• Ute (8/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft, tolle Lage, traumhafte Suite, gutes Frühstück und Pools – nur Organisation und gewisse Service- - Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Marina. Unsere riesige Suite war typisch omanisch eingerichtet, mit großem Wohnzimmer, tollem Badezimmer, großem Schlafzimmer und einem riesigen Balkon. Das Frühstück war lecker, es gab zwei Pools, einer davon besonders schön, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut. Wer früh aufsteht, kann beim Sonnenaufgang joggen und erlebt unvergessliche Ausblicke. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Vor der Anreise erhielten wir eine E-Mail, dass wir angeblich in ein Familienhotel umgebucht würden, obwohl wir ursprünglich ein Erwachsenenhotel gebucht hatten. Vor Ort wusste das „neue“ Hotel von nichts, es gab keine Aufklärung oder Entschuldigung – sehr befremdlich, insbesondere nach 10 Stunden Fahrt. Das Hotel ist außerdem ein typisches Pauschalreisehotel; obwohl wir nur Frühstück gebucht hatten, wurde uns ein Pauschalreisearmband angelegt, das ich sofort entfernt habe. Der Putzmann war aufdringlich und versuchte mehrfach subtil, Trinkgeld einzufordern, obwohl er Handtücher mitnahm, ohne sie zu ersetzen. In einer Nacht war es extrem laut durch eine Veranstaltung in der Marina, trotz Ohrenstöpseln kaum Schlaf möglich. Lärmschutzfenster würden hier sehr helfen.
• Bernd (7/5): - Die Dame am Empfang und verantwortlich für die Gäste war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt an der Altstadt gelegen. Eine Parkmöglichkeit neben dem Grundstück ist auch gegeben Das Zimmer und das Bad waren extrem klein. War nur zum schlafen möglich. Es war so klein, dass ein Aufenthalt schlicht nicht möglich ist.
• Zingg (10/5): Besser geht nicht. Absolut zu empfehlen! - Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeitenden in allen Bereichen ist mir positiv aufgefallen. Als Beispiel Rasha vom Gästempfang, Murat Hauskeeping, Raj Beachbar, Vikran Restaurant, alle zeigen eine hohe Serviceorientiertheit und streben die Zufriedenheit der Gäste an. Allgemein herrscht eine friedliche, ruhige Atmosphäre in diesem Hotel, da es nur um die 60 Zimmer hat. Es gibt nirgends ein Gedränge, sei es am Buffet oder am privaten Strand. An den Buffets sind die Speisen frisch und schön präsentiert und die exotischen Früchte sind unglaublich gut. Gewünscht hätte ich mir eine Umziehmöglichkeit am Pool. Man musste stets im Hotelinneren die Toiletteanlagen nutzen. Sonst aber keine Beanstandungen.

I also liked the fact that it is adults only and peaceful. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Dhofar region. One small issue: I tried to book the group shuttle service for 10 OMR but the system booked me for a private service which cost 20 OMR. However, I shared the car with two other people so in my opinion I should only have been charged 10 OMR. Edited after reply from hotel: it would have been nicer if you offered to refund me the 10 OMR.

• walaa (8/5): هدوء و استرخاء و فريق عمل رائع - أجمل ما يميز المكان هو فريق العمل المتعاون الذي يسعى لخدمة النزيل بكل ود وحرص. أشكرهم على مرونتهم في السماح لنا بتسجيل الدخول الساعة 10 صباحًا، وتسجيل الخروج الساعة 2:30 مساءً بكل سلاسة. الابتسامة لا تفارق وجوه العاملين، سواء في الاستقبال، خدمة الغرف، أو على الباب. أخص بالشكر الأستاذة رشا من الاستقبال على تعاملها المريح والقريب للنفس، وكذلك مراد من خدمة الغرف الذي فاجأني بلمسة جميلة عبر تزيين الغرفة بشكل مميز بمناسبة عيد ميلادي. الفندق يتميز بموقعه القريب من المعالم الطبيعية السياحية، ووجوده ضمن مجموعة فنادق مثل روتانا والفنار، ما يمنح الضيف حرية التنقل بين الشواطئ والمرافق بواسطة سيارات القولف والتمتع بالخدمات المشتركة. كما أن حجم الغرفة الواسع أضاف شعورًا بالراحة والرحابة. المكان يغلب عليه الهدوء الشديد، وأرى أنه سيكون أجمل لو تمت إضافة لمسات من روح البهجة، مثل موسيقى خفيفة في اللوبي أو بعض الأنشطة الترفيهية البسيطة لكسر الروتين.
• Muhammad (9/5): Excellent stay! - I stayed for a night, and the staff were very helpful, especially Rasha. The property features its own pool and is conveniently located near several clean and sandy beaches. A nice breakfast is served at the table with a good variety. Overall, i had an excellent stay.

