• Tarik (5/5): Bien situé et moderne, mais l’hôte est resté totalement absent face à un problème de clé - L’emplacement est excellent à Greenwich : proche des transports, des commerces. Le studio est moderne, avec cuisine équipée, Wi-Fi, salle de sport et accès sans clé, très pratique et efficace pour un séjour solo ou en duo. Le studio est vraiment petit, et le matelas inconfortable (on sent les ressorts). J’ai vécu une situation très frustrante à cause d’un incident technique sur leur système de clés, qui a visiblement bloqué plusieurs accès. Malgré leurs promesses de réintervenir, personne n’est jamais venu reprogrammer ma clé. J’ai donc dû compter sur une résidente possédant une Master clé pour accéder à mon studio pendant mes deux derniers jours, ce qui est loin d’être rassurant en termes de sécurité.

Plus, we have friends who live not far away from the residence. We'd like to come back here in the future. I recommend it to my family and friends.
• Fouad (3/5): The service - The space and the wifi I lost the key,i called to pay for another 7 i told them in 2 hours i will come,they told me at 9 there will be someone who'll open the door for me,i get there at 9 kept waiting for 1 hour nothing i call them,they did a check to see if i paid i show them,then told me they sent someone again,1 hour later still nothing,i call them same as before,i wait untill ANOTHER hoir where the guy who was going to open told me that they just called him,SO 5 HOURS of just waiting,next morning,a fire alarm happend at 6 so we got out,they said the keys will be there morning but there was nothing had to ask the firemen to call the number and someone caame up 1 hour later to open,in the cold next hours i was still in my room cuz i knew the key wont come so i had to go in the end bc i was hungry end up stuck AGAIN for 1 hour like ????? They told me the next day is where i will get the keys,got them in the end,all this pain for what ???? 400pounds a week for this ? For me to be stuck all day outside or inside the room

• Shari (5/5): Good for a short stay, really good location - The location, the room was good and clean I didn’t have any cutlery in the room nor toilet even though I contacted them.. never received any toilet paper… the bed wasn’t that comfortable and the room was extremely hot

• Kennedy (1/5): Do not rental this apartment - Room was too small, halls were smelly, and the bed was like sleeping on metal. Called their customer service to shorten my stay because of an emergency and they were strict with their no refund policy. It’s a scam

• Krishna (5/5): No value of money seen . - Location is the only thing nice about the property. The infrastructure needs repair and maintenance. The first room allocated to me had leaks in the kitchen sink. The alternate room allowed to me had blocks in the wash room wash basin.
• Einar (5/5): Passable - Mattress uncomfortable, uneven. with bumps Drain from shower nearly clogged. I got a notice to remember to wash the dishes, but no detergent, dish brush or kitchen sponge was available
• Richard (5/5): Could have been great. If the hosts fix the issues I mentioned, I would return - Self catering in a convenient location for my work was what I was looking for. The room is quiet, clean and functional. Communcation with the hosts was difficult as they are not on site. They were not able to fix a problem with the washing facilities which I signalled on my arrival. There was no basic cleaning equipment and no equipment for doing dishes.
• Ankit (3/5): Avoid if you can , you will thank me - Difficult to say what I liked , honestly I did not like anything about this property, may be getting the key was easy Everything , the room is tiny , so is the bed and is not meant for 2 people . The mattress is uncontrollable and pillows are flat. The corridor smells and there are no toiletries provided . Rules changed by the host like checkout time from 11am to 10am and the ask to wash dishes etc ..

• John (3/5): Shower of filth.... - I liked the building and location, but the shower tray in my apartment was disgusting. There was a blockage in the pipework, which made the debris in the drain keep coming into the shower tray. Even when I used the kitchenette sink, all the debris would come back up in the shower tray. We should never have been given the apartment to stay in. Because we arrived on Friday at 5pm, there was no one on site who I could complain to. We had put up with it. I did contact the lady's who were at a call centre in the Philippines, They gave me access to another apartment to shower in for Saturday and Sunday. However, we were still staying in our original apartment. On the Monday morning an office manager showed up and 9.45am. When I told her the circumstances, she said there was nothing she could do. She said,that a handyman would not be on site until Thursday. I'm sorry, but that's not good enough to run a business where there is no one on site, and you have to talk to someone at a call centre in the Philippines and you have a drainage problem like we had. The lady's on the phone were polite and helpful, but we should not have been in that situation as I've said.... I did complain again because the situation was getting worse...so the lady Shamma in the Philippines told me to stay in the apartment that we were showering in.... A shambles.... What I did not like was that we paid good money to stay in an apartment where debris, food waste, dirt, and grime were swirling around the shower tray. I do have pictures, but I am struggling to upload them to this post. If you could allow me to email you, I would.....
• Valeria (5/5): Student type accommodation, Close to the marathon start, basic. - It was perfect location for me running the London marathon and close to public transport . It had cooking facilities The room is for one person, not two. The bed is ok for one but very small for two. The mattress is very uncomfortable. The flat didn’t have the promised toaster, it didn’t have any cleaning products neither toiletries. There is nobody on site so if you need anything or things aren’t going well and you need assistance you can only reach via a random call centre with operators who haven’t got a clue of what is going on in the building. Not ideal.
• Gemma (1/5): Terrible and disgusting - Didn’t like anything at the property Didn’t look like anything in booking.com selling something which doesn’t match the picture is terrible, room was filthy and disgusting and the bedsheets where dirty pillows where so flat you was lieing on the mattress which was so uncomfortable and was plastic so the sheets where coming off. It was smelly no microwave or toaster or tv so make sure you plan your stay would ever recommend or stay here ever agen. Staff where useless.

• Abiola (6/5): Pleasant - In a nice area, a secure, modern, and stylish studio. Makes you feel at home. The bed sheet / house could have been cleaned or changed in the mind that the guest stayed for more than 6 days. What happened if a guest is staying for 2 weeks or a month? This should be reviewed. • Marieta (1/5): Disaster - The bathroom was dirty and the drain was clogged. The outlets didn't work, the heater couldn't be adjusted, there was no TV, and the mattress was covered in hard nylon
• Henry (10/5): Great value - nice digs - Everything, and I mean, everything is automated - keyless entry and fob - even the washing is remote, and it was great to have a washing machine to use on site. The trash bin was next level gross - trash was overflowing the large bins in an outdoor closet and it hadn't been emptied seemingly for months. It is hidden away, so not a big deal, but it didn't feel right putting your trash there.
• Paulo (4/5): Not bad, but not worth it's asking price - Room was spacious and well lit, also clean. Bathroom was particularly spacious. Reception was rarely there. My oven/microwave was broken when I got there - it got fixed a few days after requesting so. It broke again the next day and was not fixed again. Room is extremely hot. The lobby and cinema room was absolutely filthy and smelled of cigarettes.
