• Josh (9/5): - The unit included an Air Purifier, Dehumidifier, Roku TV, Microwave, Toaster, Mini-fridge, Plug-in Flat Skillet, a sink, a set of dishes and utensils, and basic cleaning supplies. I received a message at check-in time with door/gate codes.
• Karen (7/5): - Liked the room and location What we didn’t like was that we didn’t have enough clean towels. We were there 3 nights and we had 4 towels and 4 wash cloths for 2 people. I texted them and they told me to go to the washing room and wash them. I’m on vacation paying to stay there and I don’t feel that I have to wash towels. I wasn’t happy!! I went to Walmart and brought some cleans one and washing them at home.

• Michael (8/5): The hotel all in all was a good set up for us. - It was close to the beach and walking distance of Main Street Access was easy Morning sunrises Refrige was a good size plenty of dishes and the ability to wash them. The balcony was also great. The couch with the pull out bed leaves a lot to be desired the floors were not mopped and they were dirty. How are you suppose to get more towels if you need them the sliding screen also needs the stop fixed going forward.
• Rick (10/5): Great place - I have to say after seeing the place from the outside I had expectations of a noisy time. It was easy to get to and close to everything. The room was remodeled nicely. I will be back. Easy to book. Nothing comes to mind of what I didn’t like.
• Michele (6/5): - The ocean view was wonderful. We had a room next to ours that was so out we thought they were in our room. Yelling and screaming and cursing for hours. Playing loud music. Moving furniture and knocking things over from 11pm till 4 am. The worst night ever.

• Marie-annick (7/5): - L’emplacement, la propreté de la chambre et ainsi que l’espace extérieur (piscine, terrasse). La cuisine est bien équipée et la buanderie sur place est vraiment pratique. Les lits. C’est la seule raison pourquoi nous n’y retournerons pas. Le matelas du lit principal ne procure aucun aucun aucun confort et l’envelope de plastique est vraiment dérangeante. Pour le divan lit, le matelas était tellement épouvantable que nous avons fait un lit par terre pour les enfants, c’était plus confortable. Décevant parce que vraiment tout le reste était parfait!

• Millie (10/5): Can't wait to go back!! - I was in room 118 which was ground floor. This was the exact location I wanted!! It was the perfect location, I lived in Daytona for 17 years, and my house was off of International Drive!! So this area was where I would come when visiting the beach. I booked at the last minute, so it was a wonderfully surprised by the whole property!! The property itself was absolutely adorable!! It was so lovingly decorated, there were also books and games, beach towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The private patio right at the pool was the best 👌 That was the cherry on top!!!

• Thomas (9/5): Worth it. Cool place. Prime location. - The first floor location, pool view, ocean view, cleanliness, the homey atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, the shower exceptional and the bidet attachment was a pleasant surprise. The cost is reasonable and location stellar. Maybe upgrade the kitchen utensils. Furnishings could be upgraded but not a huge issue. The beach decor is great but a little extensive for the limited space.

• Itzell (8/5): Great! Awesome view beach front! Walking - Such a beautiful view ! Great price. Everything is super close! Definitely walking distance. Hotel is very pretty inside. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the cleaning. There was still sand in the bed. And drawers smells like pee. We also had toilet issues . And for 2 nights someone would knock super hard on our door around 1am

• Evan (10/5): Amazing stay at an amazing price. - We loved every second of it. There were many other young couples with kids. It was perfect for our family. The beach is RIGHT THERE. We didn’t have to lug kids and beach stuff all over. The room was perfect. It was phenomenal. Not a dislikebas much as a word of advice. Make sure you close the drapes when you arent willing to be a spectacle. The pool occupants can see in. Again not a complaint just a heads up.

Well I will suggest to take extra towels because we were only given 3 for our 5 days. Also I hope they have the ac fixed soon. We were told one was ordered so yeah no ac for us!!!
• Christel (1/5): AC UNIT NOT WORKING PROPERLY PLEASE DONT RENT!!! OWNERS DONT CARE - It was utterly dreadful due to the AC NOT WORKING correctly!!!! The hosts didn't do anything to fix it when I asked several times for help I was ignored and given excuses of the main central unit was being updated and having problems or they would alert the HOA. I still haven't at least been partially refunded and and I don't believe that if any other guests stay here that they will actually care for their comfort. The ocean was beautiful but it was hard to fully enjoy for Father's day weekend with my severely disabled young son unfortunately because of lack of sleep bc of the apartment being so hot. I am very upset and am crying at the moment over these owners taking advantage of us and taking our money and not even offering a solution. I worked very hard to make money to take this trip so my husband could rest for Father's day and our family suffered instead of rested!
