• Laetitia (10/5): Une jolie maison parfaite pour visiter en famille la cité de Carcassonne à pied!! - L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter à pied la Cité Médiévale de Carcassonne. La maison est très bien agencée, deux belles chambres pour accueillir 5 personnes, une salle de bain et cuisine moderne bien pensées. Nous avons pu nous garer gratuitement dans une ruelle adjacente très proche. Tout était parfait. Nous la recommandons vivement! Mieux qu’un hôtel et un rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Merci beaucoup!!

• Jaume (9/5): Perfecta ubicación, y muy tranquilo - la ubicación perfecta, cerca de la fortaleza, y en un barrio tranquilo. A 15 minutos caminando del centro. El aprtamento tieen 2 habitaciones que está bien y que pueden alojar tranquilamente a 5 personas. Las dos habitaciones están en el piso de arriba y el lavabo también. Hay parking alrededor.
• Daniel (8/5): Quiet, roomy with helpful manager - In the old city right next to the battlements, short walk up some steep steps and you're in the castle. Very responsive and helpful agency handling the accommodation. They allowed early check in and late check out. Quiet place! Internet was good. Careful with the shower - drainage is slow and the shower points right at the door - a recipe for disaster.
• Laura (6/5): És correcte, no més. - La ubicació és excellent. L'apartament és correcte i espaiós. També vam poder aparcar fàcilment molt aprop. El no tenir un contacte real amb alguna persona encarregada. Vam tenir un problema, va marxar la llum, i vam trucar i ningú ens va atendre, era un contestador d'una gran empresa. Altres coses: No hi havia coixins de llit, eren coxins decoratius que els deixen com a coixí de llit, la llum marxa si encens més d'una cosa a la vegada (vitro i torradora, o forn), la sabonera vessava per tot arreu, i l'aigua de la dutxa, si bé no era freda, era tebia, no estava gaire calenta.

• Francisco Jose (10/5): Todo muy bien - Fue una casa muy acogedora no le faltaba de nada fui con mi hijo de 2 años y estuvimos muy agusto, no pasamos nada de frío en pleno enero si no todo lo contrario hay calefacción en toda la casa y se duerme muy bien, la zona es muy tranquila a un paseo andando hasta el castillo. Quizás un poco más de toallas o mejor colchón.

• Jonas (7/5): En general la ubicación es muy buena y la estancia fue correcta - La ubicación es excelente, dentro de la Cité de Carcassonne, lo que permite recorrer la zona histórica caminando y disfrutar mucho del ambiente. La zona se siente segura y tranquila, algo que se agradece cuando se viaja con familia. El acceso al apartamento fue sencillo y el proceso de entrada y salida resultó fácil. Además, el wifi funcionaba bien durante la estancia. En general el apartamento estaba limpio y ordenado al llegar, lo que hizo que la llegada fuera cómoda. La casa es bastante más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos y para cinco personas resulta algo justo. También echamos en falta algunos básicos como cápsulas de café suficientes o productos de baño (champú o gel) y alguna toalla para las manos. Además, después de hacer el check-out nos escribieron preguntando por una pequeña mancha de zumo en las sábanas. Entendemos que pueden ocurrir pequeños incidentes durante una estancia, pero creemos que este tipo de cosas debería formar parte de la limpieza habitual entre huéspedes.

Excelente ubicación, tranquilo y seguro Almacén cerca Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona. Por decir algo para que fuera el lugar perfecto, renovaria las almohadas y ropa de cama, están limpias pero no son nuevas. Pero está excelente!

Muy buen anfitrión que se preocupó de dejarnos la calefacción encendida para que el apartamento estuviera calentito al llegar. Repetiría sin duda!

• Andrew (10/5): Would stay here again without a doubt very glad we booked this property. Thank you 😊 - An excellent little place to stay and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to all the restaurants and shops and with a direct albeit steep climb to the castle via some back stairs just at the end of the street. Very quiet area also which is lovely Unfortunately we couldn’t get the shower to a nice temperature and the tray filled up very quickly so maybe need’s some attention?

• Alex (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious, with all the facilities we could possibly need for our stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and electric hob. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were clean and neat. Plenty of towels, too. The view was fantastic as well, as we could see the walls and a tower of the medieval city from the street the apartment is on. The stret actually leads to stairs that take you up to one of the gates into the Medieval City, so the location was great! It's not too far from the bridge leading into the Bastide, either, and there are a few small grocery stores around, as well as restaurants. The water pressure was pretty bad, but that is not the apartment's fault, as there were works going on the street that sometimes would stop the water flow entirely. But when we called to get help the staff were very fast to respond and come to check it out, arriving within half an hour.

The house was spotless A very well equipped kitchen and a great shower separate toilet that’s super for big group 🤗. The area was very quiet lovely , sleeping at the foot of the castle such a picture. 💕

• Kath (9/5): Superb - Very contemporary and newly renovated …good design and well thought out. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen both had every facility you required. It definitely felt like a home from home and was in an excellent location for visiting la Cité. The only reservation for us personally was the lack of handrail on the stairs ( I can understand it might detract from the design look ) lack of a rail meant putting hands on the wall which wasn’t ideal and also , again, very minor ,but important for older visitors, the floor level at the top of the stairs, even though the edges of the small steps had been edged in black to highlight the steps both myself and my partner tripped over the steps at nighttime … despite these defects I would totally recommend this homely accommodation to anyone who wants a comfortable convenient base for exploring La Cite de Carcasonne 👍