The staff is adorable, the director is also extremely careful and attentive to her staff and the guests. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the food is also very tasty and good value for money. I highly recommend it. I believe the only weak point is sometimes the lack of communication between the restaurants, bars. The whole resort is very big and we experienced a few misunderstanding regarding our package but overall we were extremely satisfied of our stay.

Das Superior Zimmer war wunderschön mit Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Einrichtung zweckmässig und nicht abgewohnt. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Dies war ein guter Entscheid. Das Buffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Gast Managerin Rasha eine hervorragende Hilfe bei Fragen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Man kann die verschiedenen Strände und Bars besuchen. Die Infrastruktur mit verschiedenen Restaurants, Tante Emma Laden, Souvenir Läden und ATB Büro für Schnorcheltouren und vielem mehr ist einfach perfekt. Alles war top.

• Maria (8/5): Peaceful adults-only stay but rooms need updating - The location is amazing, especially if you’re looking for peace and beautiful surroundings. The nearby beaches are excellent, and we were lucky to visit during low season, so everything felt very quiet and uncrowded. We stayed on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner) and were able to try restaurants at nearby hotels, which was nice. However, we found the packages and access to facilities across the resort area a bit confusing. It wasn’t always clear which restaurants or facilities were included and which were not, so better explanation at check-in would really help. A special mention goes to Rasha at the front desk — she is an absolute star and truly takes customer service to the next level. The main downside for us was the room. While it was clean and comfortable, it felt a bit outdated, and there was a noticeable humidity smell, which affected the overall comfort. Compared to other hotels within the same resort complex, the rooms and facilities here feel less modern and less refined, which made it harder to understand the higher price point. Juweira appears to be the oldest hotel in the resort and the only 4-star property, but also the quietest due to its adults-only concept — a positive if tranquillity is your priority. Still, the room condition and overall value for money could be improved.
• Sabina (10/5): Tolles Hotel mit grosszügigen schönen Zimmern an bester Lage. - Ein TOP-Hotel an bester, ruhiger Lage. Beschaulich, fast familiär … tolles, aufgestelltes und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Rasha an der Rezeption, Negandra im Speiselokal und Murad im Housekeeping. Sie alle leisten hervorragende Arbeit und identifizieren sich in hohem Masse mit dem Hotel. Ein weiterer sehr grosser Vorteil ist der „Adults Only“ - Status des Hotels. So sind ruhige, stressfreie und erholsame Ferientage garantiert. Es ist eine Oase und Balsam für die Seele. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass die Gäste das zu schätzen wissen und den noch nicht überfluteten Ort weiterhin mit Respekt und Anstand besuchen.

• Jānis (9/5): very very good. - I stayed at the Juweira Boutique Hotel Salalah for nine days with half board (HB). Juweira is one of three hotels located within the same network and territory as Fanar Hotel and Salalah Rotana Hotel. The territory is huge and offers many possibilities. Guests can enjoy food and drinks in more than 10 restaurants and bars located within the hotel area. Alcohol is available in the restaurants and bars, but the prices are high—around 12 euros for a glass of beer or wine. The area includes a children’s playground, and almost every evening there are animation shows or music concerts. There is also a water park, and transportation is provided to get there. Transportation is also provided to Salalah Grand Mall, which is a good shopping location. The hotel is located about 30 km from the airport and around 20 km from the city centre. You can take a taxi or rent a car for transportation. Juweira Boutique Hotel is adults-only. The hotel is small, with only 64 rooms, which makes it very quiet and cozy. There are never queues at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The hotel impresses with its cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff. I would like to give special thanks to the customer service manager Rasha for her empathy, helpfulness, and assistance with any questions. She is the best in her field. Many thanks also to Hassan for the service at the Al Manara restaurant, and to Murad, who took care of our room, providing water and coffee. For anyone planning a holiday in Oman, I recommend this hotel. It has everything you need for a peaceful and carefree vacation. I liked everything.

