- Herbert (9/5): - Das kleine, aber feine Hotel liegt im dritten Stock eines größeren Hauses und verfügt nur über eine kleine Anzahl von Zimmern. Diese sind funktional ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage, weil sowohl Ortigia als auch die sonstigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt fußläufig gut erreichbar sind.

- Guest (10/5): A comprehensive service that deserves more than a 10 - + The excellent location + The tasteful décor in the room + The generous breakfast, with fresh pastries from a bakery + The kindness of the managers, who were always available + The room was cleaned every day + The room amenities + The room was still new when we stayed there (October 2025) Overall, the San Nicola room proved to be an excellent choice, offering very good value for money. The managers put a lot of heart into their work, and it shows. The service deserves 15 out of 10. - Finding a parking space in the white zone can be a bit tricky, depending on the time of day. - Nothing, we were very delighted to stay at San Nicola Rooms.

Tolle Crossants, leckere Salami Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt und auf der Insel. Man kann kostenlos in der Parallelstraße parken. Saft statt Sirup wäre toll Eierspeisen haben uns gefehlt Gebäude sieht von außen nicht ansehnlich aus.- aber die Rooms sind super schön

- Simone (10/5): Sehr gern wieder. - Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt . Das Personal war nett, hilfsbereit und super gut gelaunt , wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war hell ,modern eingerichtet und super sauber . Die Altstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Wer angenehme Tage in Syrakus verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Es gab Nix zu beanstanden.

Gerne wieder :) - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, war äußerst sauber und das Personal sowie die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend :) Das Frühstück ist einfach aber lecker und völlig ausreichend. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht und ist ganz schlicht aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr zu betonen ist dass wirklich alles sehr sauber war.

Het ontbijt bevat geen bijzonder lekkere producten, maar het is oke. Wel is het ongemakkelijk als de mevrouw in de kamer blijft staan tijdens het eten. Wellicht een muziekje wat de sfeer iets beter maakt?

- Viktor (1/5): Experience at sicily - I got no help with my baggage when it was missing at Airport they just did not know how to help at all, never got my baggage back my entire visit, no clothes with me so i needed by new things, city tax my last day aswell what a joke (25 euro)... Never coming back again.. hotel was working to stay at but not long time i was here for 6 days no one knows English well here No English speaking at all

It is very clean, quiet, functional and on a great location. We have found free parking in front of the building every night during our stay. Could not recommend enough!

Rooms are clean, modern, our rooms was smaller. We stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect for such short .stay. Breakfast was simple, depends what you expect. But the location pays for itself.
