• Catherine (7/5): Pratique confortable mais sans âme. - Très bon emplacement. Vieille ville très accessible. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Notre personne de contacte était très gentille et tout à fait disponible, merci! Intérieur très cru et froid. Relativement sombre vu que les chambres (sauf une) et le salon donnent sur le passage couvert. Nous n’avons pas réussi a brancher les radiateurs salle de bain. Déco gris et noir pas du tout avenante… des housses de couette colorées égaieraient les chambres. Petites carpettes au pieds du lit serait sympa. Table de cuisine branlante. Le petit hall d’entrée devant l’appartement aurait apprécié un bon coup de balai également question d’avoir une meilleure impression à l’arrivée.

• J.R. (8/5): Stadsbezoek aan Troyes - De locatie midden in het centrum met een openbare parkeergarage om de hoek was perfect. Een bericht over de procedure om binnen te komen was nog niet ontvangen bij onze aankomst. Mogelijk door matig internet op de weg er naar toe. Gebeld en er werd onmiddellijk een bericht met de nodige informatie verzonden naar de telefoon van de beller. De zichtbaarheid herkenbaarheid van de entree. Een foto op de website had daarbij veel duidelijk gemaakt. De bediening van de verwarming die dermate ver in de hoek verstopt zat waardoor het scherm alleen via een spiegel te lezen was. Het ontbreken van handleiding van de verwarming. Het sleutelkluisje van de deur van het appartement zelf dat klemde en moeilijk open ging. De communicatie was volledig in het Frans, dat is voor iemand die bij een Nederlandse vestiging van Booking.com boekt niet altijd even makkelijk.
• Thierry (8/5): - Emplacement idéal pour nous, appartement propre et très bien équipé. Le système de boîtes à clé est déroutant. Nous ne sommes pas habitués. Nous aurions aimé rencontrer la personne. Les pieds de la table de la cuisine la rendent très branlante et il faut faire très attention pour ne pas renverser le contenu d´un bol. Remplacer les pieds ou fixer la table au mur ? Pas de chance, nous avons été réveillés les 2 nuits par des disputes violentes dans la rue vers 3 heures du matin.

• Terry (10/5): - Excellent location in the heart of old town Troyes , within a block of market hall, the tourist office and medieval timbered houses. Spacious apartment with large bedrooms, living room plus 2 bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable and excellent value with very reasonable rates.. Highly recommend.

• Rafal (10/5): Very good for a short stay. - We liked the size of the apartment, cleanliness and the quality of bathroom facilities. It was centrally located, close to the city centre Almost all the windows had to either be either covered by curtains or had stickers blurring the view because they were looking onto public areas like the entrance to the block of flats or parking. It felt very dark in the apartment. We wish the beds were zip-linked so they could be separated and people did mot have to sleep together.
