AK (10/5): Märchenhafter Flair in der Grazer Altstadt in einer neu renovierten, top ausgestatteten Wohnung. - Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, der Zutritt mittels elektronischem Schloss hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Kommunikation war klar und immer freundlich, klare Empfehlung. Der Flair der Wohnung in diesem wunderschönen Gebäude war märchenhaft. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu und hochwertig ausgestattet. Im Sommer könnte es etwas warm werden, aber da es Fenster zur Straßenseite und in den Hof mit der wunderschönen Dachterrasse mit Uhrturmblick gibt, kann man gut durchlüften. In allen Belangen eine Empfehlung - ich komme gerne wieder. Dass es keinen Lift gibt - aber aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes und der Lage verständlich.
Ingolf (4/5): Hat den Zweck der Übernachtung erfüllt. Keine Weiterempfehlung. - Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt Mittelalterliches Treppenhaus, Appartement im 4. Obergeschoss mit Gepäck nur mit Mühe erreichbar. Extrem laute Umgebung. Undichte Fenster. Elektron. Türschloss mangelhaft. Wohnung sehr warm, schlecht zu belüften. Kein Badvorleger/Duschmatte vorhanden. Minderwertige Kopfkissen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht. Unter angebenem Telefonkontakt niemand erreichbar.
Kettner (8/5): Ok just ok - Location was fantastic. Clean and spacious enough unfortunately floor and parking is far away. Unit was cold up to the lat three days Heater was down for some time and even though the handyman came it stayed cold until the last three days . Would not recommend to stay there in Winter.
