From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms, a complimentary welcome cocktail, and a level of kindness that is rarely encountered. The staff is extremely friendly and always smiling. They escorted us to the apartment and explained all the details, such as the lighting system, the Wi-Fi password, and the electric curtains, which I personally loved very much. We were also delighted by the welcome gift: a fruit platter, small chocolate pralines, traditional sweets, and the minibar. The breakfast is one of the best we have experienced since we started traveling — high quality, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. -

El sitio es espectacular, cuidado y decorado al detalle, pero sobretodo destacar la atención del personal, nos ayudaron y cuidaron en todo momento; en especial Fatimazahara que nos ayudó desde antes de llegar y durante nuestra estancia. Todos siempre con una sonrisa y atentos en todo momento. La habitación es espectacular y la cama enorme y comodísima. El desayuno es muy completo y buenísimo. We were treat like VIP.s. Zakaria looked after us so well . He was so helpful arranging transport and trips. The driver Kamel was very good company on our trip . We felt safe and his driving was excellent. Amal was very attentive and served us at breakfast. She always had a smile and a friendly greeting. And Hamza who drove us to the airport was very intuitive and pointed out some interesting landmarks on the journey. I cannot recommend this property enough. It is a hidden gem and I definitely will return. There was no body lotion in the bathroom but in all fairness I did not ask for any either .

L’établissement est d’une propreté irréprochable, avec un cadre à la fois luxueux et apaisant qui m’a permis de réellement me reposer. J’ai été particulièrement touchée par les attentions durant le Ramadan, notamment pour le petit-déjeuner, ainsi que par la surprise pour mon anniversaire avec des fleurs et un mot très émouvant. • Hassan (4/5): Quand le rêve n’est pas toujours la réalité… - Notre séjour a malheureusement été en demi-teinte. Dès l’arrivée, la première chambre posait problème : télévision non fonctionnelle, chauffage défaillant en pleine période hivernale et vue directe sur un chantier avec des déchets visibles. Le technicien n’ayant pas réussi à réparer la télévision, l’hôtel nous a demandé de changer de chambre après la première nuit. Le lendemain, nous avons donc dû déplacer toutes nos affaires. La seconde chambre était plus agréable, mais le chauffage a mis beaucoup de temps à fonctionner, prolongeant l’inconfort. L’accès et le stationnement sont particulièrement compliqués et très mal indiqués. Il faut longer l’arrière de l’hôtel, passer à proximité de travaux, de déchets et emprunter des routes sans issue, loin du standing attendu. Je vous laisse profiter de la vue depuis ma chambre via les photos. Le voiturier, peu présent, nous a vus nous garer à proximité à l’arrivée sans proposer son aide, allant jusqu’à se détourner. Le lendemain, il proposait de garer le véhicule mais était rarement à son poste. Lorsque la voiture est placée au niveau -2, l’accès à pied se fait par une pente sans réelle sécurité piétonne, difficile avec un enfant endormi. À noter également qu’un service pour aller chercher des médicaments a été facturé sur une base erronée au départ, corrigée après discussion, avec malgré tout un pourboire d’environ 40 à 50 dirhams laissé. Une tentative de facturation de 80 dirhams pour un simple sachet de thé servi en théière, alors que le petit-déjeuner était inclus, est également surprenante. La salle de sport n’est pas accessible / non fonctionnelle, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement de ce niveau. Enfin, un détail qui marque : au moment du départ, notre fils a donné un pourboire au voiturier et lui a dit au revoir, sans aucun sourire ni réponse, ce qui laisse une impression peu chaleureuse pour conclure le séjour. À cela s’ajoute un check-out compliqué, la machine ne fonctionnant pas faute de réseau.

The main square facing the hotel is going through massive construction which makes the view from some of the rooms very unpleasant. Also hotel itself its suffering some construction (i.e. the gym is an empty construction space). I think those are factors shall be informed in advance in such a luxury facility.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec un service impeccable. La propreté de l'hôtel est vraiment remarquable, chaque détail est pris en compte pour offrir un séjour des plus agréables. La suite est un véritables havres de paix, avec une décoration élégante et raffinée qui respire le luxe. Le lit est extrêmement confortable et le choix d'oreillers est un détail qui montre à quel point l'hôtel se soucie du bien-être de ses clients. La salle de bain spacieuse et élégamment équipée,et bien sur le salon avec un canapé spacieux qui invite a la détente.. Le petit déjeuner est un moment à ne pas manquer, avec des options variées et délicieuses a la carte. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement le propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et sa présence sur place. Son dévouement à offrir un service de qualité est évident dans chaque aspect de l'hôtel. Nous remercions également l'équipe de réception, notamment M. Zakaria, Wissal et Chaima, pour leur gentillesse et leur efficacité. Hamza, au restaurant, a été également d'une grande gentillesse et a pris soin de nous comme si nous étions chez nous. Nous avons passé une nuit inoubliable dans cet hôtel et nous n'hésiterons pas à le recommander à nos amis et à notre famille. We made our reservation at the very last minute, after 8 p.m., coming from another hotel with a friend, and were welcomed with exceptional kindness and helpfulness. The hotel is beautiful and modern. The suite was spacious, fully equipped, and we were greeted with thoughtful welcome amenities in the room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection from a menu. Finally, I would like to highlight the staff — everyone was extremely kind, polite, and professional.
