle de bain à notre arrivée avec les brosse à dents gentiment offert . Nous étions avec un ado de 12 ans , le «  sofa » n’était pas un sofa c’était un lit couper en 2 , pas très à l’aise pour un ado de 12 ans .

He did it in purpose to intimidate. Not nice as we’re client and we need to be feel comfortable during our stay.

There was a leak in the kitchen every time I had a shower, which was about twice a day. The bed had collapsed and when I raised the issue no one came to resolve it or even communicate about it. There was also a consistent damp smell in the apartment

Closer to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall, and other iconic tourist attractions. Also, there was a mini supermarket next door and shops nearby. The metro station was also closer. The internet connection was unstable and I couldn’t make calls during my stay. But I later downloaded a VPN to start making calls. I arrived very early at 10 am and had to wait until 4pm before check-in. Also, there was no mop in the bathroom wipe the floors after bathing.

• MAJED ALAMEER (1/5): لا أنصح أبداً الإقامة في هذا المكان، ( ادفع زيادة ودلع وريح نفسك) - الموقع - الإطلالة - قريب من بعض الخدمات - الهدوء * القرب من برج خليفة ودبي مول * العقار حجز ذاتي ويتم التواصل فقط في الواتس أب * لاتوجد خدمات تنظيف الغرف ويشترط دفع رسوم 200 درهم في حال الرغبة في التنظيف وهذا غير منطقي وغير معتاد مقارنة في دور الإيواء الأخرى، كذلك لم يتم التوضيح أثناء الحجز، وتم التواصل مع إدارة بوكنج وتم إبلاغي بالتعويض ولم أرى شيئاً. * مكان المطبخ توجد حشرات على الكاونتر وكذلك حشرات غريبة في دورات المياه. * مروحة شفط دورات المياه لاتعمل. * الاستقبال في البناية توجد به موظفة سيئة التعامل على الرغم من أنها لاعلاقة في العقار المحجوز وعلى الرغم من أنه نفس الشركة المالكة. * ملخص الوضع وكأنه يتم التعامل مع بشر غريبي الأطوار.

Tisztaságra figyelhetnének jobban is.közel van az autópálya így a zaj el viselhetetlen az erkélyen.bàr a város központjában van a folyó még is el választja a centrumtól így a taxi kötelező használata minden nap ha be akar jutni az ember a Dubaj mall Környékre.

Wastage of money. - The area and the apartment was spacious We waited almost an hour to be given the key We were refused entry amd proper communication was not there. Despite multiple calls.to sort the issue. They didn't respond until very late. We had even booked a Dhow cruise and missed it because of this.

• Lyginas (7/5): - The apartment itself is ok. But staying for one week or more you will not get extra towels or any other amenities. The main dislike is the noise from close highway, which you can hear even at night time. So ,if you decide to book an apartment ask waterfront side to canal. Another inconvenience is that , that there are no any lockers to leave your belongings after check-out, although there is a reception on ground floor and a spacious place to keep the luggage there. On my request to keep it for a while it was decisively refused. Resume - if you want to stay definitely in Business Bay, book a hotel.
• Dirk (6/5): Ok Aufenthalt in Dubai. - Einfach und zweckmäßig einerichtet. Sehr starke Gerucksbelästigung durch kochende Nachbarn, wahrscheinlich auch durch Klimaanlage verteilt. Ich hatte eine Jacke im Apartment vergessen, Globalstay hat eine sinnlos knappe Frist, um diese von Bekannten an der Rezeption abzuholen (am selben Tag). Dazu war trotz Bitte meinerseits die Rezeption/Sicherheitsdienst nicht informiert oder spielte dumm. Nur durch die Sturheit meiner Bekannten, nicht locker zu lassen, wurde die Jacke dann doch herausgegeben.

• Patrycja (10/5): Super miejsce - Bardzo przestronny apartament. Wszystko co potrzebne : naczynia, suszarka, pościel, ręczniki, lodówka, zmywarka;), odkurzacz, toster, kuchenka mikrofalowa. Bardzo duże łóżko (rogówka) w salonie. Basen nie duży, ale nie przychodzi dużo osób. W kontaktach działają europejskie wtyczki. Blisko 2 mniejsze sklepy. W apartamencie wszystko super.

Yes, it gets a 4. - Dubai: VIP Red Dune Safari, 4x4 Pick & Drop, Quad Bike, Camel & BBQ - I highly recommend it, especially with driver Shani! This is my third time on safari in Dubai, but this one I'll remember for a long time. Mainly thanks to Shani - a great organizer and driver. Everything was top-notch. I highly recommend it. Regarding the apartment, I have a reservation about the extra bed in the room. It's very small and uncomfortable. I encourage the hosts to replace the daybed with a larger one.

• Keywan MOOSAVI (1/5): UNE CATASTROPHE - DES ESCROW - Rien !!!! l'appartement n'est absolument pas celui représenté sur les photos !! l'appartement n'a rien à voir !!!! Aucune communication avec le propriétaire !!!! Pour lui tout était normal . Le canapé est un vulgaire canapé de 1m20m de long, un adulte ne peut pas être dormir dormir dedans, une odeur horrible dans l'appartement .... brefffff du grand n'importe quoi pour Dubai ! Il y a assez d'autres appartements sur Dubai pour ne pas vivre une expérience comme celle ci !! FUYEZ ces escrow!! J'ai du faire appel à ma banque pour annuler les paiements car le propriétaire refuse catégoriquement le remboursement malgré toutes les photos que je lui ai envoyé entre l'annonce et le vrai appartement .
