• courtney (5/5): The location was great. - Location was good. The openness of the space. The shower was designed in a weird way. It was not thoroughly cleaned. On hot days, multiple fans would’ve been great, instead of just one. Furniture was not uniform. It would’ve made the property more relaxing, and enjoyable.
• Ping (6/5): The room and location is good but the agent and check in girl is not friendly. - The location is good. It is very safe. There are 4 doors in order to enter the room. You have to use 3 keys to open those doors. We feel very safe. The rooms are big. A family room with double sofa bed a sofa that can convert to a twin bed. there are 2 other sofas in the bed room and a closet. We have enough room for 4 of us. We stay there for 4 days. 1. There is only one trash bag in the trash bin. The host doesn't provide any additional trash bag. If we have not brought our trash bag for dirty clothes, we would end up having to buy trash bags in Paris. 2. There are only 2 small rolls of toilet tissues. The host said they only provide the initial amount. We ended up with having to buy toilet tissues. I can understand we need to buy our own if we need to rent for a couple of weeks or months. But for a 4 days stay, we have to buy toilet tissues and had to squeeze the unused ones into the luggage. I am not happy about that. 3. I have only the phone number of the check in girl. I sent her about 2 or 3 messages to ask questions after we have checked in because I don't have phone number or email of the host/agent. Her number is the only I can ask questions. Then immediately after the girl told me the agent's email, She blocked my number. My message to her failed to send out. I feel I am being treated rudely.
• Brian (7/5): Enjoyed our stay in Paris, and location of apartment very convenient for visiting art museums and other attractions. - Nice location Nice kitchen and dining area Quiet Many good shops and restaurants nearby. Poor ventilation. By keeping sliding door open and using fan we were able to overcome this problem to some extent. The steps up to the kitchen, the bathroom and the bed were a bit challenging, as we are in our 70s. Probably not so good for seniors.

• Jean (9/5): Great location, nice space, a few issues. - Wonderful location. Large space. Good bed. Good fridge. Bathroom fan not strong enough so humidity stayed in the room and nothing dried. No fire escape, back down the entry stairs only. The quilts were quite dirty. They have to be washed sometimes, not just the quilt covers. The dishes were good but do not plan on cooking; the frying pan was probably dead 5 years ago. We didn't go to Paris to cook, but even frying eggs in the morning was difficult. The knife was a challenge. If there are 2 people in the main bed, the inside person has to crawl over the other person to get in and out.
• Laura (3/5): Don't be fooled by the beautiful photos - The location is very good, close to any tourist attractions. There is a subway very close, as well as a bus stop right on the street. The connection with Charles de Gaulle airport is easy to make. Nearby are a lot of very good restaurants. The apartment is not at all like in the photos, they were probably taken a few years ago. It is dirty and unkempt, the most unpleasant surprise was the microwave which was absolutely dirty, it seems that it has never been cleaned. The bedding was clean, but the bathroom very unkempt. I had to pay a deposit, they were very insistent that it be paid before the stay, which I did. At the end of my stay, an amount from that deposit was withheld from me, without any explanation. I tried to get in touch with the only contact we had, but I did not receive any explanation after more than a month after checking out. The only answer was that he would talk to the manager, but more than a month has passed and I have not received any explanation.
