• Nuno (10/5): Fim-de-semana na cote de azur - A casa é muito agradável e está bem localizada e tem um estacionamento privado óptimo. A proprietária Sylvie foi de uma simpatia e disponibilidade extremas. Foi um prazer ter estado neste alojamento que recomendo vivamente.

Sylvie is an exceptional host and her breakfasts were delicious. It was a very traditional French house, which made it a lovely experience. When we booked it wasn’t clear to us that we were only renting the upstairs space, we mistakenly believed that it was the whole house and weren’t aware that the host lived in the downstairs of the property. We thought we’d have access to the kitchen and living areas and would have the whole place to ourselves. It wasn’t a problem as Sylvie is a lovely host and we were only there for a training course anyway, but had we booked it for a romantic trip we would have been very disappointed. I think the listing could be clearer about the fact that there are no cooking facilities and it’s a “room only” in a private house, although access to the pool is allowed.

• Daniel (10/5): A great stay that we would very much like to repeat in the future. - Breakfast was being served straight at the swimming pool in the garden of the house each morning by the charming host Sylvie. An extraordinary pretty cottage with lots of greenery and exotic plants. We had the entire top floor of the house at our disposal and the pool was also available for our use. A dream. Sylvie was always helpful and very charming. I can say with a clear conscience that I did not miss anything.
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Sylvie is a really pleasant lady who looks after her guests at all times with a smile on her face. She exceeded our expectations for a host in her beautiful house which we were lucky enough to share on our visit. She was very accommodating for my wife's strict allergies! Plenty to eat for breakfast, a comfy stay and a good location to get everywhere with transport. WiFi kept disconnecting / or we couldn't connect at all.

• Melanie (10/5): Beautiful villa offering great value for money - A beautiful villa with a very friendly welcome from host Sylvie who was a wealth of information on Antibes, and also provided an incredible breakfast for us every morning by the pool. My friend and I each had a room, and both beds were very comfortable. Buses run regularly to Juan Les Pins and Antibes which saved us some walking, and only take around 10 minutes, and otherwise, an Uber to Antibes old town is only around 10 Euros and takes 5 minutes. Having a kettle in my room was really nice for occasional coffees and the air-con worked well. Also the pool was incredibly clean and a good temperature for refreshing in the morning. I would definitely recommend it! There was a little road noise by the pool and in bedrooms when windows were left open. But that's a very minor point when everything else was great!

Sylvie was a great host - she picked us up from the airport and made us a lovely dinner one night, both for a fair price. Breakfast was good, including homemade cake and preserves. The accommodation provided was clean, private and secure. We enjoyed access to the swimming pool. Sylvie was very friendly and made a lot of effort to make us feel welcome and to speak with us in English (as our French is not good). We walked to Antibes centre and to the beach area at Juan Les Pins (25 mins) but there are cheap buses available from the doorstep if you prefer not to walk. There are a few places to eat and drink nearby too. Nothing

• Nicolenetherlands (10/5): Really nice! - Sylvie is so nice and friendly! She has also good ideas you can do that day. Breakfast is really good! I had also one dinner with her. I enjoyed it a lot:) There is airco in the room. The bedrooms, toilet and bathroom are very clean. I slept very good. At 8.00 I had breakfast. You can swim in the swimmingpool till 13.30. It is beaufull!
