• Sonia (1/5): Nos dejaron tirados el mismo día que llegamos a Londres! - El mismo día que llegamos a Londres nos llamaron para que cancelaramos la reserva nosotros porque ellos tenían algún problema de electricidad y en la cocina. No la cancelamos porque entonces perdíamos el dinero.... me senti estafada..Dejaron a dos familias con 4 niños pequeños tirados sin darnos alternativa alguna . Por suerte Booking nos buscó otro alojamiento...
• Alessia (7/5): Discreto - La casa all’interno molto carina e molto calda, il riscaldamento funziona bene. La prenotazione era per 8 persone e abbiamo trovato i letti preparati per 6, abbiamo dovuto aprire da soli il divano letto e cercare le lenzuola da metterci. Inoltre non erano presenti asciugamani puliti per tutti, anzi alcuni messi a disposizione erano anche sporchi con macchie gialle/marroni. La struttura fuori non è molto accogliente e ci sono molte scale, non adatto a chi ha mobilità ridotta.
• Patrícia (8/5): Muito boa experiência - A localização excelente. Apartamento com tudo o basico que era necessário. Pequenos pormenores a melhorar: - cortina ou resguardo na banheira - cama de casal do apartamento 3 não tem um bom colchão - um som incomodativo que de vez enquando havia vindo entre a parede do quarto dos beliches e a parede da cozinha. Nao sei se era algum tipo de maquina tipo cilindro mas incomoda um pouco - entrada para o prédio um pouco estranha
• Köse (8/5): Great location, moderately clean and furnished. - The location was great. It’s near two stations and easy to get to where you want to go. The house wasn’t very new. The double sized bed was on a loose wooden structure and sometimes they fell down.
• SAN MIGUEL NAVA (8/5): Excelente - La ubicación es inmejorable, el autobús del aeropuerto tiene parada justo al lado del apartamento, hay dos paradas de metro y autobús al lado que te llevan a cualquier zona turística en menos de 15 minutos, zona tranquila y con mucho comercio y dos supermercado grandes para poder hacer compra. El apartamento es muy espacioso y muy luminoso. Las camas de las literas son dos camas de matrimonio. Para poder entrar te envía un video explicativo de los códigos de la puerta y de donde está el cajetín con las llaves. Mucho menaje de cocina. Necesita cambiar las sartenes, la única que hay no se puede usar porque se pega todo. Es una tercera planta y hay muchas escaleras, aunque sólo por la ubicación que tiene merece la pena subir las escaleras del piso.
• Guest (10/5): Super bien en general. - Las camas super cómodas, la cocina limpia, la casa luminosa y perfecta en general. Las escaleras, el callejon metemiedo (pero no hay yonkis…)
• raulriera (4/5): L'entrada a l'apartament fa por: carreró fosc amb yonkis - La situació, està a prop del metro. L'apartament en si està bé. L'entrada a l'apartament és per un carreró fosc que està ple de yonkis per la nit. No ens van facilitar el codi per entrar i vam estar rodejats de yonkis fins que en trucar uns quants timbres va acabar sortint una noia que ens va obrir. No ens han donat solucions per WhatsApp. A més anàvem amb dos nens petits i era de nit. Tampoc ens ha agradat la gran quantitat d'escales que té l'apartament.
• Ariffin (10/5): - The location is undeniable superbbb😍 underground is 70 meters away, overground is just beside 20 meters , and bus stop is just infornt the house and Thameslink rail is 15 mins walking distance. For family, I really reccomend for family If you came with family with small children, you might be having difficuties of bringging your luggage to the house - 3rd floor
• Richard (8/5): Perfect location. One tube stop to Wembley. Audis, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose on your door step. - We booked it for the location. It has a lot of room. Bunk beds that can sleep 4 children. There wasn’t an iron, but the owner ordered us one to collect from Argos just along the road. Finding the door wasn’t the easiest. It’s tucked down a lane where we met the local homeless. Then the key box right next to the front door wouldn’t work. Luckily we noticed another one to the left that was the correct one. A lot of stairs to the top floor that didn’t bother us but maybe would someone with a baby or elderly. It’s a really nice property but could do with a few touch ups, such as grouting the bathroom floor and fixing the bathroom fittings. A fire alarm was hanging off the ceiling. Didn’t bother us but with a bit more attention to detail would be good
• Takalani (2/5): Horrible, we slept one day and moved out to another place - Nothing Its in a dodgy scary area, apartment was very dusty, there was no wifi, and iron. Communication was terrible.
• Karolína (8/5): Ubytovanie ma dobru cenu a je v dobrej lokalite, odporucam. - Byt bol priestrany, zodpovedal fotkam na Bookingu. Kuchyna bola dostatocne vybavena. V kupelni nebol problem s WC ani s teplou vodou. Bolo nas 5 a vzdy tieka tepla voda. Uteraky, sampon, mydlo, toaletny a v kuchyni jar a hubka boli k dispozicii. Ubytovanie je na kludnom mieste, blizko autobusovej stanice a 7-8 minut peso od stanice metra. Dva supermarkety v blizkosti a vela restauracii. Neudrziavany dvor a neporiadok v ulicke odkial sa vchadzalo do bytu, ale inak to bolo v poriadku a cena bola priazniva.
• Norm (7/5): Good apartment that could use minor touch ups but lack of customer care & follow up was dreadful - Positives: *Helpful video instruction sent on Whatsapp to access property gate and front door lock box. WRoNG lockbox was identified, though *The flat was clean and bright (a couple of skylights). The rooms were a decent size *Big dining table with enough seating for family of five *Convenient location - 10 minute wall to the Finchley Underground Station which is essential for tourists exploring the City (about 40 minutes to many of the main attractions. Finchley/Fognal Overground station right next door (almost). The bus to Stansted Airport stops right down the street *Plenty of of bed linens and towels *New appliances *Good storage space *Dependable Wi-Fi *Shower temperature was reliable *Toilet paper well stocked for our entire stay *Waitrose, Sainsbury and Aldi in the neighbhourhood *Location may be an up and coming area - streets had litter but there seemed to be a variety of decent restaurants Were not aware of condo construction next door (as of June 2025), which created an intimidating alleyway entrance to access the property. On Google maps, it appears the alley continues on & becomes a path to other streets. On our return from shopping the first night, there was a group of people doing hard drugs in the alley next to our property gate. There are security cameras but no instructions or warning how to handle this situation. Three narrow flights of stairs and no lift to apartment Inside the apartment: *Mattresses were thin but ok to sleep on *Walls needed a coat of paint ( bland white paint & scuffed). Walls lacked decor so felt sterile *Kitchen was set up for takeaway (plates, glasses, utensils plentiful). Lack of supplies for cooking (a very small knife for prepping vegs or meat). Not enough cooking pots or utensils *No shower curtain in bathroom so water kept wetting floor and cabinet. Shower head barely hanging on hook *Kitchen cabs ill fitting and floor tiles wobbly There was no information on how to deal with issues that came up, such as: *appliance instructions. The dryer leaked bec the water collection container was full on first use until we figured the solution *Windows and balcony door were either stuck/broken or locked (this may be a fire code violation) Never got a chance to mention issues we had above bec they seemed minor at the time. In following days, found the biggest issue was the lack of follow up customer support, which was very confusing & disappointing. Second day they followed up on Whatsapp to determine if the apartment was clean. We mentioned 2 issues. 1. no dishwashing detergeant for the machine. We asked if we needed to buy; they offered a solution that never came to fruition. We asked again - no response. 2. We had a toilet clog and their only response was to ask us to check the cleaning closet. We had already. They never followed up.
