• SN (8/5): 良い - ＊意外に駅から近い ＊比較的新しく綺麗な部屋 ＊清潔さが保たれている ＊シーツやタオルも新し目の物が置＊かれている ＊調光できるライトで快適 ＊ケトル、レンジ、冷蔵庫、洗濯機等、家電が揃っている ＊建物の造り（？）のせいか、どの建物の事を指しているか、分かりにくい。チェックイン方法が紛らわしかった。初めての人には分かりづらく、スーツケースを持って、行ったり来たりするのは大変だった。表示に気を付ける等して欲しい。 ＊オーナーさんから、「宿泊者リストご提示」のような連絡があったが、確認した所、ID写真を求めているとの事。 ＊バスタオルの吸水性が低い ＊自炊するには、キッチンが小さい ＊コンセントは全て抜いてください、ゴミ捨ては〰️、チェックアウトの際は〰️、などルールが細かく、ユースホステルのよう。

• 婷 (9/5): 👍 - 住宿地點👍 動物園前站步行約2分鐘 天王寺站步行約10分鐘 附近有阿倍野、天王寺各家百貨公司 堂吉訶德、玉出超市、7-11、全家 通天閣也非常的近 洗衣機使用時間10:00-20:00 覺得時間上有點短 畢竟逛街完通常都超過20:00 不過住宿附近是真的非常安靜

• zelchan (9/5): wonderful. - the facilities. the apartment has really thoughtful stuffs like roller for cleaning, and extended cable for charging. plus, the iron is superb. we enjoy staying as it's near my event meeting point. The address is somewhat duplicate with the next building so when I placed order at Amazon I had to go to other building to find. otherwise, everything is so good.

• Serdar (3/5): Temiz fakat huzursuz - The apartment location was very good, close to the station.And it was very clean.The walls of the house are very thin and even the slightest walking or talking sounds can be heard. It was 10 o'clock in the evening when we got home after our flight. While we were getting ready for bed, the police came to our door and said that we were making too much noise and that the neighbor upstairs had complained about us. My family and I were nervous on our first day in Japan. We asked to leave the next day and get a refund for one day's fee, but the owner of the house said it was not possible and that such situations happen occasionally. It is not a house suitable for a peaceful, comfortable holiday, I had to tell my experiences honestly for the next customers.
