But the guy who was there was very generous and waited for me almost an extra hour. Such a great service!! The room I booked was very clean and it was a great value of money. No noise at all and the location is also good. Highly recommended

Maar 1 x gezien bij inchecken (2 overnachtingen !) Anders hem aangesproken op de gebreken! Badkamer niet om aan te zien: rommelig en wc niet schoon Entree van de accommodatie was smerig en primitief. In het gebouw was het erg gehorig. Weinig privacy Slaapkamer was eenvoudig en schoon, het bed sliep goed. Keuken niet schoon, koelkast leeg en vuil De locatie lag in achterstand wijk Goed bereikbaar met metro In keuken was àlles rommel, incompleet en vies. Borden en bekers in afdruiprek en niet schoon en op een smerig aanrecht Ontbijt was ver beneden peil: pot oplos koffie bak met theezakjes, half brood, aangebroken pot pindakaas en jam verder geen beleg. • Helen (1/5): I didn’t stay !! - Nothing I put a complaint in as refused to stay here. Upon arrival in an unsatisfactory area .. dirty hall way .. strange chair !! Reception was a make shift desk !! Why they wanted my drivers license!! I am only think if anything happened to me they had my details!! I felt unsafe .. it’s nothing like the pictures !! The stains on the old bedding in the room next door were horrendous!! The social space is compact!! 8 people one toilet! Tiny area !! NO THANK YOU !! If someone was snoring or doing something else we would hear it !! 4 rooms within inches off each other!! Asked for my money and do to misinformation and BOOKING.COM REFUSED!! I will never use them again.

• Hein (4/5): Careless way to run a hotel - At 100 pounds it was the cheapest option and the location was ok-ish. Friendly reception. Filthy, slime in communal shower, no bedside table lamp, pretty expensive for what you get. Almost everything was shabby.

Some of the pillows were almost like rock hard but bearable. Not much instructions of what to do when you get to the property after booking online. • Jeremy (5/5): It was adequate the bed was clean and comfortable, there were fresh towells. - I did not realise it was a shared bathroom. There was no cleaning items for the shower tray. Shared bathroom. It was not really very clean either. There was some breakfast items kind of help yourself, but there was no bowls for cereals. We did find some mugs for a cup of tea but we had to wash them first. The milk was only full cream. The staff member was cooking about 2:00am and it spread a smell all down the hallway and into our bedroom. There was nobody around in the morning to hand our key in. so just had to leave it on desk.

• Bloomer (7/5): Friendly but basic - The staff were very sweet and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathroom weren't great. They were old but they were clean. Breakfast was help yourself to cornflakes, bread and jam in their kitchen.

• Ieva (5/5): - Simple accomodation in a great location. Walkable routes to any desired direction. Do not expect propper breakfast. Nights can be a bit loud outside and house is noisy - thin walls, one can hear neighbour, etc. plus someone is cooking oninons right on midnight. More propper untensils in the kitchen as sharper knife, some salt and basic spices would be useful along with non instant coffee. I would suggest to remind all guests not to eat food that someone has left in fridge to add to the poor toast in the morning. It was rather disapoining not to find my veggies in the fridge this morning.

Upon arrival : door doesn't have a number on, and there is a paper stuck on door with an hotel name that does not correspond to the one we booked in. But this is it, you just had to guess. Cleaning of common area (kitchen & shower room) more than approximative. Breakfast is just a few cereals and bananas available. No Wifi!

• Ahamed (10/5): Exceptional - The location of this hotel is amazing it’s near of centre london and tower bridge... and also the metro station is only 4-5 minutes walking from the place. And the Room was very clean and the hospitality was great. They welcomed me very well and show everything what they provide and also they guide me how to travel my destination it’s was very helpful for me. Overall it’s was an amazing experience for me.

• Chalmers (6/5): Welcome to shadwell - I liked the location as lots of access to transport for sight seeing and nightlife.The hosts where very welcoming and helpful It was hot at night but was provided with a fan. I was a solo traveler i had room no 10 ypu have to climb loads of stairs generally slept okay I did have headband type thing with built in Bluetooth speaker as I like to listen to meditation at night in bed until I fall asleep. There was also a nice shared veranda/ balcony with The location had places nearby for eating in or takeaway and also convience stores. Whitechapel is near by which you can walk too and has loads of buses and the underground to get you into London and the sights. There is lots of shops and places to eat in whotechapel and there's also a market everyday i did spy a poundland for those on a budget on Whitechapel Road. Though I didn't spy a pub. I went to the wrong location as there is a tower bridge on cannon Street near Bank tube Station. My Google map took me there first when actual This location is inbetwen shadwell and Whitechapel so its a bit misleading. My bed was a double bed but the bottom right of the bed was sagging and felt like the base was broken there was no side table as seen in the picture so take an extension. If you need your phone near you because there's no room for a side table and socket is on another wall the room is very small it was okay for me as a solo traveller only staying for a couple of nights. My room was clean ,kitchen very small and breakfast was cereal toast and banana. I paid £75 for a night and I think £50/65 would be more reasonable as I didn't take the offer of breakfast I think that should be optional in the price. In all it was okay but don't get mixed up with location its nowhere near tower bridge but I felt very welcomed and safe just renew the bed because if 2 people slept in it I think it would be uncomfortable and a refreshing of the paint wouldn't go a miss in the landing/Hall Areas walls skirting and doors but good we place for a few nights stay its has lots of amenities nearby and transport services

• Aleksandra (6/5): No value for this money! - Late check-in, the flight was deleyed- we had to pay 20 pounds in cash to check in, otherwhise we had to stay on the street the first night. We informed the owner about the delay but his raction was as above. Breakfast included: fine- but bread, jam, milk according to the price we paid is not enough- we run out of bread and milk, because somebody took more than supposed. It was clean, but the owne or manager was not friendly enough. No value for this money surpluse for late check-in, breakfast- bacis and not enough for all guests.

• María (8/5): Very good - Not noise for sleeping, room quite big and with table and chairs inside to have dinner. A kitchen just outside the room with all you need to prepare your meals. A shop you can buy something to prepare these meals just outside the hostel. Too many people in the street and the views. Anyway you can sleep well because It is not noisy.

Not far from The City, cool markets, pubs, The Thames etc. There are constant comings and goings, voices and noises until quite late, at least by my room in the top floor. Walls are paper thin, bring industrial grade earplugs. Mats and carpets in bathroom and hallways + kitchen don't look very clean. Room and kitchen very basic, and almost no pots, pans, cutlery or glasses etc. (Not a problem for me, I spent little time here). Name of place not the same as on the door; not very close to Tower Bridge. Ten stars has got to be a joke.

They were not trying to be noisy but the walls are very thin. After 10pm someone was carrying what sounded like a large suitcase up and down the stairs and banging into walls.

The room was comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring London. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this BnB to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip! Thank you.
