Also very quiet and incredibly clean. Host is helpful and on site to handle any questions or concerns. We didn’t mind this at all, but the studio apartment is a 3rd floor walk up. And it’s a 10-minute walk from the ferry & parking lot. Just something people might want to be aware of.