The best part was the friendly people—warm and professional from the reception to the restaurant staff and the beach bar. Another highlight was the food (we often approach buffets with caution), which was excellent, varied, and always beautifully presented. The location itself is extensive, offering plenty to explore. There is a wide choice of restaurants, and you can simply make a reservation 24 hours in advance. Everything runs smoothly and hassle-free. At Juweira they really take it serious with adults-only especially on the beach it was calm and relaxing! Overall, you get the impression that the resort (including Rotana, Fanar, etc.) is well managed. The employees are happy, know their tasks, and their positive attitude rubs off on the guests. The rooms could use a refresh in furnishings but honestly - everything is clean, the service brilliant so we had nothing really to complain!

Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Rasha von der Reception. Sie hat immer Zeit für ein kurzes Gespräch und ist äusserst nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Für uns war es das beste Frühstück, das wir auf unserer Reise im Oman hatten. Die Auswahl war gross und alle Produkte (Früchte etc.) waren sehr frisch. Auch die Buffets am Abend waren sehr gut. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass es so ruhig und entspannt war. Am Pool und Strand hatte es immer genug Platz, auch im Restaurant. Wir können dieses Hotel bestens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Es war alles bestens!

The team were going above and beyond especially Rasha from the front desk and the restaurant staff. I had a great time If I could criticize it would be the breakfast buffet a little below par. • Pieter (10/5): Geweldig, we hebben niet vaak in zo een mooi en fijn hotel gelogeerd. - De locatie is schitterend, aan een haventje met vissersbootjes, met meerdere fijne zwembaden, een schitterend zandstrand vlakbij. De kamer is groot met een schitterende badkamer, zithoek en eigen terras met uitzicht op het haventje. Het bed is perfect en heel erg groot. Er zijn meerdere zithoekjes waar je lekker kan relaxen of tv kijken. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk, vooral Rasha die altijd klaar staat om te helpen en informeert of alles naar wens is. Elke dag staat er een schaal met heerlijk fruit en wat lekkers om je te verwennen na een drukke dag, na bezoek aan forten en wadi's, of op het strand. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid waarbij je kunt kiezen uit bijna alles en waar ze alle tijd nemen om je te voorzien van koffie, thee, gebakken eieren en heerlijk brood en gebak. Ook het avondeten is geweldig uitgebreid en lekker waarbij elke dag een ander thema centraal staat. Je komt hier echt niets tekort. Eigenlijk niets. Misschien kan het personeel soms iets minder vaak vragen of je nog wat nodig hebt. Alles is al perfect. Als er iets mist of nodig is kunnen we dit ook zelf vragen.

• Eric (10/5): A slice of paradise in Oman! - This hotel does many things very well: the rooms are spotless and spacious, many with views of the water. The food is excellent. The scale is just right: small enough to feel intimate but large enough to offer the amenities of a larger resort, such as fitness center and swimming pool. What truly makes it shine, though, is the service. Top notch. A special shout-out to Rasha at the front desk. She is super competent and just delightful. She even helped me improve my rudimentary Arabic! (Shukran, Rasha,) You can't go wrong with the Juweira. nothing, really..

• Tobias (8/5): Ok - Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Super schöne Strände. Rasha (Rezeption) war erstklassig! Ohne sie hätten wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet. Ebenso super waren Mounaj (Restaurant) und Murad (Zimmerreinigung). Durch die vorherige Regenzeit war die Luftfeuchtigkeit sehr sehr hoch in den Zimmern. Die Betten waren leider schon etwas nass dadurch. Ich’s e mehrere Zimmer abgelehnt bis schließlich eins ok war. Nachher ersten Nacht wollten wir vorzeitig auschecken und wurden von Rasha erstklassig betreut so dass wir doch geblieben sind.

