- Alejandro (9/5): Very nice hotel with cool and helpful staff - The hotel is very nice, I want to highlight the good disposition of the staff, very helpful, friendly and flexible. The breakfast was amazing one of the things that we enjoyed more along with the jacuzzi in the room. The breakfast room has a beautiful view along with a nice terrace. The shower area is open to the rest of the bathroom hence after a shower everything can end up soaked maybe a different design or to somehow separate the two areas would be better. The room didn't have any kind of heat system so it felt a bit cold the room for some times. It would be better if the personnel do the room specially for the bathroom that gets all soaked after shower and there is nothing to clean it.

Perheps the shower could be improved with a larger curtain and a threshold to prevent water from flooding the rest of the bathroom

We loved the cozy room, attitude, really good buffet breakfast with a lot options to choose (vegetables and greens, eggs, cheese, sausages, pastry, sweets, jams and some turkish mezes to try) . Location is very convinient, it is on a calm street without noise and crowds, but close to everything. No problems with parking. When you leave the city heading to Göreme, it is a VERY beautiful road with some scenic points. If the weather is good, there will be a stunning scene with hot air balloons.

The rooms are very nicely decorated and they thought of everything what you might need in room. Breakfast is really amazing ( especially whole nut jam)! Rooms are big and clean , and also you can enjoy the hot air balloon view from your balcony. If you do not manage to book any activities before going to cappadocia they will help you with this. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

Cleanliness: The entire hotel was very clean and well-maintained, from the common areas to the room. Hygiene and safety protocols were clearly followed, giving me peace of mind during my stay. I found that the Wi-Fi wasn’t reliable in my room which was pretty annoying and I disappointed.
