• Soso (1/5): Worst - This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had. The property  MAISON PRIVEE NEVER clearly mentioned before payment that a 3,000 dirham deposit was required. Only after I completed the booking and arrived at the apartment did they suddenly tell me I had to pay an additional 3,000 deposit or I would not be allowed inside. I was literally left outside the property with my luggage after already paying for the stay. The staff/company spoke very disrespectfully and showed zero professionalism or empathy. I tried calling and messaging them multiple times to request a refund since this hidden deposit condition was never properly disclosed before booking, but they completely refused. This feels extremely misleading and unfair, especially for guests staying only one night. If important charges like this exist, they should be made VERY clear before payment — not after arrival. Very unprofessional and misleading business practices. I strongly advise people to avoid this property unless they want unexpected charges and terrible customer service. Be very careful before booking here. Absolutely terrible experience. This property hides important information until AFTER you pay. There was no clear notice before booking that a 3,000 deposit was required. Once I arrived, they refused to let me enter unless I paid even more money.
