• Tornike (10/5): It was Enjoyable and perfect- - What makes stay beautiful is not a place itself, but host! Firstly, I would like to mention contact person, which was very polite, attentive, helpful and friendly, even helped me last day to get an Uber midnight, once I couple not do it myself, for some technical issues. I was very pleased with all the communication and I appreciate that most! Apartment is better than it is described, for my shame, only for the day I found there was second WC just to the left from entry and it was funny. Everything works properly, balconies are both side, good to sit and smoke cigarettes, or having a coffee. Bedrooms are comfortable, coffee, tea, sugar, clean equipment, jars, mugs everything is there. Neighborhood is peaceful, during the 5 days stay, only once I heard loud noise for several seconds, anyway balcony doors were open. My 100%+1 recommendations to this place!

• Marjolein (8/5): Really great city with a really great and spacious appartment - Really great location, nice restaurants in the area. Spacious appartment. Only thing I can come up with is the dust on some cupboard al lamps on the ceilings. Also too bad that the hanging chair on the balcony was not hanging there anymore. I would also love an extra hook in the shower to hang the shower so it's more easy to wash your hair. Minor things to make the stay even more perfect!

• KZSU (8/5): Great location, spacious flat, currently a bit noisy from next-door construction site - Great location, spacious flat and terrace, easy to get in, lift. Comfy bed. Lots of automated messages before, during and after my stay, but best to communicate with local housekeeper who was most helpful. Unfortunately, there is a big construction site next door with some heavy duty drilling and other noises before 8 am.
• Polina (10/5): - The apartment is located in the center of the city, only 20 min walking distance from Acropolis. The host was very responsive and polite. The apartment has two toilets, one bathroom, two nice bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen space, two balconies. There are wash machine, coffee machine, hair dryer, oven, microwave, el. pot, iron etc. It was very clean and cozy. In addition, if you come by a small car, you can have a parking space included in the price. The place is absolutely worth it the money and the city is amazing.

Zlá lokalita,v blízkosti prebiehajúce stavebné práce, hlučné a špinavé prostredie.Mali sme zaplatené 4 noci,po prvej sme z apartmánu odišli.Nakoľko sme si museli nájsť a zaplatiť iné ubytovanie,celý náš pobyt v Aténach sa výrazne predražil.
• Maria (3/5): - Καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης Βρώμικα πατζουρια με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να αφήσεις το τζάμι ανοιχτό, λάσπες στα μπατζουρια και στο μπαλκόνι. Σκόνη στο πάτωμα. Διαρροή της λεκάνης στο μπάνιο με αποτέλεσμα να είναι γεμάτο νερά όταν φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα . Λερωμένος καναπές. Υποτίθεται ότι είχε πάρκινγκ κλειστό στο οποίο δεν χωρούσε το αυτοκίνητο μας και δεν αναφερόταν στην περιγραφή πριν κλείσουμε το κατάλυμα ότι ήταν για μικρό αυτοκίνητο. Και όταν ενημερώσαμε τον ιδιοκτήτη μας είπε ότι μας το ανέφερε αφού έγινε η κράτηση, με αποτέλεσμα να πληρώσουμε πάρκινγκ εκτός .

• Anna (10/5): Lovely stay in the heart of Athens - The location was great - 15min walk to the Acropolis, 7mins to nearest metro station and full of restaurants nearby! The property also had two toilets, which is very handy for a larger group! The balcony is HUGE and perfect for chilling after a long day of walking. On top of that, the apartment is spacious and has two separate bedrooms, which wasn’t obvious to find for two pairs. The communication with the host was remarkable and everything was easy to manage. Currently there is construction nearby and the balcony is a bit dusty, but that shall soon pass.

• Satya (2/5): Do not stay here, construction will ruin your holiday - The apartment has potential **in a couple of years**: it's spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is central close to bars, cafes, taverns (mind it will always be noisy at nights) and walkable distance to the Acropolis, Plaka and Monastiraki. I do want to give kudos to the cleaning lady, who was very proactively reaching out to us and unlike the owners (see below) did a splendid job. Next to the apartment there are 2 huge construction sites going on, work starts around ~6:30 until about 16:00. So you will be woken up by noise. There's literally just a wall between your bedroom and the construction, see picture. The balcony cannot be used due to dust and noise. STAYING HERE WILL RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY! The owner didn't warn us upfront but confirmed later they new about it. Then the beds; Greeks are some of the best mattress makers in the world. You'll find it very difficult to find a bed that's not comfy in Greece. But lately there's a tendency with Athens airbnbs to have cheap mattresses and beds. This place is like that, you'll be sleeping in a ditch. Parking: we had some "fun" with the parking. Unless you have a tiny car and are a skilled driver, there's no way you will be able to go down the steep ramp and make the required turns to get your car parked. And even then it will depend on how the other cars parked if you can do it. This area is notorious for parking, but going more uphill worked for us.

