Schade war lediglich, dass einige Liegeplätze für externe Gäste reserviert wurden, obwohl sie oft den ganzen Tag ungenutzt blieben.

• Eric (8/5): Satisfactory - Very good location, close to all the restaurant, bars and shopping areas. Resort is on the beach. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Very good breakfast buffet, which was included in the price of the room. All the food service staff was nice. All of the staff at the front desk were very nice. The rooms were neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable. I did not like cabanas beach club. To start, there were very limited number of chairs around the pool. The chairs at the very front of the club that were first line on the beach required a minimum spend of about $100 USD. Even if you were a guest at the resort, you would be required to pay that money to sit in those seats which I found to be very insulting. The rest of the seats were taken early in the morning with towels and personal items left on the chair, but nobody was using them. Sometimes that continued throughout the day and the staff did nothing to free up that seating. The woman who was in charge of the pool area and cabana area I found to be very rude and rough when I asked her for a chair. Further, towels were not available at the time the pool area opened. The towels usually came along a couple of hours later. I had to go back to my room and take the towels from the room to use them around the pool. I was very disappointed in how that whole pool area and cabana club was set up. Moore is expected of a “5 Star resort.” Further, there was a DJ that would come to the pool every day from 2 to 5 PM. He played music at a very high volume. The speakers were placed all around the pool area and the music was just blasting right on top of you.

• Arnaud (10/5): Superbe séjour dans un hôtel moderne avec un personnel exceptionnel - Établissement superbe, moderne et récent, offrant un excellent niveau de confort. La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse, très confortable et parfaitement propre, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Les extérieurs sont très beaux et parfaitement entretenus. Le personnel a été exceptionnel tout au long du séjour : attentif, réactif et toujours aux petits soins. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les nombreuses petites attentions, notamment le petit gâteau et les ballons préparés pour mon anniversaire. La piscine et la terrasse sont également magnifiques et très agréables pour se détendre. La salle du petit-déjeuner est assez petite et le fonctionnement peut être un peu contraignant, car seuls les produits sucrés et les salades sont proposés en buffet. Pour le reste, il faut commander les plats à la carte, ce qui peut parfois entraîner de l’attente ou quelques oublis selon l’affluence. En fin de séjour, une famille très nombreuse avec plusieurs enfants était présente, et comme l’espace piscine reste relativement petit, l’ambiance est rapidement devenue assez bruyante. Certains clients mettaient également leur musique très forte via des enceintes portables, sans réelle intervention du personnel. Enfin, j’ai été surpris de constater que certaines places autour de la piscine et en front de mer étaient payantes, ce que je n’avais encore jamais vu dans ce type d’établissement

Es un hotel de lujo en medio de la zona de fiesta donde solo hay hostales…con un precio razonable…con gente magnífica…somos latinos y valoramos mucho además que nos hicieron una noche de salsa. • Samira (8/5): Très mitigée sur cet hôtel qui est beau mais pour un 5 étoiles, il manque des services et le prix est au delà des presta - L’établissement est très beau, propre, il est bien situé et malgré sa proximité avec la rue très animée de Chaweng, il est calme en intérieur. La chambre était de taille convenable, les lits très confortables, salle de bains fonctionnelles mais pas assez de rangement… Manque un balcon plus large pour profiter de l’extérieur. Certains employés de l’hôtel étaient très professionnels et agréables, je pense surtout à Nat à l’accueil et Zine à la restauration qui toutes les 2 ont toujours le sourire et répondent toujours avec bienveillance et sympathie. Malheureusement, certains employés ne sont pas du tout agréables, et vous répondent de manière très expéditive, ou ne sont juste pas accueillants… par exemple une fois nous avons descendu de l’eau de notre chambre et une serveuse est venue nous demander avec agressivité de jeter la bouteille d’eau et que nous n’étions pas autoriser à boire de l’eau à la piscine provenant de notre chambre, nous l’entendons mais il y’a des manières de le dire… Autre point très embêtant, comme l’hôtel fait beach club, certains beds sont réservés à la clientèle extérieure et si nous clients souhaitons nous y installer il faut payer à peu près 80€ ( du jamais vu dans aucun hôtel même les plus prisés…) il y’a même un jour où toute une zone de beds de l’hôtel avait été privatisé, ce jour là la responsable a accepté de nous mettre à disposition un bed normalement payant Autre point, le restaurant pour le PDJ est trop petit et on a dû très souvent manger en extérieur alors qu’il faisait très chaud. Musique forte toute la journée à la piscine, pas de pause, un peu chiant pour se reposer. Enfin l’hôtel est en plein dans le couloir aérien, ce n’est pas mentionné; et du coup vous aurez toute la journée toutes les 2-3 minutes un avion qui passe au dessus de votre tête.

