Reception replied me NO - Nothing I had call reception 10am for a bottle of water and the reply was not allowed 🚫 and no water service and room service. I don't know how many people's face this problem from Host. But it's not acceptable. When a customer asking a water, called the reception staff and they said No .

• Tamer (1/5): The staff is good even great , just the property has to be closed for désinfection and chemical use to kill al the bedbu - Staff are very friendly , they respond fast to any requests Bed bugs are everywhere in the bed , i came with my wife and a newborn baby just 2 days bien I brought them just to have some rest , but i unded up checking on both the whole night no sleep just checking the bedbugs especially the baby as it causes serious infection and disease

• Mohamed (10/5): Amazing place - Excellent Stay at Tanha Palace Hotel" "I recently had a fantastic stay at the Tanha Palace Hotel and can highly recommend it. * Cleanliness: The rooms were impeccably clean, and while the bathrooms were compact, they were also spotless. * Customer Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. * Location: The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the Binyasi Metro station, making it simple to explore the city. It's also conveniently close to the airport (about 8km) with an affordable Uber XL ride costing around 90 dirhams. * Amenities: Although there's no lobby or hotel restaurant, there are plenty of excellent dining options just next door. * Convenience: The hotel is conveniently located above a bustling area with numerous shops and markets, making it easy to find anything you need. * Price: The price is reasonable for the value offered. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Tanha Palace Hotel. The combination of cleanliness, excellent service, and a convenient location, all at a reasonable price, made it an ideal base for my trip.
• Senanayake (7/5): Good, But... - Everything was good. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds and linens were comfortable and clean. Overall, everything was great! When I entered the hotel, the manager was at the reception counter with another staff member. However, he ignored me and didn’t speak to me. I asked the staff member about my booking, but he seemed to be waiting for the manager’s response. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes, yet the manager didn’t acknowledge me and continued to ignore me. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable. When I asked the manager again about my reservation, he said, 'Brother, wait, our network is not working. Once it’s fixed, I’ll check.' I think it’s impolite for a hotel manager to address a guest this way and to ignore them like that.