• Kenneth (8/5): Nice apartment to stay in Athens - Good area with lots of restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to plaka. Comfortable beds. The bath and shower needed changing and were not great but owner has promised to change that after we left. Lack of toilet rolls and i needed to connect with Maria to get more.
• Karolina (8/5): - Przestronny apartament, ładnie urządzony, wielki bardzo przyjemny taras. Dobra lokalizacja wśród wielu małych restauracji i punktów gastronomicznych, blisko do Muzeum Akropolu i samego Akropolu (15 min na piechotę). Gospodarz oferuje parking w garażu, ale wjazd jest bardzo niski i można tam wjechać tylko niskim osobowym samochodem. Na szczęście parking na ulicy jest bezpłatny. Łazienka wymaga remontu, był przeciek między wanną a pokojem stąd bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach w sypialni. W naszym przypadku można było funkcjonować przy otwartym oknie, ale w sezonie zimowym to będzie trudne. I niezależne od Gospodarza - tuż obok rozpoczyna się budowa która dość mocno hałasuje od 7 rano.

• Veronica (10/5): Perfectly located & spacious apartment - The location of this apartment was excellent - it is on a quiet side street just up from a small square with great restaurants & bars. The apartment itself is really large considering you’re in the middle of a city. It was very clean, extra bedding available and lots of space to chill when we needed it. WiFi also worked perfectly for us. The only slight negative was the bath / shower. It is a pretty old bath, despite being very clean and the shower was fixed to the bath taps with nowhere to secure it above one’s head. However, it’s not the end of the world, just a minor inconvenience.

• Sergey8879 (10/5): - Квартира находится в 10-15 минутах пешком от Акрополя . Есть две спальни. В каждой двухспальная кровать . В одной спальне кондиционер . Кондиционер также в салоне . На кухне было всё, (кроме штопора ) микроволновка , чайник , кофемашина , тостер . Был небольшой набор специй , сахар , соль , оливковое масло . Холодильник большой , нам хватило его наполнить всякими гастрономическими подарками . В здании есть подземная парковка , маленькая . Мы заехали на тойота ярис кроссовер, но если бы была больше , вряд ли заехал . Отличное общение с персоналом. Всё объяснили на отлично , с фото . Нам взяло пару минут на вход в здание и квартиру, очень быстро и понятно . Рекомендую . Не нашли штопор 😉

• Anna (9/5): - It was located in a very nice neighborhood and public transportation was also very close and convenient. The apartment was well equipped and very clean.
• Tamta (10/5): Highly recommended! - The property is within 15 minutes walk from the Acropolis, easily accessible! Has market near the street on Fridays - with gorgeous olives, fresh fruits and vegetables. Has a supermarket and a bakery within 5-7 minutes walk! Also is easily accessible from airport (Metro lines 3 and 2) and not very far from the port (25-30€ for a taxi) The house is equipped with all facilities (AC, iron, hot water, garage, etc.) Very helpful and supportive host, especially in case if there is any stress (rushing for a check out, challenges with finding place, etc.) Highly recommended!!!!!

• Silvio (10/5): - Das Apartment ist fantastisch. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Betten sind bequem und es gibt genügend Platz. Alle Absprachen liefen problemlos. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Zu Fuß kann man direkt ins Zentrum gehen und die Stadt erkunden. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Bäckereien, alles was man braucht. Freitags gibt's direkt vorm Apartment einen Wochenmarkt. Das Angebot ist gewaltig! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder! Es gibt eine Tiefgarage zum Apartment. Leider passte unser Auto ( Kombi - sind mit unserem Auto aus Deutschland auf Griechenland Rundreise) nicht in die Lücke, da die Ecken zugeparktt waren. Hatten Glück und in der Nähe eine Lücke gefunden.
• Harald (10/5): Great choice of accommodations in a convenient Athens location. - Clean, nice size, good location. The instructions and details provided were exceptional. The water heater was annoying to have to keep turning on after the timer expired. Charge a few dollars more and let it stay on the duration.
• Constanza (8/5): Great value for money apartment - The apartment is super big and it has everything you need for a great stay, we were a group of 6 and really appreciate having 2 bathrooms. We made a quick stop in Athens during our euro trip and the location of the apartment allowed us to see all of the important sight seeing spots! The neighborhood and restaurants around the airbnb are also super nice and trendy, we had amazing dinners and breakfast in just a few blocks of distance! The apartment is a bit old, specially the kitchen and the shower.

• Sadik (6/5): Pleasant - Michael was a great host and he regularly checked on us to ensure we were comfortable. He would even suggest things to do or resources to access when I needed. The apartment was clean, spacious, and as pictured. Getting the key the first day was challenging, with pictures that do not match the current place, or given codes to access the apartment when it is opened via key rather than code. The garage is there in theory, but not in practice; it is not accessible at all (I parked on the street my entire stay, which was "doable" if you know how to parallel park). The beds were not comfortable sadly, and access to hot water was limited.

There are some restaurants in about 2 minutes walking distance which are really good local ones. One of the best value for money apartments I have booked recently.