Loved the idea that you get a small gift every night from chamomile tea to hand cream, very thoughtful. Staff very friendly. Will definitely go back. The room we stayed in was perfect, but right next to it was the door where the staff goes in and out, so it was a bit noisy in the mornings and nights.

DJ at Cabanas creates a great vibe & atmosphere. Attention to detail is on point. Excellent customer service throughout the entire resort. The hotel does not have a gym & it would be nice to see more breakfast options on the menu but everything else is great.

• Zarko (10/5): Best hotel ever - Perfect hotel — the best I stayed at in all of Thailand! The breakfast was carefully curated and generous: great coffee, plated dishes, plus a buffet of vegetables, cheeses, pastries, and juices. The only thing that bothered me was that there were ants around the buffet area. They didn’t get into the food, but they were walking all over the counters. The staff was aware of it, but it kept happening every morning. The room was amazing and very spacious. Keep in mind that the balcony is small — more of a standing balcony (at least in our room; maybe not all rooms are like this). But the room itself is beautiful, modern, clean, and delicately designed in beige, pink, and peach tones. We loved the sea-themed pictures in the room. Every evening, they surprised us with a small gift for a good night’s sleep — once it was a special tea bag, another time dried banana snacks, hand cream, and a pillow spray. I’ve never seen anything like that before. We actually looked forward to the little surprise every evening! The shower is very spacious with plenty of storage, and the bed is huge and extremely comfortable. The welcome was wonderful — Moon greeted us with a smile and a delicious iced tea. In the room, we found a special message on the bed for our anniversary, coconut flower water, local snacks, and of course a delicious cake. They truly pay attention to their guests and pamper them accordingly. The pool area is simply perfect and relaxing, with beautiful pools. What bothered us was that there weren’t many seating options, and the ones that were available required a minimum order of 8,000 baht to sit there. I do have to mention that the staff noticed our discomfort and kindly allowed us to sit there even without meeting that minimum. The food by the pool is amazing!!!! Don’t miss the corn fritters with mango-avocado salsa. The cocktails are perfect, the staff is friendly and helpful — we ate at the hotel most days and really enjoyed it. We loved everything

If not … - Exceptional a’la carte breakfast, great coffee, clean spacious room, new and modern facilities, nice pool area, overall concept Location is really bad(from our point of view). First its on the end of airplane runway - which means you have airplanes constantly flying on low altitude directly over the pool area and hotel. The noise is really loud. You can hear it even while you sleep in the room. Also its in the middle of the busy party area - if you’re into cheap beer, tattoos, rental women and cannabis - it may be your long lost Nirvana. If you’re not - the surroundings can be a bit too wild. We didn’t go out too much and inside the hotel area it was OK. The lady-staff from the restaurant are always a bit angry and they don’t want to be bothered. At first it killed the vibe a little but as soon as we started to make orders from male staff - it all changed. Dirty beach. Really saturated location/area.

