• Tal (5/5): - The room is well-lit and big, we were able to find a free parking spot near the hotel, and the breakfast is satisfactory. The walls of the room are paper-thin. We heard our neighbors so loudly that we couldn't sleep. They had a small baby that was crying for hours, and when we approached the reception, they said that since we ordered through Hotiday, there was nothing they could do. Eventually, they did call the neighboring room and asked them to be quieter, but it didn't help that much. When I approached Holiday through the booking chat, they didn't offer any help and ignored my messages. This is not how you give service. I do recommend avoiding this hotel if you want to grab some hours of sleep at night since you cannot tell which neighbors you will have, and the hotel is doing nothing to mitigate the noise insulation issues they have.

• Rafał (5/5): Nie chcialbym wracac do tęgo hotelu. Nie znalazlem innego zakwaterowania na czas pracy. Spedzilem tu 3 tygodnie. Jak kto - Codzienne sprzatanie i widok z tarasu na 6 piętrze ogólnodostępnego Bardzo słabe śniadania. Mały wybór produktów, może to typowy włoski styl - croissant i kawa. Brak wygluszenia - zza sciany slychac nawet zwykle rozmowy nie mowiac o innych zachowaniach 😉
• Ann (10/5): It’s a nice place to stay and if I was in the area, I would stay there again. - It was centrally located. We had plenty of space., it was clean and they provided a very nice breakfast in the morning with good cappuccino. Also, it’s right next-door or across the street from a Catholic Church so we attended mass on Sunday, which was nice although we did not understand Italian . The only downfall I would say is there are many steps to go up to get to the hotel unless you take a taxi but close to everything.

• Agnieszka (9/5): - Sam pokój był rewelacyjny, bardzo czysty, ładnie urządzony, podobnie jak łazienka. Obsługa przemiła i pomocna. Blisko do portu i centrum, jednak przy samym obiekcie spokojnie i cicho. Ściany były niestety okrutnie cienkie, słyszeliśmy nawet zapinanie zamka w walizce u sąsiadów, rano obudziły nas odgłosy dochodzące z pokoju obok.

• Charalampous (7/5): Migliorabile - Camere pulite con arredo nuovo e ben attrezzate, tutto il personale è stato molto gentile La camera non corrispondeva alle foto: era più piccola e dotata solo di due finestre entrambe con vetri colorati che impedivano l’ingresso della luce naturale, rendendo l’ambiente molto buio durante il giorno. Inoltre, avevamo richiesto una culla, ma ci è stato fornito un lettino da campeggio per bambini non adatto però a bambini sotto l’anno di età, motivo per cui non abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo per la nostra bimba di 3 mesi.

La possibilità di richiedere l'espresso fatto con la macchina da bar invece che con quelle da tavolo è sicuramente un plus. La posizione comoda, centralissima. Stanza pulita, letto comodo. Direi tutto bene. Onestamente nulla. Forse da rivedere l'aria condizionata della stanza che andrebbe anche pulita dalla polvere: non ho dovuto usarla ma ho provato ad accenderla e non mi sembrava funzionasse bene.

• Luca (9/5): - La posizione è ottima, il parcheggio è vicino, le stanze sono dei mini appartamenti quindi sono larghi. L'hotel ha inoltre una zona sul tetto dove si può bere qualcosa e godere del panorama sulla città.

• Kerstin (8/5): Entspannter Urlaub im schönen Apartment in der Nähe des Zentrums - Das Apartment im 1. Stock war sehr groß und sauber mit schöner Aussicht auf den Hafen. Das Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Eine kleine Küche ist vorhanden, wir haben nur den Kühlschrank genutzt. Eine große Terrasse über einige Stufen gehörte auch zum Apartment, ist aber nicht gestaltet oder bestuhlt (kann man im Sommer sowieso nicht nutzen, da zum Süden). Klimaanlage und Außenrollos sind vorhanden. Die Zimmerreinigung war perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Lobby steht ein Wasserautomat zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Das Gebäude ist, wie die meisten Hotels dieser Bauart, hellhörig, uns hat es nicht gestört. Wer damit Probleme hat, sollte mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen. Das Frühstück war das spärlichste was wir je in einem Hotel hatten. Niemand mag Kaffee oder Cappuccino aus Pappbechern. Die Füllung am Automaten hat auch nur den Boden bedeckt. Brot, Käse, Schinken, Eier wurde nicht nachgefüllt und war oft leer. Obst aus Konserven. Wer nur Espresso und Croissants zum Frühstück möchte, für den wir es ausreichen. Gutes Frühstück bekommt man in der Stadt, 10 Minuten Fußweg.

Bastante bien ubicado a 10 minutos del centro caminando y a 5 del mar. Lo único es que la puerta frente al ascensor en el primer piso necesita lubricante en las bisagras, porque hacen mucho ruido y se escucha desde adentro de la habitacion. No deja de ser un hospedaje 10 puntos

• FEDERICA (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo - Camera pulita e come da descrizione. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito davanti alla struttura, bisogna solo aver fortuna di trovare posto. La qualità delle torte e dei croissant a colazione può essere migliorata.

The room next to had someone on their phone talking VERY loud all night, we ended up sleeping elsewhere for one night just to get some peace and quiet. And the TV did not work well for when we were trying to relax and end the night.

• Christian (8/5): Ein tolles Hotel mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern - Das Hotel ist schön und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Lage war auch perfekt um die Cinque Terre zu erkunden. Die Wände sind dünn wie Papier, man glaubt der Nachbar sitzt direkt neben dir. Es ist schlimm wenn man Zimmernachbarn hat die keine Rücksicht auf andere Mitbewohner nehmen. Wie es in unserem Fall war, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Beim Frühstück sollte man sich überlegen ob es nicht stilvoller wäre anstatt der Papierbecher, Tassen für den Kaffee bereit zu stellen.

• Laure (10/5): - Le petit déjeuner était vraiment très complet. Nous nous sommes régalés. Nous avions une sorte d'appartement pour 4 personnes très spacieux, très propre, et tout était fonctionnel. Nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour et regretté de n'y avoir réservé qu'une seule nuit. Le parking est au pied du bâtiment, donc vraiment pratique. Le personnel était vraiment très sympathique. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés!
