• Ross (9/5): Wonderful little modern home in Little Havana. - Location, parking, communication, all was great. Very easy to get to from the Miami beach island. Super clean! Dead quiet even being located so close to the nightlife area. There really was nothing bad to say. The sink drain was slightly clogged but it wasn't a big enough issue to mention to the owner.

Je sollicite - La localisation La porte d’entrée ne fonctionne pas bien et il y a un manque de consignes envers les occupants (bruit jusqu’à 2h00 du matin et pour certains ils découvrent que les chambres sont partagées entre plusieurs locataires). Pour tous ces désagréments subis, je sollicite un geste commercial de la part de booking. Cordialement
• Shantel (10/5): The little art house is amazing and super luxurious - The balcony area was beautiful to sit and enjoy. The scenery was amazing and the warm breeze in the evening was relaxing while watching the sunset!! The room was super spacious, decorated with uplifting art affirmations and the room felt like my own wing of the house! I didn’t book to stay longer😂
• Dana (8/5): Clean and close to everything. - Very good location, close to everything. The room was very clean, basic furniture, we could use another chair and small table in the room. Enjoyed the balcony. Some extra furniture for the comfort, shelves, small table. The big minus for us (older couple) were the steps leading to the room. It was very difficult to carry the suitcases.

• Dimijac03 (6/5): Bien lire les commentaires avant location - L emplacement, en plein coeur de little havana. A 2min de la 8 street calle ocho. L’hôte est très gentil, mais l’annonce laisse penser qu’il s’agit d’un studio ou d’un appartement indépendant. En réalité, c’est simplement une chambre chez l’habitant, avec des équipements très limités. La chambre manque d’aménagements de base (une seule table de nuit pour deux, pas d’armoire ni de cintres, une porte démontée dans le placard). La literie est très basique. Dans la salle de bain, l’eau de la douche ne s’évacue pas et stagne pendant des heures. Seulement deux serviettes pour deux personnes, et aucun changement si on ne le demande pas. Le papier toilette ne peut pas être jeté dans les WC mais la poubelle n’est pas vidée régulièrement. La clim fonctionne mais ne peut pas être réglée, ce qui rend la température inconfortable. L’isolation est inexistante : on entend les autres chambres et même le chat du propriétaire. Très difficile pour dormir. Le parking annoncé n’existe pas : il faut se garer dans la rue si possible, sinon payer un parking public (environ 30 $ par jour). La piscine indiquée n’appartient pas à la résidence et se situe dans un autre bâtiment, partagée avec plusieurs logements. En résumé, l’hôte est agréable mais l’annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité.

• Żukowska (9/5): Miami is a beautiful city !!! The vibe of this city spoke to me :) - The host was very nice and helpful, there was no problem with accomondation even at night, the video tips were very simple and helpful :) thank you Mateo :) he even left snacks and drinks in the room, which was a balm for my soul and body when we arrived after very long journey at night :) the room and bathroom was very comfortable and clean, everything was very good :) I highly recommend it.

• Margita (10/5): - Mateo ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine Toplage mitten in Little Havanna, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
• Nina (7/5): Mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig - Nähe zur Calle 8. In ruhigerer Nebenstraße gelegen. Busverbindungen in alle Richtungen fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber sehr zurückhaltend, jedoch sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Beim Betreten des Hauses wartet meist der Hauskater und begutachtet :D Zimmer sehr kahl. Toilettenpapier soll extern entsorgt werden. Sauberkeit so naja, allerdings nicht dramatisch. Wir hatten ehrlich gesagt mehr von der Unterkunft erhofft, es entspricht unserer Meinung nach keineswegs mehr als 9 Punkte.
• Patrick (9/5): Ruhig gelegenes Zimmer in Little Havanna mit einem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber - Das Zimmer ist ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum von Little Havanna. Das Zimmer ist sauber, ruhig und klimatisiert. Man hat Zugang zu einem Pool und zu einem Fitnessstudio. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Vom Flughafen ist es schnell zu erreichen und auch mit dem Auto kommt man gut hin. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straße vorhanden. Mateo ist ein fantastischer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte besser sein. Es gibt nur eine Lampe und die reicht zum Lesen nicht aus.
• Peter (10/5): - Erittäin siisti huone Little Havanan ytimessä. Lähellä on bussipysäkki, josta pääsee ilmaisella Trolley-linja-autolla Brickeliin ja sieltä metrolla tai junalla eri puolille Miamia. Kadunvarteen voi pysäköidä ilmaiseksi. Ainoa epämukavuus oli, että käytetty vessapaperi piti laittaa pytyn asemesta roskakoriin.

À proximité de tous les commerces de Little Havana Mateo a été très réactif dès que nous avons eu besoin de lui. Manque de mobilier dans la chambre (une table, des chaises, sèche-cheveux…) La description du bien sur l’annonce n’était pas exacte. Il ne s’agit ni d’un hôtel ni d’un motel. Il s’agit en réalité d’une chambre avec salle de bain privé dans un appartement chez l’habitant. Déçu de ce manque de précision.

O bairro é vivo e tem bons restaurantes com música ao vivo, mas a casa é silenciosa para dormir. A cama é confortável e a casa tem lindas obras de arte.

• Bernadeta (10/5): Idealna kubańska gościnność - Idealna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do ulicy Calle Ocho, do restauracji, sklepów. Nowy budynek. Pokój czysty, ręczniki, klimatyzacja, łazienka, rzutnik który zastępuje tv. Jest wszystko co potrzeba. Na dole jest wspólna kuchnia, więc można sobie coś przygotować. Niezwykle mili i uczynni właściciele. Szybko odpisują gdy jest jakiś problem i szybko go rozwiązują. Bez problemu mogliśmy zostawić bagaże na przechowanie zarówno przed otrzymaniem pokoju jak i po wymeldowaniu się. W pokoju miła niespodzianka na powitanie, zostawione 2 puszki coca coli w świątecznej oprawie i małe paczuszki chipsów. Nic, wszystko było ok.

The room had a great terrace and very comfy bed. Small fridge was a great touch. Owner was very nice and offered suggestions and kept in constant communication. The bedroom was upstairs and he lives downstairs. I would recommend cleaning the dust off the closet doors next to the red bedroom.

• Gabriel Cristian (8/5): Foarte OK, dacă nu ai pretenții. - Mateo este o gazda super amabila iar pisica lui adorabilă. Șamponul, gelul de duș au fost mai bune decât la multe hoteluri de cinci stele. Izolarea fonica este deficitară și s-au auzit tot felul de zgomote noaptea, probabil de la o centrală termică. Un TV nu ar strica, chiar dacă este un videoproiector dar este mai complicat de folosit.

• Miriam Pia Fortugno (9/5): Buon posto - Il proprietario di casa gentilissimo, con un gatto super tenero. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato patatine e lattine di coca cola. Consiglio di prestare più attenzione agli asciugamani che non erano proprio pulitissimi, fortunatamente avevo i miei personali. Facile accedere alla struttura con le istruzioni. Per il resto tutto ok Difficoltà a trovare il parcheggio nonostante la strada sia molto grande (ma c'era molto traffico quando siamo arrivati noi)
