• Kamil (9/5): Good experience. I recommend this place - Great location close to metro and Vatican. Comfy bed Problem with hot water. Sometimes was too hot and sometimes very cold.

• Aneta (10/5): - Obiekt był bardzo czysty i ładnie urządzony. Cicha okolica ale nie brakowało kawiarenek i barów czynnych do późna w nocy. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne. Dobra lokalizacja - blisko stacja metra. Polecam ten obiekt.

• Karolina (9/5): Bardzo udany wypoczynek - Miłym zaskoczeniem dla nas był fakt że wyszliśmy na półgodzinki na śniadanie mijając z się panią w windzie a po powrocie do pokoju było już wszystko posprzątane i wymienione , w ostatni dzień pobytu nasz lot był późno wieczorem , nie było problemu z zostawieniem bagaży na pół dnia za co bardzo dziękujemy Brak zastrzeżeń
• Lívia (9/5): - Nagyon szép lakás, új berendezés, tisztaság felsőfokon, hangulatos erkély. A reggeli nekünk tetszett a közeli kávézóban, finom melegszendvicseket kaptunk, kávét és friss narancslevet. A környék jó, Vatikán közel, központ is elérhető gyalogosan de van közel metrómegálló is. A szomszédszoba fürdőszobájából áthallatszódott minden, így ez idegenektől igen zavaró volt az alváshoz. Mosdóban megfelelő a nyomás és melegvíz, de a tusolóban nem volt, aztán rájöttünk ha engedjük a mosdóban a vizet akkor megérkezik a tusolóba is a melegvíz.

• Franck (4/5): APPARTEMENT PARTAGÉ - La propreté et la proximité avec le vatican Nous avons été très déçus par ce séjour. À notre arrivée, grosse surprise : ce n’est pas un hôtel ni un logement privé, mais un appartement partagé avec une autre chambre, ce qui n’était absolument pas clair lors de la réservation. Le petit-déjeuner, pourtant payé en supplément, n’est pas servi sur place mais dans un café à 6 minutes à pied, et il est très basique (boisson chaude, jus et viennoiserie ou sandwich). Il y a bien une cuisine, mais elle est inutilisable car il n’y a aucun ustensile pour cuisiner (même pas une poêle). Le logement est certes propre, mais la dernière nuit a été très désagréable : de nouveaux arrivants sont entrés dans l’appartement en pleine nuit et ont même essayé d’ouvrir notre porte de chambre à 1h du matin, eux aussi pensant avoir réservé un logement entier. Une expérience très décevante que nous ne recommandons pas.
• Miguel Angel (7/5): No corresponde con lo ofertado deberían informar que son casa compartida. - Lo mejor que puedo decir es el desayuno en un bar a unos 5 min o 300 metros de la casa compartida, tienes derecho a café zumo y bollo o sandwich, aunque este último depende del día si madrugas o si hay pan para prepararlos. Los camareros muy amables y el trato fue estupendo. Se publica como apartamento, al llegar nos encontramos que es una casa con dos habitaciones que se hospedan por separado, compartimos cocina y tan solo te separa la puerta de la habitación. Se escucha todo lo de la otra habitación, el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir, y tuve que escribir para saber si nos iban a limpiar la habitación a diario puesto que nos hemos quedado 6 días, pero no te cambian ni sábanas ni toallas. Da bastante inseguridad porque la puerta de la calle se abre con código y puede entrar cualquiera que haya estado sin que te enteres.
• Nafiseh (4/5): - The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I was quite disappointed with the communication and check-in process. The host sent me suspicious-looking links to pay the tourist tax and upload our ID documents online. I explained that Booking.com advises against clicking on such links from hosts. He eventually agreed that I could pay the tourist tax via bank transfer, but then asked me to send our ID documents via WhatsApp, which felt quite unprofessional. After sending the documents, I received yet another link with instructions to access the apartment. It was frustrating that all communication was done through links, which felt insecure and unreliable. Additionally, even though the check-in time was 15:00, we arrived at 16:20 and found that the room was still being cleaned. We had to wait until 17:00 to finally get in. As for the breakfast that was included in our reservation, we were told to go to a café about 10 minutes away. When we got there the next morning, the café was closed, there was a sign on the door that said: "café is on August holidays"!!! — so we couldn’t have the breakfast we had already paid for. The location was also far from center and difficult to reach by public transportation.
• Paulina (10/5): Puikiai! - Viskas buvo tiesiog idealiai! Apartamentai yra apie 5-6km nuo koliziejaus, tačiau visai prie pat yra metro stotelė, tad labai greitai ir paprastai pasieksite norimas vietas. Pati vieta gana rami, tikrai nėra automobilių šurmulio. Patys apartamentai labai jaukūs, viskas identiškai kaip nuotraukose. Kambariai tvarkomi kiekvieną dieną. Yra bendra virtuvėlė su visais reikiamais indais, įrankiais. Pusryčiai buvo netoli esančioje kavinukėje, galite rinktis iš sumuštinio ir kruasano, gaunate kavos ir šviežiai spaustų sulčių, mums pusryčiai patiko ir jų tikrai užteko pasistiprinti prieš prasidedant dienai. Rinkčiausi šią vietą ir vėl, bei rekomenduosiu kitiems! -

• Sharon (8/5): Very good - The apartment itself was really nice and exactly like the photos. Very clean as well and stayed clean because of the daily cleaning service. Breakfast at the cafe nearby was also good. Wifi was fast. Also there is an elevator so you do not need to carry your luggage up. The communication on booking with the owner had a few miscommunications and for me felt difficult. I also send a message on whatsapp which they did not answer. The apartment building is very noisy, the neighbours did some remodeling late at night and early in the morning, tv's so loud you can hear what movie they are watching : earplugs are a must. There is a coffeemachine, just no coffee cups. No iron.

I think it's possible to find better options for the same price. - - Good location, close to the metro station and the Vatican - New furniture - Cleanliness - Balcony overlooking the courtyard After reading positive reviews and looking at the photos, I booked the hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, I must say that my impression is mostly negative. - It’s important to understand that this is not a hotel, but rather rental apartments. The owners forgot to send me instructions on how to find and enter the property, and they didn’t respond to calls and messages for almost an hour. In the end, I had to wait outside with my luggage for an hour until they replied. - Breakfast is not what you would typically expect in a hotel. You have to walk to a café, where they offer coffee and either pastry or a sandwich. The walk takes about 10 minutes. - There is a coffee machine in the room, but there are no coffee capsules. There are no slippers, and not enough shower gel or shampoo. It's not a big problem but the price of the hotel is not cheap. - On the day of departure (at 10 AM, which is early), you cannot leave your luggage in a storage room because there isn’t one. This is inconvenient. - The staff takes a long time to respond to your questions and is not very friendly.
• Elina (10/5): The room was clean and pretty. - The room was very nice, clean and pretty. There was a balcony with a view. The bathroom was nice, with everything that you need. Location was good, close to the bus and metro. The breakfast is at a bar that is 5 minutes away. You can choose from a sandwich or a cruasan, coffee, and orange juice. The walls are a little bit thin. If the people in the next room are loud, you could her them. But other than that all was good.