• Isa (10/5): Erg comfortabel verblijf, kamers waren heel schoon en ruim. Er was veel drinkwater aanwezig op de kamer. - Ruime kamer, strand, meerdere zwembaden, vriendelijk personeel. Rondom de accommodatie zijn meerdere eetgelegenheden te vinden. We hebben er een paar geprobeerd, maar helaas nergens écht lekker gegeten. Een authentieker restaurant had de ervaring nog beter kunnen maken.

• Micheline (8/5): Our stay was comfortable and cozy - The location is beautiful. It’s a nice and quiet hotel for adults away from the crowd. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. We went there during the low season, and because the buffet service was not available, the staff told us we could use the buffet service for breakfast and dinner at Rotana and Fanar. The food that was served was very tasty and the buffet was very rich. Manooj also arranged for us an à la carte dinner at the hotel terrace and the food was delicious. The staff in the hotel are very pleasant and polite, and would go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. You can commute in the entire Hawana property thanks to the golf cars and the drivers are happy to drive you around .A special thanks to Rasha for her warmth and nice smile and for extending our check out the last day and arranging for us to have dinner at Rotana because our flight was late at night. Our stay at Juweira was marked with good memory and we were touched by the kindness of the staff at this property.
• Kira (8/5): S.o. - Das Juweira Boutique Hotel eignet sich super, um für ein paar Tage zu entspannen und abzuschalten. Es ist sehr ruhig und alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Super ist, dass man die Strände und Restaurants sowie Fitnesstudio und Tennis/Paddelplätze der umliegenden Resorts (z.B. Rotana) kostenlos mitbenutzen darf. Der Check in mit Rasha hat super geklappt und wir haben alle nötigen Informationen für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen! Wir durften sogar früher in unser Zimmer einchecken. S.o.

• Olga (9/5): - Great location, beautiful interior, lovely view from the window/balcony, delicious breakfasts, helpful and super friendly staff. You can explore and use amenities and restaurants of other hotels in the area. Absolutely not blaming the hotel, but if you are staying there in the khareef season, be prepared to have extra high level of humidity in your room. Woke up many times to wet and slippery floors and fell asleep in a humid bed. As far as I understand, this is a common problem in the area due to the proximity of the sea, but maybe ventilation could be better.
• Aleksandr (9/5): - Hotel is a part of several hotels and apartments that form a nice area to walk and have fun. This hotel is the most 'VIP' of them, I loves the service. The main feature is there are no kids, if that's something you want. Soundproof doors/walls. Guests of this hotel have access to facilities of the other 2 hotels nearby. For me it was a mistake booking this as I don't mind kids, but the two nearby hotels have better swimming pools, beach access and gyms.

• Mohammad (9/5): Peaceful stay - Peaceful atmosphere since it’s adults hotel only,two swimming pool,dining inside the hotel or other alternative in Rottana or Alfanar hotel,In the center of Hawana activities,using Juweira hotel or Alfanar for peach .The most thing the reception in charge Husain and Rasha which really can solve any problem or complain you face and Millad incharge of your baggage and golf car can take you everywhere. They need to replace few things because of wear and tear tawel cushioning for the sufa .
• Olga (10/5): - 10 из 10. Персонал на всех точках на высоте, все с улыбкой старались помочь ,сделать наш отдых комфортный и незабываемый. Большая территория,есть где погулять, а если устали вас на гольф карах довезут до любой точки.Брали half boarding, и ни разу не ужинали дважды в одном месте,есть тематические вечера в ресторанах. По территории много бассейнов,плавать можно в любом,даже есть небольшой пляж где безопасно плавать в августе. Отдохнули и душой и телом😍 В отеле понравилось всё. Но мы были в конце августа,специфика расположения и погоды имеет место быть.Очень кусучие мошки,обязательно нужно мазаться кремом. Влажность большая,вещи не успевают просохнуть.

• MANSOUR (5/5): Definitely I will not come back again - The location at hawana is nice specially the marina even far from the city I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and we found hair left behind. I hope this can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests The price of the room was much higher than what the hotel category justifies

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were good. The room initially had an unpleasant smell, but it was changed immediately. The cleaning could have been better, but overall, the stay was okay. The hotel is quite far from the city and other attractions, although everything is accessible if you rent a car, which is available at the hotel. It’s better to arrange this from the airport. Overall, accommodation is a bit remote, but manageable.”
