• Piotr (9/5): Great stay. - We had a great room. The fridge is downstairs. Everyday someone was there to ask do we need anything, bring coffee and water. Everything was clean. We would definitely come back. The check-in system is tricky. We had to put the same code many times to finally get keys. The water pump system can be noisy sometimes at night.
• Samuel (7/5): - Good value for money, nice size room, large fridge, sizeable outdoor private area, self check in, water and coffee provided daily. Helpful host available by message all the time. Bed was falling apart, looked under and it was supported by lots of random bits of wood. We had to be very careful getting in and out of bed. Easily fixed but was my only complaint!

• Chip (10/5): Deal at $12 not $20... - Clean, lovely cleaning lady, refrigerator/hot water heater, fairly close to beach, near walking street, night market and major attractions. When looking to extend 4 days price was almost double☹️

• Asbjorn (1/5): A shithole guesthouse. - I could not get in. I could, nt scan the qr code to get my key. Another guest had exvatly the same problem. I phoned the contact nr on telephone and Whatsapp. Left a lot, s of messages. Nobody respond. The time was 2100 pm. What a discrace. What a shithole!

• David (1/5): Rotten - It was impossible to get into the ;property. tried the QR code as instructed, did not work. Key cabinet broken. Two phone numbers provided, neither were answered at out check in time of 5;30 pm. No voice mail to leave message. Phones did npot accept text. Never got into the property despite 1.5 hours of trying. Gave up and went to HiSeas hotel which is good. This property IS a SCAM. Looking for full refund asap

• Julio (2/5): Etablissement à radier de Booking, trop mauvais 😡👎🏻 - Uniquement l eau offerte, rien d autre malheureusement, vous ne devriez pas proposer de si mauvais hébergements et propriétaires. Aucun acceuil, pas de code d accès, pas de clef, par chance la femme d ouvrage passait dans la rue, elle a pu nous aider. Airco ne fonctionne plus après 23h00. Meublier du siècle dernier, mures sales, aucunes chaise, support douche cassé, 1 seule lampe beaucoup trop puissante avec 1 seul interrupteur. Armature du matelas fait mal au dos. Le lit tien avec des boîtes de conserves, livres et autres objets. Fenêtre non hermétiques avec mécanisme à manivelles 😕.

• David (7/5): cheap guesthouse near beach and nightlife. - The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The aircon worked well and the bathroom was fine. There is a fridge with a couple bottles of water. Just a few minutes walk to the main centre of restaurants and bars. It's old thai style, check in should have been easy but I had to wait for someone to let me in. Wouldn't want to stay long but ok for short time.

• Mark (7/5): Functional - good value - Location was excellent. Very close to city centre but without the noise. The place is not posh but functional. Clean, roomy and a good price. Check in was a pain. Possibly partly my fault as my plane was delayed by over 12 hours. A cleaner was very helpful in getting me entry. I met another guy at the place who told me it took 3 hours for him to get access. Not what you want when you have just travelled a long way and you just want to get out f the heat and into you room. Once in - all was great.

• Simon (7/5): - It's nice place central located very close to the Hua Hin beach everything you need is about 5 minutes walking distance. Room is big size basic standard but the price is not high. You get water bottles toilet paper and some coffee every day. Cleaning is done very good. It was nice one week stay. .

Self check in but you can contact them through many channels if any trouble. We really liked it and will be back again. The quality for the money was exceptional

• John (8/5): Perfect location for couple for 2 nights in Hua Hin. - Very clean. Comfortable bed. But best of all was the location, 5 mins from Hua Hin beach and near to 7/11 and several cafes/bars/restaurants. Also near main road for transport connections.

There was nothing particularly bad about the place, it was simply rather souless and plain. My primary complaint would be the bed - it was by far the hardest thing I"ve ever slept on - not really a matteress as much as a thin foam pad on top of a slab of wood.
• Kaisa-madli (6/5): Lovely but sleep with earplugs - Beautiful room, very clean and comfortable. AC was so loud, and the outer unit was also right behind the window wich made extra noise. Waterpump was right outside our window and eveytime anyone in thw building used water it started working. Speeping was only possible with earplugs.
