Jerry (9/5): - I have stayed there several times before and always found reception staff to be superb, helpful supportive and full of malaysian hospitality. However the room we had this time smelt very badly and we were immediately moved to another room. This was a superb reaction although the premises team also had to come and check it out. The view as always was wonderful, The breakfast staff very hepful despite being in middle of Ramadan and we were very happy with our stay there. The first room was a little underwhelming as was the second in regards to upkeep. The first one we had to movefrom as the drains were blocked and smelt so bad it brough on my asthma.It could have done with better attention to edges of furniture things were missing. The second room although older and more used appeared to be smell free. However the electric light in the bathroom had fallen down and did not work properly. The premises manager reconnected it but was unable to place it back in position. All in al a great hotel and service but owners need to reinvest in their rooms!

Céline (1/5): Décevant - Rien , vu que je n’ai malheureusement pas pu y aller J’ai reçu un message à 17h le jour où je devais rejoindre l’hôtel (un 31 décembre) pour me dire que je devais annuler la réservation parce que la chambre ne pouvait pas nous accueillir. Aucune proposition de plan B, aucune aide pour le remboursement (que je n’ai d’ailleurs toujours pas reçu) et des messages très brefs et sans empathie. Se retrouver sans hôtel, un soir de nouvel an après un long voyage , ce n’est pas ce qu’il y a de plus agréable .

sergio (2/5): Péssimo hotel, experiência horrivel - Café da manhã é ok, esperava mais pelo valor pago. Vista do quarto mesmo com janelas sujas por fora O hotel é administrado por diversas empresas diferentes. Deixam isso explcito na recepção e são extremamente mal educados e pouco amigáveis. Parece que estão fazendo um favor e mal se importam em informar ou te jaudar. Nos deram um quarto de qualidade inferior ao que paguei e nem sequer havia toalhas ou agua quente no chuveiro, ao lado da porta um armario velho e cheio de produtos de limpeza. Um quarto com mofo nas paredes e uma cama de casal pequena. Uma cilada! A piscina é mal cuidada, muito cloro (se apoiam na borda infinita com a vista apenas mas parece uma piscina de hostel cheia e mal cuidada)

Ming Fei Chong (8/5): - Although there is "Guide" display at the counter on how to open the Main Door but the receptionist didn't bother to explain or even remind me to read it. I went all the way to the room, unable to open the door and have to come down all the way to ask and only the receptionist show me the "Guide". At that time, I think around 4 to 5 staff are there, chit chatting to each other.
sergio (1/5): Evitem decepção e serem mal tratados. Tem estrutura mas não sabem administrar - da vista apenas. nada mais! Péssimo serviço, falta de limpeza das areas comuns e dos quartos. Foi dor de cabeça do inicio ao fim. Tive de entrar em contato com a opio ao cliente do Booking para ter toalhas e tomei banho frio e fomos mal tratado na recepção. Um hotel em decadência que se apóia em uma piscina com vista, mas muito mal administrado. vergonhoso!

The room was clean and comfortable, the view from the window was amazing, and the location was very convenient, close to everything in the city. The service and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur — I would definitely love to stay here again!
