• Florence (4/5): - Proche de notre dame Tout était abîmé, usé comme le lit avec un creux au milieu. Cela sentais l'humidité. Et en plus nous avons eu un état des lieux virtuel qui nous a pris un temps fou. Très mauvaise expérience

• Sonia (3/5): Las fotos no son relevantes para el estado en el que se encuentra el apartamento. - Del apartamento lo único que me gusto fue la cama, es cómoda. Por lo demás muy bonito en las fotos y cuando llegas allí te llevas una gran desilusión. Lo mejor es el barrio, tranquilo y con varios establecimientos y el bus 49 que te lleva hasta el puerto y otros lugares de interés. La entrada al apartamento de miedo, sin luz y muy sucio. Una vez que entramos al apartamento el olor a humedad y cañería era insoportable. El baño no estaba muy limpio y con moho. Las puertas y paredes blancas estaban negras. El sofá con manchas el horno sucio y El techo con telarañas La limpieza dejaba mucho que deaear.Vamos un desastre!
• V (1/5): A fuir ! Caution retenue sans raison et logement en très mauvais état, expérience à éviter. - À éviter absolument – véritable arnaque ! Le logement présente des problèmes de sécurité et d’hygiène : moisissures visibles, porte d’entrée cassée et restant constamment ouverte, fenêtre principale cassée impossible à fermer, absence de détecteur de fumée, lit en hauteur avec pieds du lit instables, robinet de cuisine mal fixé… (voir photos en pièces jointes). Concernant la caution : une somme de 250 € a été demandée par Julie Conciergerie lors de ma réservation pour 4 nuits. Malgré l’absence de toute dégradation de ma part, une partie de cette caution a été encaissée sans justificatif ni preuve des prétendus dommages plus de 20 jours après mon départ. Julie Conciergerie prélève à la demande du propriétaire et n'est d'aucun soutien pour faire face à une arnaque. Je déconseille fortement ce logement en raison du manque de sécurité, des conditions insalubres et du risque d’arnaque avec la caution.

• Génesis (8/5): Very good - This was a lovely room with all the essentials. It was fairly clean, and toiletries were provided. The heating worked well, making it comfortable even on colder days. The location is in a lively yet quiet part of town, and I had no trouble sleeping at night—barely any noise, as the room is well insulated from outside disturbances. It’s very close to Notre-Dame de la Garde, with a supermarket just a few meters away and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Getting to the Vieux Port is easy with a straightforward walk—impossible to get lost! Alternatively, a bus stop is conveniently located nearby. Overall, a great place to stay! However, there are a few downsides. The main door to the property opens into a rather shady-looking hallway, which felt a bit unsettling at first. While the overall cleanliness was acceptable, the bathroom has some mold issues due to poor ventilation, and the shower could use a deep clean, as there was visible mold and pink biofilm. Overall, it’s a good stay for the location and amenities, but the bathroom cleanliness and entrance could be improved.

• Xiaobin (6/5): The location is very suitable, close to the old port and Close to the highest point of Marseille. - Located in a nice quiet location.Comparatively complete facilities. Reasonable price and great location close to the old port. The house is located on a very steep slope and transporting suitcases is laborious. The lack of air conditioning led to a lot of heat, and despite having a fan, the wind was not felt at a distance of half a meter. It was very inconvenient to have only a very narrow position between the bed and the wall.This caused me to not even be able to put down the fan.And the mattress collapsed in corner.
• Nienke (5/5): Passable - Accommodation looked like the pictures. The lock on the first door was a bit of a struggle. The instruction said to turn it counter clockwise but it should be turned clockwise. Luckily some people walking their dog could help us, because when we called the concierge, he didn’t pick up. He texted us the day after. The fuse also blowed a few times when we used the kettle the same time als the heater. There was only one blanket available, so that was a bit too cold for us.
• Aaron (8/5): Very good - The apartment was modern, clean and good value for money given the city was full of rugby fans. It was close to the port, stadium and not too fart from the train station. All in all, it was a good little apartment and met our needs. The door to get into the porch area before getting into the apartment was a real struggle at times. The lock needs to be looked at.

• Alena (7/5): Good - Stylish apartment with everything you need. Our host also provided a coffee and tea kit to start off with and a shampoo and soap kit for the bathroom; I thought this was a nice touch!. It also has a bus connection and is not too far to walk to the Vieux Port. Perfect for an individual or couple to stay. The floor was a bit dirty. It would have also been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper and to provide a dish towel to dry the dishes off with. The front door was a bit tricky to open, and the area between the door and flat was quite cluttered.
