• Marko (7/5): Great place with a great location, could do with more cleaning - Great location, easy access even with no staff on site, clear instruction for the use of amenities. Bed was super comfortable and the washer/drier was very useful. Has everything you need for Osaka tourist trip, even tho we mostly just slept and had breakfast in the apartment. 7 eleven and Lawson stores are near. First thing we noticed when we entered the apartment was the sun shining of the dirty floors. There were clear stains visible across the apartment which gave us the ick, but we walked in slippers (provided) inside all the time. There was also dust in some visible but hard to reach places. This made us doubt the cleanliness of the bathroom, so we were quite careful.

• yumi (9/5): 清潔でおすすめです。 - 決して広くはないが1〜2人が生活するには必要なものは揃っていた。 不自由の感じない部屋で、机もソファもあって自宅のようにくつろげた。 また、立地も良く大阪市内の観光には向いている。繁華街からは少し距離があるため夜中の騒音もなく、スーパーも近いので便利だった。 中国人が経営してるのかな？チャットのやり取りもぎこちない日本語で、個人情報を書くのが少し不安感がありました。 チェックインが少し難しい。 前もってQRコードは写真など撮ってすぐに出せるようにしておくと簡単にチェックインできた。

• Leslie (9/5): Overall it was great. - I love the location and how everything was close by. The only issue we had was that the sofa bed was hard , my daughter said the bed was uncomfortable.

• Simone (8/5): - The location is pretty convenient, there is also a konbini nearby. The apartment has a nice balcony and a washing machine, they also provided two pods. Straightforward check-in process. There is a scale in the main hall to weigh your suitcase which is convenient. The apartment was quite dusty all over, otherwise clean. Strict rules everywhere, especially on checkout times with fees to pay if later than they expect. The apartment gets cold very quickly and there's only one aircon for the whole place, which means keeping it on for a while (not very environmentally friendly). Overall it looks bigger in pictures than it actually is.
• Toyokazu (9/5): ここ良いよ - 地方から車で京セラドームへライブに行く為に泊まったんですが、周りの駐車場も近く安く、京セラも歩いて行けました。都心部にも歩いて行けて全てにおいて丁度良い位置でした！部屋も綺麗でコスパ良かったです！ 清掃がちょっと雑な所が見られた

• 禹安 (9/5): - 位置非常好，離阪神電鐵的2號出口很近（有電梯）。從阪神電鐵的入口下去也有地下道可以走到地鐵千日前站。搭一站就能到難波。 附近就有Lawson、7-11、關西超市。 浴室夠大，不用站在浴缸裡洗澡。有洗衣機還有附洗衣球，整個浴室還有乾燥功能可以晾衣服。 整體很乾淨。 冰箱很大，有電陶爐、鍋子、碗盤、微波爐、熱水壺。 有可伸縮的桌子，沙發床夠大。 自助入住不用接觸服務人員。 河景真的很棒！ 樓梯可以從1樓進去，但是沒辦法從2樓出來。 門比較重，需要用點力氣打開來。 衣架只有5個有一點少。 臥室的拉門沒注意的話容易夾手指。

Position is good, one subway stop away from Namba and 20 mins to Dotonbori on foot. Self check in has a few steps but it's pretty straightforward and well explained on the confirmation message on here.

• Linny (9/5): Pleasant stay with serene view - The property is relatively new and very clean, well organised and functional (everything looks exactly like the promoted pictures). Love the view from the balcony! The area is a few train stops from Osaka's center, easy to commute, yet still quiet and peaceful. Their auto checkin/checkout might be a little confusing for non tech-savvy people, and there is no one at the reception to help out.

• Davut (9/5): It’s a cozy and small place, with all the required amenities and in a good location. It was very clean as well. - It was a small and cozy place for our family of four. Location wise, the place is very close to Sakuragawa station. Please make sure that you follow the address on booking.com to go to the location, and not the address on Google map since there is another hotel with similar name in the Neighborhood: called Sakuragawa hotel. Staying in a hotel with unmanned reception was not that hard at all. Initially had difficulty to find the place with the taxi, but when I sent them an email, and also called the number they helped us resolve the problem.
