• jeanette (1/5): Awful smelly apartment with no resolution - Location Chipped bowls Chipped glasses - not enough glasses Wardrobe wouldn’t open But the worse thing very bad smell from the bathroom which got worse and worse - it permeated the whole place . We reported it and someone came - agreed / tried cleaning ? Helped for couple of hours . Told would be reported to the maintenance team - one person came - said they would fix / did nothing and never heard again . We asked other people in other apartments and they did NOT have this problem . This urgently needs being sorted out I asked but not fixed . I put towels over the plug holes / kept toilet closed / nothing worked . Just got worse . Had to open up outside door and still smell awful in the bedroom Quite honestly this was not liveable in We moved out early

• Salman (4/5): Average that won't be repeated - I liked how the location was close to a lot of major hubs the fact you only had 1 tissue box in the entire apartment, they claimed they provided a car parking card and they didn't and I had to call the intercom everyday asking for assistance and response time was low

Upon - I was very excited to stay in this apartment in Dubai, but unfortunately, my experience was worse than I expected. Upon my arrival, I placed my luggage and passport in the apartment, then went out and closed the door. However, when I tried to open the door again, I was surprised that it had completely locked, and I couldn’t get back in. I immediately contacted the landlord, but he was unable to help me open the door. He informed me that maintenance would come the next day to resolve the issue, meaning I couldn’t access the apartment for the entire night. The problem was compounded by the fact that my passport was inside the apartment, and since it was late, no hotel would accept me without my passport. This was one of the worst situations I’ve ever been in, and I feel very disappointed with this experience. I advise others to think carefully before deciding to stay in this apartment I was very excited to stay in this apartment in Dubai, but unfortunately, my experience was worse than I expected. • Aml (8/5): Very good - Burj daman is known for being one of the best towers in Difc however the Ac is not keeping up with the heat Ac is weak