• Alicja (10/5): Warto :) - Cisza i spokój mimo lokalizacji przy głównej ulicy Chaweng. Dostałyśmy pokój z łazienką zarówno wewnętrzna jak i zewnętrzną. Personel hotelu znakomity, zawsze chciał pomóc, aby pobyt był w 100% udany. Codzienne sprzątanie oraz wieczorna kontrola wraz z małymi podarunkami. Dobre śniadania hotelowe. Basen przy pokoju był w zacienionym miejscu i przez to było zimno.

• Fanny (5/5): Agréable sans plus - La gentillesse du personnel dans sa globalité. La propreté et les détails qui font toute la différence. Les chambres sont très confortables et belles. Malheureusement le bruit. Déjà celui des avions réguliers juste au dessus de l’hôtel qui sont très bruyants mais aussi le bruit des chambres, on entend les gens vraiment. Le buffet petit dej est minuscule, c’est un peu décevant pour ce standing. Beach club très fort du matin au soir, si vous voulez un peu de tranquillité sur la plage, ce n’est pas le bon endroit.

• Henrik Hundebøl (7/5): Pænt æstetisk hotel - Personalet var super søde og flinke. Morgenmaden var rigtig god. Flotte værelser og god rengøring. Ikke nok liggestole omkring poolen. For høj musik ved poolen om eftermiddagen (ofte med dj) Chaweng Beach er super lækker, men lige foran hotellet er stranden ikke god, så man skal gå 100 meter væk, men så har man ingen liggestole.

• Hana (10/5): - אסלה יפנית עם אפשרות חימום יפה מאוד ארוחת בוקר טובה אין באמת חוף פרטי יש ירידה קטנה לחוף אבל החוף דיי מעפן אין מיטות או פינות ישיבה המלון הוא חלק ממועדון חוף אז יש מספר קטן של מקומות ישיבה שרוב הזמן תפוסים והמקומות הטובים עולים אקסטרה

• SHIRLY (10/5): - מלון מצוין מחיר גבוה לא מצדיק את ההבדל. אבל בהחלט שווה להתפנק מספר לילות למי שמתאפשר.. הכל יקר מאוד ביחס למה שקורה מחוץ למלון. אבל סטנדרטים גבוהים, הן מבחינת השירות והן מבחינת הנקיון. לדוגמה מסאז שעולה פי 10 מכל מקום אחר ומסעדה עולה פי 2.

• Katie (8/5): Nice spot in Chaweng but noisy - Very modern and nice amenities, app etc. shout out to Omh who did great fitness classes! Nice breakfast though a small area for the buffet. Comfy beds and nice little gifts at turn down. The beach photos as advertised weren’t available to us due to the high tide. Not a huge amount of sun loungers available to hotel guests. Cold water needed in the rooms, not room temperature. Actually quite loud at night! They give you ear plugs but even with noise cancelling we could hear it until 4am. Not all staff spoke English and some forgot your order.
• T (10/5): - We had a great time at Marasca - the perfect base for our trip. The healthy food options were excellent, and the beach club is a must, with great atmosphere and impeccable service. A massive thank you to Rung for her incredible hospitality. When we had a minor room issue on our second night, she handled it flawlessly, upgrading us to an even better room and ensuring our stay remained stress-free.

• Azut (10/5): - מלון מושלם מכל הבחינות! אין משהו אחד שאפשר לומר עליו לא טוב הכל מושלם!
• Lene (5/5): - God mat og gode drinker. Hotellet har ikke treningsrom, men tilbydde gratis treningstimer fra kl.08-09 hver dag som var bra Hotellet hadde ingen strand på grunn av høyvann. Veldig få solsenger som også leies ut til andre enn de som bor på hotellet. Stod opp kl.07, men solsengene var allerede booket på nett fra andre enn hotellgjestene. Veldig høy musikk hele dagen. Hotellet ligger i en partygate - Er du ute etter luksus ville jeg heller booket hotell i Fisherman Village området.
