W pokoju widać było, że wnętrze raczej wymaga odnowienia. Ściany dość brudne, farba miejscami odpadała, firanki zabrudzone natomiast jeśli chodzi o kurz itd to okej.

Autobus stop davanti l’hotel ma si può andare tranquillamente a piedi ovunque sei in pieno centro L’appartamento propostoci non è assolutamente per 5 adulti. Ha un divano letto con un materassino alto 2 cm e una poltrona letto che ha i supporti rotti e il materasso va in discesa ed è praticamente in cucina non c’è soggiorno c’è un angolo cottura con il letto fronte cucina. La pulizia dell’appartamento lascia a desiderare pieno di polvere. Abbiamo subito una truffa da un taxi abbiamo chiesto assistenza in HTL ci hanno solo indicato il posto di polizia più vicino.

Yes, It was available at the reception, but I was waiting for the important call late in the evening so I could not charge my phone in the lobby and speak. The guy in the reception told me he is not permitted to give the charger to the room even for half an hour. So It would be great if such important service could be added and benefit overall good impression about the hotel, at least for payment - as I was even ready to pay for its rental in that e xtreme situation.

- Oksana (10/5): - Останавливались на одну ночь семьёй 3 человека. Отель уже не новый,но хороший персонал и очень удачное место расположения,вокруг очень много ресторанов и в принципе шумно не было. В номере было чисто! Номер маленький но цена и качество отличное. Рядом в пешой доступности и парк и торговый центр. Без проблем оставили багаж на 5 часов без доплаты!
- Edyta (8/5): - Bardzo udany pobyt. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna, a cały obiekt czysty i zadbany. Dużym plusem jest również restauracja - jedzenie było naprawdę bardzo smaczne. Jedyny minus dotyczy strefy SPA, która jest dość mała. W szatni brakowało kluczyków do szafek, jacuzzi jest niewielkie - gdy były już tam dwie osoby, praktycznie nie było miejsca. Podobnie z sauną, dlatego ostatecznie zrezygnowałam ze skorzystania ze strefy. Myślę, że bardzo dobrym rozwiązaniem byłaby możliwość rezerwacji SPA na wyłączność na konkretną godzinę.

But appreciated quick response re the scam and the hotel confirming my booking and saying they never take - I received a scam message on What’s app asking me to pay 200 euros or my booking would be cancelled. I messaged the hotel in the booking. Com app and they responded really quickly saying g it was a scam and thanking me for notifying them. My room faced the road and it was very noisy until circa 11 pm ( loud music nearby). Toilet seat was loose and so swivelled round. Young people on reception. On their phones and no assistance offered to help me get my case up the few steps to the lift, which I struggled to do. Room was quite hot and I couldn’t open the window because of the noise. I saw the orange juice at breakfast being filled from a bottle of orange squash!

- Paul (5/5): the stay was correct and convenient thanks to the excellent location, but the level of service and attention to detail d - The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Warsaw Old Town, close to everything you may need in terms of shops, transportation, restaurants, and major sightseeing spots. From that perspective, it is honestly an ideal location for discovering the city comfortably on foot. there were several disappointing points that prevented the experience from being truly satisfying. The lighting in my room was quite poor, the Wi-Fi quality was very weak. I ended up using my phone connection most of the time — and the SPA services were not clearly explained or easily accessible through the television options as advertised. I was also a bit disappointed by the housekeeping service, which mostly seemed limited to quickly remaking the bed, and on one occasion this was even forgotten entirely.

Nie działał. Łazienka była najczystszym i najładniejszym pomieszczeniem pokoju chociaz sluchawki prysznicowej nie dało sie obniżyć. Kubki w pokoju z jakimis zaciekami.

- B.Ivan 66 (7/5): Bon emplacement mais peut mieux faire pour la chambre - L'emplacement prêt du vieux Varsovie, tout est à quelques minutes à pieds.. Toilettes de la chambre (lunette des toilettes pas bien fixée et trop grande) et serviettes de toilette usées (une partie était effilée).

- Niya (10/5): - Единственото нещо, което остави леко горчив вкус, беше липсата на информация при плащането. Рецепционистът не ни предупреди, че при плащане в евро се начислява огромна комисионна. Смятам, че е коректно гостите да бъдат информирани за подобни такси предварително, за да могат да изберат най-изгодния за тях начин на плащане.

- Aleksandra (9/5): Pobyt uważamy za udany. Dobra lokalizacja, duży apartament w ciekawym stylu. - Duży apartament w ciekawym stylu, dobre śniadania. Miejscami minimalne niedociągnięcia osoby sprzątającej.

- Andrzej (7/5): Zbyt niski stosunek jakości do ceny. - Największy atut to lokalizacja na Krakowskim Przedmieściu. Na plus również śniadania i to chyba tyle. Hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą. Pokoje małe, przez co łóżka zajmują większą część przestrzeni, której w pokoju ewidentnie brakuje. Drzwi wejściowe otwierają się praktycznie na łóżko. Czystość na średnim poziomie. Generalnie zbyt niski stosunek jakości do ceny.
