The lack of a coffee table/ nest of tables in the lounge, we had to put our cups on the floor, we did use the slate placemats under the cups! Also the shower room door jammed shut! Numerous texts and phone calls to get it resolved. No dish cloth in the kitchen to wash up! The house manual "available on line", yeah that was unavailable! The wifi code is wrong in the check in information!
